Great customer service, check in was extremely long. Superb breakfast, large room and we were upgrade to deluxe room. Great for kids and far away from Phuket, but 15 minutes walk from Karon town.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. This was one of the most expensive hotels I have been in and they can t even get the tv working. I made about three complaints and each time the maintenance came to fix the tv which only helped for about a day. They changed the tv TWICE! The new one just completely turned off. I expected more from Hilton and the money that was spent. This just shows how unprofessional, unacommodating, and ignorant this luxury resort is towards guests. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It s not worth the money and expenses.

The hotel is large but the facilities are old. It is also worthy of the international five-star service. The road is the beach. The beach is very good. There is no stone.

Overall, everything is fine. Comfortable enough. It justifies its 3 stars. Only the breakfast included is monotonous from day to day. There has never been a fish. And the meat is given 50/50. Other days sausages and ham. Although there is something to eat.
The beach is just across the road. The sea is good. Rescuers are working.
Kafkashki, supermarkets and markets nearby.
You can go on foot to the "Big Buddha"

Where do you go to play sports? HILTON provides good solutions for various subscriptions. Fantastic value for money

A fantastic gem of a resort tucked away in Karon, Phuket. The resort features numerous activity areas (including billiards, ping pong, a quality gym, sauna, steam room), as well as some amazing pool areas (with a waterslide for the kids!). Staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our housekeeping lady (Ms Chompoo) was incredibly kind and thoughtful, going out of her way to ask if there was anything else we needed. She made sure to ask our names and remembered us throughout our stay. (Thank you, Chompoo!).

The hotel buffet breakfast is vast and includes bites for nearly every palate. From fresh local fruits, to Asian and Western breakfast classics, you will certainly leave full and satiated. Plus, you may be greeted by one of the resort's beautiful peacocks as they wander freely through the grounds. How cool?!

The resort is within a few minutes' walk from the nearby beach. Taxis and tuktuks from the beach area into Patong cost roughly 400 baht (as of August 2019).

Families will love the variety of activities and the professionalism of the whole Hilton team here. Also, rates in August are surprisingly cheap! Hilton Gold members can also receive special benefits, such as freshly pressed juices at the morning breakfast. Enjoy!

Beautiful paradise with the absolute Worst service.

Good but somewhat worn and quite high prices in bars and restaurants. Good location near the beach and nearby restaurants.

Fabulous, pools, food, staff, beds, ambience, room, have traveled extensively and was overwhelmed by this stay. Well recommended and we'll return next year !!

Huge resort, 5 pools sitting on 75 acres with ponds, restaurants, activities and a beach! Patong beach is got really wild nightlife if you re into that as well.

I got in touch with the property before my stay and was informed by the General Manager, Markus Kosch, that he has pre-upgraded me to a suite in the Lotus Wing as Diamond-member benefit and to celebrate my birthday. Now that is great news but my research shows that the suites in the Lotus Wing are old and without views of the sea. I was willing to trade the suite for a standard-sized room with sea view. He then went ahead to reserve a room on the highest floor (12th) in Andaman Wing B. He even mentioned that they will be sending me a complimentary cake and even asked for my preferred flavour!

We arrived by our rented motorcycle. There is a parking area just beside the Welcome Lobby (yes, there are two lobbies). The experience here was a little strange. We felt lost as there were no one at the desk and there were a number of tour guides around asking me where I am going. Not sure why they are there but their tout-like behaviour made me uncomfortable. After about five minutes, a hotel staff finally came to us and informed us that there will be a shuttle bus to take us into the main lobby.

There is a check-in desk for Gold and Diamond members. The lady who checked me in brought me to my room and that was when I found out that it was on the 7th floor instead of the promised 12th floor room.. The sea view from this floor is mostly blocked by the lower building in front (Andaman Wing A). This was quickly sorted out when I showed her my email conversation with the General Manager.

The rooms with the best views are those on the 10th-12th floors of Andaman Wing B and about four sea view rooms in the Lotus Wing on the 10th and 11th floors. Andaman Wing A, Andaman Wing C and Building G are low buildings. You will only get views of the pool or garden and not much of the sea. Which would be a shame as the sun sets directly against the horizon of the Andaman Sea.

