*ahmed zaky(timon)/shady/dinar* because they worked hard to let the guests happy and they actually successed in that.in every second they made us happy by their jokes and smiles. I think that the best thing at hilton hourgada resort was the animation team thanks for them thanks for the nice time thanks for every one work In these hotel.

The Hilton Hotel was offered to us by CK for a stay in another 5 * hotel in Sahl Hasheesh ... We didn't want to go to Hurghada, but we were told that there were 2 last places on the plane ... (the plane was half empty) ...
We entered the requirements of snorkeling, warm heated swimming pool and fitness ... This requirement meets only fitness ...
Fitness, spa and massage - perfect 5 *
The hotel equipment is a bit older and the glory is over ... but it is purely painted and there is no speck.
The surroundings of the hotel, gardens, swimming pools and the beach are in perfect condition and are constantly cared for.
Front desk staff. - 5 * in one word perfect ... everywhere they try to be nice and accommodating ... We stayed in the main building with a view of the pools - also very polite, even though there is no open cabinet (cross-sliding door but it happens)
Beaches and surroundings - really beautiful
Restaurant and food offer - perhaps just breakfast will meet the standard. Every day the same ... boiled eggs, sausages in tomato sauce, eggs on request (customized) coffee and tea one kind in teapots - 3pcs of tea pots and 2pcs of coffee pots to so many guests are few ... empty ... missing a selection of vegetables only cucumber, tomato, iceberg lettuce and very sour carrot pickles and olives ... the fruit is not sliced and looks unsightly ... very austere offer ..
Yoghurt and cereals are also present ... also a type of cheese, 2 kinds of salami and feta cheese ... sometimes a curd ... that's all from the breakfast menu ...
Lunch and dinner - always 1 beef, 1 chicken and 1 fish ... or liver ... pasta always, mashed potatoes, rice and potatoes in tomato sauce ... sauces and seasonings are practically not ... o ketchup and the lemon you have to say ... the vegetable menu consists of grated carrots, chopped cabbage or tomatoes, and a cucumber ... picked leaves of 2 kinds of salads ... occasionally a mixed vegetable salad appears, yesterday there was 1 kind of dinner and probably the rest of the baked potatoes ... we know that the local cuisine is different, but we also had the opportunity to compare in the 4 * hotels and sometimes wondered what can be conjured up for exclusive food and admired the creativity and arrangement of the dishes, how beautifully served ...

Here you can eat, do not die of starvation, but do not expect miracles ... simply the creativity of the chef at this hotel froze somewhere in the 1st year of learning ... so the local restaurant and culinary art at 3 *

Low-level all-inclusive 5-star spring. I'm going to start with the bad ...
Very old rooms, we asked for a change of room to the renovated area but they told us there was no free room ... there is almost no entertainment and everything ends at 18 in the afternoon (pool, beach, pool bars and beach ...), the buffet is very fair and of low quality ... it only has an Italian themed restaurant, and with little variety, we also had to insist on 2 occasions to be able to book because they told us that it was full for our entire stay and once we got a spot, the restaurant was half empty, but it must be said that the pizza was not bad. The drinks throughout the resort are on tap and the alcoholic ones of poor quality ...
As a positive the cleaning boy was very friendly and the bar at the bottom of the beach there are two very nice guys who prepare a very good shisha for 100lb!
We honestly wouldn't recommend it ...

says its five star its clearly not. they are working on some stuff but its a long way to go to being 5 star. if you take it as a 3 star its fine and worth the money if you pay a reasonable amount

This place does have all your need, it's at gppd price,good locatiom, very very clean and neat , staff are very friendly and helpful, food is at high quality and varaities, sandy beach , they have all kind of activities and day trips you may like, beautiful Rooms, nice views and relaxation.. We're returners because Hilton Resort is great place for family, especially for children. Our best recommendation

I really enjoyed the place. The food is very good too. However, he has got trash at the end of the pier and when my colleague was tidying to check out and asked for a minute to the cleaning boy he did not waited and came with his card as my colleague was in the bathroom. It was very unpleasant and still asked Gorge after. Taking this was all great. The place is beautiful.

