A hotel that has nothing to do with the name of Hilton or five stars. Room desperate, clean superficially, in the lobby bar extreme hostility, no mini bar in the room, late checkout $ 50 for 5 hours. Two stars just because of a guy working at a poolside bar and friendly chefs.

Arrived 6th Dec 2018 free upgrade from room previously booked free of charge . Amazing hotel food great something for everyone . very friendly staff great beach man made but still amazing. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting hurgharda anytime soon for your holiday. Only down fall is when relaxing on beach you get mitherd to book trips etc .
Vacation time: June 2017 +38 weather and wind. Customers: There were few people. The audience is mixed, international, mostly families or couples. Hotel Impressions: Slightly tired but well-maintained hotel. Daily room cleaning, lawn mowing, pool cleaning, etc. The room had air conditioning, TV, kettle. Serious shoals can not name. Every day, clean mugs, a bottle of water from NESTLE, 2-3 tea bags, 2-3 instant coffee, sugar. Staff: Responsive, sociable. Many people know quite a few of the common languages (German, Russian, English). Beach: Due to the small number of visitors free sunbeds have always been. The sand is fine, better than the neighboring hotel. The bay is fenced with iron mesh, a large enough area. Jellyfish is not enough, in the nearby hotel there were more. Food: Buffet. Guests have at their disposal two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a children's pool, aqua park, a restaurant, a poolside bar, a beach bar. Internet is available in the lobby of the hotel, while the rooms are additionally charged.
Friendly and helpful staff. Buildings run down, advertising easily misleading, e.g. the term all inclusive alcohol. Drinks until xx o'clock suggests that this would be the case in ALL restaurant rooms. In truth, however, from 7 p.m., i.e. the MAIN consumption time of it, this is only possible in a questionable facility! Questionable i.a. because of the building structure, the unkempt furniture and the unbearable noise level in it. The stay in THERE becomes a TORTUR. Conclusion for us: NEVER AGAIN HILTON !!!
Super food! The beach is great, in the evening in the bar live music, even coffee, which is rare in Egypt, is also delicious. And the hotel staff is wonderful.
We were positively surprised, the negative reviews and reviews you can not really understand. The Hilton Resort is a smaller resort compared to the other surrounding resorts in Hurghada. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. No "Hilton" standard, but still worth the trip. One should not expect a posh luxury hotel at this value for money. We were a bit skeptical due to the slightly more negative reviews, but were taught a better one from the first minute. The hotel is the price neat, for Egyptian standards more than clean and the hotel area is beautifully maintained and clean. The staff is doing an awesome job, without everyone's hand for a tip.
Transfer from the airport just 5 minutes, but still no aircraft noise to hear.
The rooms are of the equipment in the years, but still in order. The rooms are gradually renovated and equipped with new furniture.
Unbelievable you have to highlight the service and the staff in this hotel. From the first minute you get service and responded to every little request. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and the requests were sometimes read from our eyes. We were very pleasantly surprised.
Varied and sumptuous buffet for all meals. Daily changing dishes were served and the selection was large. There was always something at the buffet. Some dishes were freshly prepared at the buffet and served to the guest. The service in the restaurant by waiters, kitchen staff and the chef was incredibly friendly and service oriented. Despite the many work always friendly and accommodating.
Pool area always clean, a pool was a bit colder at the end of December, the other was very pleasantly heated and well visited. Gym was spotless and the appliances fairly new. The wellness area was absolutely clean and impeccable. The animation team was present but not intrusive. In the evening there was a show, nothing special, but entertaining.
I stayed with girlfriends 3 weeks ago. The hotel is in a good position, the cleaning is typical Egyptian. In my opinion it has a standard suitable for those who are not too picky.

We had booked this hotel thinking it would be of Hilton quality, they ended up putting us in villas at the back across the street that were in really poor shape, and for the money we were paying, NO WI-FI at the rooms, Beds were small and rooms were dirty, and no towels in washroom, with only breakfast included and nothing else. We cancelled that same night and found another hotel that had offered all inclusive, beach access, Wifi and snorkeling for the same amount!
Stayed for a week bed and breakfast. ... no way 5*..... staff were unfriendly. Breakfast no way 5* Hotel. Room badly in need of updating so old it looks dirty. Not a good choice of snacks or lunch to buy. Too busy to book for Italian restaurant..... absolutely NO way is this to Hilton standards and NO way 5*
Check-in was fast but with unwelcome treatment and frowzy face from one of the front desk agents, as he picked up one of the premium renovate a room as they said, but he did not ask us for inspecting or check my room before I stayed in. As after checking the room found the following:
1- Dirty black stains on bed cover and pillows, as attached pics. 2- Scribble on the marble, which is meaning that room not renovation as well! 3- Dirty stains everywhere, even on the carpet as well, as attached pic! 4- One spotlight working on the mirror in the toilet room, as attached! 5- Hair in the food!
Nice resort, rooms are in the process of being updated (quarter have been). There is a good choice of food in the main restaurant. Beach snack bar is pretty good, open during lunch time. My only gripe is the bar, reason for this is that it is in the foyer?! There are two other bars but they are not included in the AI....

Very bad last impression. Me and my girlfriend have both paid for all inclusive, which means we can drink/eat what we want. Well this you cant if you have to check out at 3:30 in the morning. Then you suddenly have to pay extra for everything. Also the food is generally just bad, and No variations. If you did not like the food the first day, you will surely not like it the last.