I was given two drink coupons for redemption at Andaman Lounge

The Executive Lounge has a nice panoramic view of the Andaman Sea. It is a great alternative spot to catch the sunset if you do not have a sea view room. Alcoholic drinks are complimentary and the warm food offerings in the evening are of good quality.

I was told that there are three places where I can have my breakfast; Sails Restaurant, Buon Appetito and the Executive Lounge. Sails restaurant is the main restaurant and there tends to be a queue at the entrance all the time. Buon Appetito is an Italian Restaurant but I must say, there was nothing Italian about their breakfast spread. It is much less crowded there. Diamond member recognition is good as both restaurants.

The gym is small for a property of this size and it was pretty crowded the few times I was there. I had to wait a long time to get a photo with less people in it. It is also a shame that guests are charged for using the tennis facilities, squash and yoga classes.

There is an unguarded back entrance to the hotel. This is also where you have direct access to Karon Beach. I found the lack of security here strange as the security at the front gate looks tight.

Happy hour at the Executive Lounge: 1700 - 1830 hours

Conclusion
I like the location of this property compared to the ones in the busy (and noisy) Patong area. Karon beach is just a few steps away and it is a lot less crowded than Patong beach. I disliked the inconvenience of needing to wait for the shuttle just to get from the Welcome Lobby to Main Lobby. It takes about 10 minutes just to wait for a shuttle and get there. If I am staying here again, I will skip the crowd at the restaurants and have my breakfasts in the Executive Lounge. It is a long 10 minutes walk to get from our room in Andaman Wing B to the Executive Lounge in Lotus Wing. Try to request for rooms on the top 3 floors of Andaman Wing B as those room have the best views.

Nice hotel area, nice staff, good breakfast and actually everything is taken care of. Cleaning staff do a good job, unfortunately the prices at the pool bar are too high. Close to the beach is awesome and actually everything you need is within walking distance. Can recommend it without hesitation.

The resort-sized breakfast room, which is a huge size, is a little noisy in China, but the staff's kindness and customer service provide a high level of service,

The hotel was good, the ammenities were clean, there were many things to do while staying there. The rooms were a bit dated. The internet was dropping off all the time. The staff were great, very helpful, polite, always smiling and very honest. The breakfast had a lots of variety and enjoyable food.

The beachfront hotel overlooks the hotel and the scenery is beautiful and the hotel is comfortable and clean

Everything is in phuket good but Hilton hotel food singer cultural programme is different from others

Fantastic resort. Honestly wasn't expecting this out of the Hilton but I guess the "resort and spa" is aptly named. This place has everything and is great for you to just sit and relax. There's a spa and 3 restaurants. It's right on the beach but there's also 5 different pools in the resort. If you walk along Karon beach, you are 10 min away from shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful resort and the views from the bedroom balcony is really nice. It's also a great place for families.

Great spot. It's like it is a suburb contained within the grounds. Everything you can ask for, very quiet and about 30 mins from Patong so, perfect if you are looking to get out of the hustle and bustle. Affordable and immaculate grounds and rooms.

Huge property to say the least. The sea facing rooms are totally worth it. Staff is extremely courteous. Food was good, although vegetarian options were few. Location is bang opposite the beach so literally takes couple of minutes to walk down to beach. There are great dining options available along Karon beach, very close to the resort.

A beautiful hotel And very natural Is another hotel that I like

It's not a luxury resort, but it's a great place to relax at an affordable price.

There are several swimming pools, so you can swim in the garden even when it is hot during the day.

The swimming pool next to the sea has a nice view, and it's great that the sea can go right out. There are few people going to the sea and the water is very clear.

The whole room feels old. Especially the floor tiles are old style.

On the first floor, there was live music every evening at the bar.

A good resort for relaxing and relaxing

Good and spacious rooms, large common areas, capricious pools, shops, ... and exquisite attention. A place to relax in the hustle and bustle of Phuket. Highly recommended.

Stunning grounds. Brilliant facilities. Incredibly accommodating staff. We came for a wedding and were completely taken aback by how well everything was managed.

Rooms are nice. The grounds are a little dated, but still ok. Pool bar staff could be a little more attentive. Restaurants are ok.