Old rooms with terrible air conditioning system in the rooms. Nice pool and beach. Restaurant is diversified but the food is not so good... You ask for drinks and it will take hours for you to be served. A shame for the Hilton stamp!

Staff at the bar very friendly and the cooks leave nothing to be desired. I think it's really great that the food is different every evening (oriental, seafood, etc.). BUT
Animation team doesn't work at all! Most of them are rude and have nothing to do with entertainment. Mickey was better at the aqua gym as well as the nightly animation. What was the biggest shock for me when we found a lizard in our room ... but everything else is very great. The beach is very clean and the water is nice too. Banana boat, parachute, sofa, diving / snorkeling etc .. is also really great! This hotel is suitable for a family vacation without any objection.

An excellent hotel in a great location but it's the friendly staff that really make the difference. Beach is clean as well as safe and there is a wide selection of great food. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place set up nice for families. They have a good set up for the kids pool and there is more of a separate adult pool also with bar. Bar hours are strange as they do shut down drinks for some reason ?? All inclusive and you can't get a drink or beer when you want !! Beach area is very nice and kept very clean. Sea water was warm and I found it warmer then the pools. Meals were fine with a good varoety. They do change the meal menue daily which is nice.
Check in easy and staff very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful holiday here in december. Staff friendly food marvellous villa peaceful and quiet beach beautiful. Going back.

Rested at the hotel two years ago. There were good impressions. Compact, the area is well-groomed, a lot of greenery, the beach is clean, it is convenient to go into the sea. At the beach in the bar you can drink and eat.
Large, comfortable rooms (kettle, main deck, iron)
The food in the restaurant is fresh, tasty, cooked with soul, a large selection. The staff is polite, all issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Separately, I want to mention the spa salon. Girls have golden hands. I have a rest in Hurghada 2 times a year, and always take a massage, better than at the Hilton hotel, have not yet met. I can easily advise rest in this hotel.

Perfect hotel , everything is nice clean , rooms clean elegant new , receptionist Abdelhameed is cheerful helpful smiling, all the receptionists also very polite clever , warm feeling is the main noticed at this place , everything is available and delicious food , fresh juices free , clean rooms cleaned daily , bedding changed daily , very happy that this hotel is my choice .

The hotel is great, the staff is extremely friendly but it is not for 5 stars for me. The hotel beach is clean ... the rooms are more modest, normal and do not give the impression of a 5 star hotel so this would be my only complaint to this hotel;)

Very ugly mediocre food by the rice and the fries it's not great two weeks shitty end of August totally inadvisable

Grounds, pools, facilities and beaches are truly stunning both day and night. Rooms are closer to 3 Star than 5 Star. Restaurant food is average, room service food is below average.

The Hotel is very well in general lines, the suites are spacious and with all detail, as expected of this chain. The standard rooms are quite modest, this is what I had and although they are spacious they need a bit of reform. The facilities are very well maintained and are ideal for traveling with children is a good experience. The beach area is also very nice and with many sun beds and umbrellas. As for the food and entertainment in the pool area, it seems to me the weakest of the hotel. The food is not bad, but it lacks a lot of flavor, a lot of fruits are missing and the desserts are mostly limited to an enormous amount of industrial cakes of flavor. Even so it is bearable for a few days, although for a week it seems excessive, you probably end up eating more than one day. The animation for nothing can compare with that you can find in hotels of level for example of Punta Cana, but it is Egypt, this must be taken into account as well. In general lines a hotel that you will like for its facilities and services.

Good, but not the best value, for the mediocre food they offer

I always trust Hilton Hotel to give me the comfort I need in any foreign city I visit, and I am almost never disappointed. But Hilton Hurgada Resort did that.
The rooms we stayed in were below satisfactory, the bathroom unclean and leaking water, and the insects filled the place.
The food was average with very little variety.
However the staff was friendly and helpful, which prevented us from writing an actual complaint.

