The worst hotel I have ever seen, the most boring one no animation team on the pool, no animation shows at night just for half an hour max.and too far at the end of the hotel (beach) which don't deserve to take such a long walk to watch. There are no snacks for kids on the pool, no late dinner for those who missed dinner time. Arrogant and ignorant as well staff. Bad air conditioned small old fashioned rooms with most electric sockets are not working. No background music in the lobby, just u hear screaming of kids and bla bla of people and a very small dirty unorganized lobby, no enough seats for every one , no good drinks. We were more than seven double rooms and we all hated our accomodation there. I wouldn't recommend people to go there and I would rated it a three stars hotel. Bad experience (August 2017)
Beside its good location and the various facilities the employees are very friendly and helpful
Top ..... the staff is extraordinarily kind ..... the buffets are plentiful ..... all the structures of the hotel are superb ... pools .... lounge tea ... restaurants .. especially the massage service of the hotel is extraordinary 1h30 of care and massage .... especially not to hesitate

I do not recommend this hotel for anything it says it is a 5 star hotel and all inclusive. And for nothing so much in services and facilities leaves much to be desired. Poor quality of the food, very little variety of the menus both in the dining room and in the bars that only have 3 drinks or coltel or anything and of course alcohol of the bad and in paper birthday glass they do not throw you or ice in a gin and a shame. You can not eat when you want and if you want to take something in the afternoon you charge it (everything included) in order. I do not recommend a lousy experience I would never return to this place referring to the hotel in particular. The beach and the place of the best the truth. But I hope it will help and I will not pass the lousy people of the hotel for my serious assessment of a 3 star full board.

This hotel is old and aged, very worn. Rooms are not so well maintained.
On the first day of check in. The room is located at block 6, which is the furthest end, so it took me 8 to 10 mins to walk to the room. Upon entering the room, OMG! The toilet is so dirty, full of algaes. Despite my request of a non smoking room, I got a smoking room.
I then went back to the counter to change room. A man in a very rude and unfriendly manner told: "CANNOT CHANGE ROOM. TODAY IS FULL, COME BACK TOMORROW MORNING". I then requested him to make a request in the system of my intention to change room. He replied again, "COME TOMORROW". I said "tomorrow someone may snatched up my preferred room, therefore it is timely to put this request in the system. He replied again, "I CANT TELL IF SOMEONE WERE TO EXTEND THEIR STAYS, YOU CANNOT REQUEST NOW, COME TOMORROW MORNING." I then showed him the dirty photos i have taken, and insisted him to put this request in the system. He did it very reluctantly. Well, not sure he did it because I could not verify it.
The next day morning, I packed everything. I went to the counter again to do my room change. It was another man. AGAIN, i had the same rude treatment from him and denied a room change. After showing him the dirty photos, he said no room was available then but my room would be changed when I return back to the hotel in the evening.
So I went out for my day tours. When I came back, the room has not been changed. I then asked the counter man, another man why it was not done as requested? he said again "CANNOT CHANGE". I then showed him the horrible photos I have taken in the room then only he escalated to the manager and finally I got a room change after so many rounds of requests in 30 hours.
Overall, the service by the front desk is bad, RUDE and not customer oriented. On the other hand the rooms are old and aged, and worn, and badly maintained. I will not return to this hotel again.

When we came so everywhere was dust disgust spin and to it there was cold in the main building was a bar and there was nothing ready but still still ***** to be killed there were very nice.

Swiss francs not easy to change at the hotel only at the bank about 5 km. Closed on Friday post Swiss card with blue logo on the back works at the bank distributor misr. For the toilets when you go to the sites or stages pee break, pay in Egyptian pound 5 l E. euro 50 ct. And dollars 1 $ .. here you have just returned good stay in the Hilton hotel

Neighbors from Grand Plazou. They are almost the same in price, something in HILTON is better, for example, the choice of meals, again not as much green as in Plaza. Hilton entertainment is better. Beach too. Though they have worse reviews on tripadvisor. Which I don't think is so much of a difference.
Great location, great hospitality and warn welcome. The food was great except when it came to seafood. Overall the experience was way better than expected and highly recommended.
It has everything you need, there are around 3 different swimming pools, one big water slide, unlimited buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner if you have all inclusive and the food is amazing. The customer service are excellent. One thing thats a downside is the lack of wifi connection, if you dont have no data and your looking for wifi you will get 0 percent connection. The rooms look quite old fashioned but it must be the highest standards in egypt.

Great pool area, very friendly u.hilfsbereites staff, food was very good, but with the good local spices better u.abwechslungsreicher, clean the very very old and very shabby rooms accordingly. In any case, only a 3 star hotel.

Only a gentleman in the breakfast place called Tiger and the bar lady Strong are good. Rooms technically are worst than the 2 star hotels. Not a Hilton type.

Honestly it was an excellent open buffet, the place is very additive and the rooms are clean and not crowded I would recommend it

Nice place with amassing view. Pretty good food, little noisy (the have some floors under renovation, in the middle of the day they hit with the pick hammers). Clean beach, well maintained gardens. Everything is pretty ok, but is no 5 stars hotel, is maximum 4 stars. We have nice experience about this hotel. Hilton is Hilton, but surroundings in Hurgada is a disaster. Hurgada is very poor and picturesque place.

Very nice resort, BUT if you want to be 5 star everthing has to be right. The TV remote didnt work, the aircon didnt work but got fixed and the Minibar was empty.

The beach is wonderful, there are no waves, you can swim, good also for children. Like everywhere plenty of russian speaking people and also some chinese, which are rude, occupying seats early in the morning, giving bribe to hotel personnel. The rooms will be renovated this year and the food is ok.
It's ok is the best I can say. There are better hotels in Hurghada
The Hilton resort provides great service. All staff are very friendly and supportive. However you should be careful to take in-house services such as massage or snorkelling. We made a deal with the sales person for top level service at resonable price after 20 minutes negotiation but when we visited the shop (health club), its service was quite different from sales person's offer. My friend and me waited in steam sauna and zacuzi more than 50 minutes. In addition, snorkelling sales person also do the same. Their offer is almost different to the real tour. Voice or video recording is highly recommended once you finish price and service negotiation to avoid embarrassing experience.
