Recommend, super beach.Mancare, cleaning, personal 5 stars.Recomand!

More than fantastic.. Starting at our drop off the reception is so welcoming finishing our check in in less than 5 minutes
The room is well designed.. With peacfull colors, tea & coffee tray is available, cable TV.. Every item in the room was sanitized & sealed
The restaurant @breakfast & dinner provide variety of food.. Each day had a theme, we were never bored
The beach was sand and clean
I totally recommend it for a vacation

Room partly dirty. But you can usually swap. Food getting used to seasoned and not more than lukewarm. If you give the staff a good tip. Will be especially taken care of.
Egypt stop. On the whole, if the outdated rooms are renovated and kept clean. A good hotel. Only pasta / sauces must learn to cook in the kitchen.

The worst hotel between Hilton group which i stayed in most of it in Egypt. Very old facility, outdated furniture, broken tools and dirty painting. I dun think I'll ever come here again or even recommend it to anyone. How come this facility is under Hilton umbrella?!!! Zero room service respond time, zero hygine in food quality, room towels and bed covers!! Never been in a hotel less than 5 stars, but after visited Hilton Resort Hurghada I knew what it mean to be in less stars hotel facilities / services.

A wonderful beach with the ability of a very good swimming time in the sea without the fear of accidentally getting deep in the water.
Also, the resort itself is nice and cousy

Sales people's in the hotel, trying to sell you stuff at the pool and also while you try to eat..
No wifi on your rooms, if you don't pay for it And if you pay for it it's super slow and gets diskconected all the time..
We got a new renoveted room that should be the best one.. and more then tre lamps and broken in the bathroom..
We DO NOT recommend this Hilton hotel!!

Excellent hotel and my favorite destination always in Hurghada and I was staying at the hotel and left today 2018/2/16

'Hello. First of all I want to thank Sarah who was very caring and understand our discomfort. We made reservations at the hotel for the holiday season. Arrival on site 1h morning sum we received by a guy at the desk thief who told us we have to pay $ 200 because he not see our reservation as it is he himself who sent a driver the airport to take us. When we refused to pay. He was told we will stay in the hall until tomorrow morning. No dinner arrived the children were very hungry and my husband told him call the police it was theft. At the end he sent us to the old rotten residence while they renovated a beautiful part of the hotel. The next day I changed rooms in the same rotten residence until the arrival of Sarah who installed us in the new construction. For the kitchen sincerely you are very far from a 5 star because all my life I have been traveling in this range. The cuisine is not refined and everything has changed in the establishment. Go to Spain to see a little 5 star everything is refined and high range from salad to dessert. Otherwise the region is beautiful if you want a guide Georges is trustworthy the driver Ramez and Ahmed are excellent. Not the slightest problem in our excursion I also thank Habiba the hostess big kisses to Sarah Thank you

If everything fits only for snorkeling unfortunately no possibility in front of the hotel you have to go by boat to the reef or islands und and this is all paid

Unfortunately, hotel lives from the name. Were very satisfied, but I would not forgive 5 stars now.

Super hotel! Buffets of the formula to will very good especially pasta, adorable staff, gym a bit far but everything depends on where we are in the hotel. Full of activities, large pools!

Cannot fault the Hilton hurgada. The place was spotless. Food was excellent and staff were amazing. A special mention to Sarah guest relations, who couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend it. And can't wait to go back. All the food was excellent.

I really liked the large pool area and the numerous restaurants here.

Don't go this old expensive Hotel. Old rooms with old furniture, limited activities with very high price for such old and small property...people on the pool are agrassive with impolite attitude. I did early check out as it was boring and went to other hotel in Sahl Hashish which was very correct decision as the new hotel was cheaper and newer with great facilities.

People are welcoming and helpful. It has very good health club and facilities.
Position in Hurgada is very good beside stigenburger hotels .

The hotel is big and the room was nice. Nice pools and a good beach. It was a bit too crowded for my taste. Spa and an indoor pool are paid separately. They are not for free, even with all inclusive. Egyptians are very pushy, not a nice feeling when they approach you all the time.

I stayed for 15 nights, getting full sets of towels 50/50 chance. Room service was good for price/quality.