The hotel is quite old and was very loud! We heard everything that other guests lurked and it bothered us! In the middle of the night there was a big argument! We would have to complain. Location and staff are good but where we arrived there was no information about what is where! Where is pool where is restaurant etc. we would have to ask everything ourselves and ask for info! Can't say we're very happy (sorry)

I loved this hotel. Lots of facilities especially when you travel with ur little babies! There is pool and there is kids paradise for little toddlers,spa and so much fun. Kudos!!! Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Absolutely serene property. The Hotel in itself is a MUST VISIT in Phuket. The calmness will engulf the person who stays there.
It is clearly one of the most beautiful hotels.

The rooms are clean, comfortable. The area is simply gorgeous, a lot of greenery. Great gym. Breakfast is very tasty and varied, there are no true fresh. Settled in building G, as I said earlier, the rooms are cozy, but there is a sense of antiquity, there are hotels with a more modern design. But the territory of this hotel has no equal, at least on Karon. All a Happy New Year and Merry Christmas.
Upon arrival, I scrolled the whole vacation in my head and I can say for sure that the vacation was a success, including thanks to the guys from Hilton. True, the points at the Hilton Honors were not cast, but these are trifles, I highly recommend this hotel.

Not up to a suitable standard in terms of Hilton Hotels, arriving late at night the information provided in getting to our rooms etc was fairly poor.

Amazing hotel to stay in! It's best features are the garden and Karon beach just next to it. Great for walks and catching the sunset. There is a nice tram to take you to the main gate and to the hotel. Unfortunately, it's an old hotel so furnishing is less modern.

I came back for a long time because of my old memories, but it changed so much. Just go somewhere else. It seems that there is only a big site that is expensive and good than other hotels.
Breakfast is served in the dining room or in the hotel.
Breakfast and dinner buffet (790 ++ / per, tax service is about a thousand baht) The menu is the same
Now it's just a Chinese hotel (next to the son says that the pool is dirty and the water slide is not good)

I rarely give 5 stars but this Hilton marks close to the other Hilton Resorts I ve stayed at, including Honolulu Hawaii which may be on top of my list.

Had the Ocean front King Suite for our anniversary. Nothing short of hospitality. Room was not ready upon arrival but they made it comfortable for our wait.

We had food by the pool and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Food was good too:)

Just returned home and are missing this resort already. Stayed ocean view room and it certainly didn't disappoint. Resort and staff were wonderful, always welcoming and cheerful especially at happy hour at the various bars and pools. Great location directly opposite clean beach and easy walk to the action being midway between Kata and Karon. Dined at all restaurants and could not fault the quality of the food or service (Robert take note!). Loved the sunsets and cocktails at the Ocean Beach Club

Very friendly staff. Had a suite in the lotus wing . Lounge is fantastic. They found out we are vegetarian and they made sure there was enough choices for us at Happy Hour.
The suite was spacious. Breakfast buffet at Sails has a large variety of foods and very good service.

Very small room compared to the description, dated. I booked the deluxe twin room with two beds naively thinking it was two double beds. But it's two single beds, and I was with my 18-year-old daughter and my 12-year-old son. Impossible to sleep three in this room, even putting the beds together. They changed us to a room with a double bed, still too small for three, and the extra bed is chargeable.
Poor services for a hotel of this category!

Only thing I can flaw is I couldn't ride my scooter too my room.. this resort is an actual resort the grounds are imactualte is a true Hilton experience. A+++++

Stay during Songkran Pro, we travel together

Park the car at the outside parking lot and there is a tram to pick it up where the cars come and drop inside.
The staff here are very cute in every sector, both at the front and back of the house.

Even if there are too many people, I do not try my best, smiling and the staff walking together tired.

Private Songkran buffet, the place is too hot, the fan is not all around. The food tastes normal and the food line is not much.

The hotel pool is good.

I was able to sleep in bed.
The price of the in-house restaurant is also reasonable.

But

There seems to be some problem with the hotel system.
There is a problem in communication between the staff.
Some staff did not have proper service training.

I hope to get a better impression on my next visit.

Spent ten nights at this resort. Lovely staff, especially those we encountered in the breakfast restaurants. Buildings are a little run down and management seemed a little complacent.

I went for a buffet sunday lunch with a jazz band by the pool and the service was excellent and the food superb.Very nice afternoon and i am going again when i arrive in two weeks time.I highly recommend it