Beautiful clean rooms. Stones throw from the private beach at one side and same with swimming pools out off the patio. Had a few niggles but when reported everything got rectified instantly. Food was reasonable every night but some nights weren't too great for vegetarian choices. All staff were very friendly and always working hard.

Mini bar is Empty, and when i called the receptionist she said its always Emoty, we serve you what you order.
Door handle needs force to open.
Glass cups are not clean

The resort is beautiful, the customers are all very elegant and cooperative, the room is clean, the breakfast is good

Hilton completely spoiled. Cleaning on three rubles. The room fund is tired. Primitive entertainment. Prices as for the full five and in fact the level of treshki. On this coast it is difficult to find a good hotel.

I was lucky to have my honeymoon at Hilton Hurghada Resort. Was wonderful stay and everything was perfect starting from the room, staff, services and food. The beach and swimming pools were so nice. I wish I could visit it in the near future to restore my beautiful memories.

The room (on the other side of the street, not in the party where there is the reception) was very good, the buffet quite good too, however the cocktails included in the all inclusive not terrible at all and side animations just a disaster : entertainment in a room like a phony ballroom cheap ... The private beach reserved for the Hilton is tiny and completely artificial, more after 18h plus the right to swim! But do not hesitate to know beyond the buoys to find beautiful fish

Plant getting old. But relatively well maintained. Rooms are currently being renovated. The new ones look modern. We ourselves had an old room - but it was still completely OK. Food not in a selection that overwhelmed - but mostly in very good quality for Egyptian standards. After 10 visits to Egypt, this is in second place for me after meals in the rise in alberg.
Selection of fresh fruit very good (about 8 varieties daily), and almost always strawberries (February).
Service for the most part neat ... Of course there are one or the other selection. It should be emphasized that they never asked for tips. I only know from top hotels in Egypt. For lunch and dinner the waiter only had to see us to bring our drinks - without tip. Even if he was rewarded for it in the end ...

For the price of about 560 1 week all in for 1 adult and 1 toddler but definitely recommended.

One can certainly emphasize the food. I personally liked everything. The only disappointment was the Mexican chicken. One expects Mexican and spicy ^^
Vegetables were always well cooked al dente. Nothing overcooked. All seasoned well.

One more info would be: the hotel is very international. So not typically German. We had tourists from all over the world at the time. Asians, English, Danes, French, Russians, Germans ... And and and ... All of this was solved well here.

I would book again in the price range.

Hurghada is a lovely resort at this time of year. Not too crowded and not too hot . Nice atmosphere and nice people. The Hilton is a good place to stay with friendly staff and the food is excellent.

Hotel is very run down! Studios opposite side of road to main hotel. It was rated as a 5* but now where near it! I've stayed at better 2*!.on the plus the staff are mostly excellent apart from the odd one or two! Food as part of all inclusive is pretty poor and very repetitive! Local drinks only served as part of all inclusive anything else is at extra cost. Additional restaurants on site but would only recommend the lagoona restaurant although additional cost wel worth it! Personally I would not recommend this hotel!

I was already 6 times in Egypt, now I'm back, I was at the Hilton twice more as the sea is beautiful everywhere, I am particularly enthusiastic staff, especially animators, especially Eido who was a professional at his work and allways is good party with him, zumba, billy dance, sport...
I hope i will be in Hilton.

Hotel and grounds are okay. Unfortunately, there is a lack of hygiene when eating. Got a fierce gastrointestinal virus. Half the holiday messed up.Example: dropped bread was put back from the ground into the basket of which one could serve, meat was not cooked through, salad, vegetables unclean.
I like children but there the animation is almost exclusively aimed at children, just too much. And it's loud, almost until dawn. Where is the recovery?