Needs to improve the quality of entertainment and room

Not the best hotel in hurghada but you can say it is average and the staff is good, and the place is quiet and cleaniness was above average but the animation team and the fun announcements were not active at all ... overall it suits most of visitors

We stayed in the Hilton Hurgada for 3 nights. Got an amazing pool view room.
Rooms are luxurious, big, neat and well maintained. We spent hours in the Swimming Pool, rest of the time was spent walking around the resort and on the boulevard outside. We lazed around on the benches at the beach. There's a lot of activities to do here if that's ur interest. We just wanted to relax so spent 3days lazing around.
There's spa, beauty treatments, a lot of water activities, all available at ur door step.
The complimentary breakfast spread was too good. So many options and such yummy food.
The whole resort was well maintained. Highly recommended for a 5star

Hilton Hurghada Resort: Super nice, clean, very well-kept area with its own sandy beach. The living areas are unfortunately getting a bit old and worn, but the first section has already been renovated in summer 2018. The cleanliness in the room was still at the high level, even if the cleaning cloth was left in the bathroom;) The pool area seems to have been redeveloped, no broken tile, no dirt everything great condition, as I had no concerns my child to play freely, also because there were 2 poolguards, who always took very good care. The staff was always friendly and joked, not pushy and tipping was pleased, as a lottery win. The food was good and was adapted to the origin of the guests, 2 coaches with Asians and there were already 2 days Asian specialties.
On the whole, nice hotel.

The facilities are motel class.

Positive point: Welcoming staff.
Negative point: Swimming pool and beach open from 10 am to 6 pm it is too late in the morning and too early in the evening. Limited cleanliness in the establishment.
Conclusion: For me it is not a 5 * both in terms of the hotel and the extras.

It is a big scam..Its not a Hilton that you usually see. Unbelievable terrible attitude by the Bellman or Security first impression even front Desk staff has no clue how to treat customers. Food is disgusting. When I asked for a manager I was ignored and no one ever contacted me so I checked out after 2 nights

Very pleasant holiday. Our requests were quickly met by the staff and they are all friendly. The staff speaks good English, the bus driver even speaks good German and had our bags stowed on the roof in a special loading area.
The food is at the buffet, tastes good and there was something to eat. grilled lamb troll and steak. The outdoor area is beautiful, has about 1.20 meters wide ramps and flowerbeds. The first day the room was messy and that was fixed after the complaint, now it's nice. ^ 2017 ^
The room was clean. The bed was broken and was repaired after complaining on the second day. Buffet was back at Pebbles, it tasted good & there was crab soup. Waiters are friendly, helpful. The grounds are well maintained. The other hotel staff are also helpful and friendly. Some employees speak German, Russian, English and of course Arabic. The shows at the hotel are great with Tanoura, fakir, bellydance, breakdance and kids disco. The animation team entertains the guests well, with aerobics, darts, foam party, dance, belly dance to make.

I must start by saying this is a lovely hotel,with friendly staff & in the perfect location for a relaxing holiday just doing nothing,I found the food okay,but saying that I don t agree with chips for breakfast,but other than that you can always get a club sandwich from room service for a few quid,i also found the beech very convenient as it s right on the hotel,just want to finish by saying that the barman,SAMEH MAMDOUH,made my stay very comfortable & gave great service to me & my wife,and I would give him 10 out of 10 Great stay thank you

Had a great time here, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean although a little tired but I know they are refurbishing block by block while we where there. Breakfast buffet and cooked food was very good with a wide choice. Evening meals where ok but not really my choices, there is a restaurant on the hotel beach which is excellent and you get a discount as a guest. I would definitely return and the prices where fantastic.

Staff very helpful, clean, nice food... Only negative, pool bars could do with a chiller for the bottle soft drinks. They get hot.

A complete family place. staff is very welcoming and friendly. Pharmacy to other shopping stores everything within resort. It also offer a Aqua park which my daughter loved.

Great staff....lovely weather. Decent beach that comes with its own camel (Oscar!)....

IF you like your drinks, pay a bit extra and go all-inclusive

5 star hotel with very clean rooms , nice lobby with live music. Many kinds of trips are organized with the aid of reservation desk. with all kinds of water sports. Has a very clean and well organized beach. Awesome staff, very delecious varieties of foods. Business center. Gym and spa centers. Has ATM service. Kids are and kids sports.

The hotel itself is old and dirty in some places, the rooms are dead, the staff is very friendly and the beach is great.

The type of "all inclusive" with a LOT of hidden fees, bad service, and LOTS of tour vendors harassing you at the beach when you're trying to relax.
