Hilton Hotel Fort Worth Review

Waited on commerce street for 30 minutes because valet was overwhelmed, missed del friscos reservations, decided to get drinks at the bar and then room service. The bar was a disaster, bartender was too busy cleaning by himself to get drinks after waiting for drinks we went back to room. Called desk, immediately placed on hold, five minutes later I hung up called back and they immediately tried to put me on hold again called in Togo from delfroscos. This is not a hotel, rooms stink service is discount like the rates.

I have stayed at Hilton hotels in the past. This one needs updating and repair. The a/c barely cools (it is 54 degrees outside) and I can t get I cool enough. After 4:00pm and still no housekeeping. I told the person at the front desk that it was not acceptable and their response was I m sorry you feel that way . The executive lounge doesn t offer much. Even the coffee maker was broken! The beds here seriously need replacement. Some of the Hotel staff needs training on customer service. Asked for room away from elevator. They gave me one right adjacent to the elevator so I had to change rooms. The new room, the toilet wouldn t stop running so they had to fix that. Shower head broken (only one setting). Really a shame as this is a really nice historic building.

Hotel quite old with lack of interviews. Terrible wi fi jumping every 5 minutes and ma bathroom. Room so small that my knees were in the door when I was sitting on the toilet. Otherwise room very good and comfortable bed.

I only went in to get out of the storm and get some Starbucks but it was very high end and very satisfactory.

Excellent hotel to stay at as a gold member. Access to executive lounge gets you free breakfast, free soft drinks all day, and free snacks in the afternoon. Parking is quite expensive, but I always love staying here.

Clean, classy, 10/10. Stay here every time. Get ready for JFK references.

Nice. Historical. Congested. A little overpriced for the facilities.

When we arrived we found out that our room had been given to someone else. We had to get a room with 2 beds for the night. This was after we called and confirmed the reservation prior to arrival. The next day, we were moved to the correct room. The staff was always very friendly and tried to help. In our 1st room, we noticed that the ice box did not cool, and the heat was not really working. There were also no bags in the trash cans. Once we moved to our new room, the ice box did work, but the heat still did not work. We put it on 80 just to get it warm. Cool air was always blowing out. The housekeeping did keep us with towels and wash clothes. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Over all our say was fine. Just hated being cold our entire stay.

I would recommend the Hilton Fort Worth.

Just a well run hotel clean elevator run fast and not much wait time to get on,snacks are a little pricey not much to pick from but all and all a great place to stay and see Fort Worth.

Cam here for our anniversary and to experience Fort Worth. The stay at Hilton was lackluster for how expensive the rooms are. Very dated rooms along with everything being overpriced. Won t be supporting Hilton anymore after this stay

Service was great and the executive suite was very roomy.

Rooms are nice since renovations. Elevators are a bit sketchy. Skip the restaurant. Ruth Chris steak house is on the premises and it is awesome. Valet is pricy but the team is fast in getting your car. Did not have shampoo in my room for 2 days, had to ask front desk to tell housekeeping to bring some up. I have stayed at this hotel since 1999 when I travel here for work, it was a different name them.

This hotel has terrible employees, they have weak room service and the hotel lobby smells like dirty feet and trash. No respect for the customer. They need to close.

Catered lunches and breakfast was very high quality and consistent quality. Beds were very clean and comfortable and the AC works very well.

Great conference rooms and good location in downtown Fort Worth.

Very nice but the mattress could stand an upgrade. Not plush at all, just a standard mattress springs and all.

I wanted to make sure i tell you of our stay as most peoole like to mention the negatives. We had a great experience w the wait staff at breakfast everyday. Name tag said "Alic"(i think they call him Joe though) was so kind. He asked every morning how my sick child was feeling, am I enjoying my stay, filled my personal coffee cup, addressed me by my 1st name (something I have a hard time doing myself). I didn't have cash to tip to get something out of my car & valet said "don't worry that's what were here for". Only problem was an extremely filthy pillow that was not cleaned after 2 days still being on our bed. Front desk evening supervisor handled it very well though. Thank you for allowing my children & I to enjoy ourselves in Ft Worth while my hubby worked hard.

Feels like it is in process of downgrading. cheap toilet paper. Plastic cups. Musty smelling ballroom. Room service food pre-made. But has stone floors and artwork.

Hospitality room was really nice and the ladies working were more than helpful!

quite old and outdated decor and style... when in the room you can tell its been updated but in a poor manner. the hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt as the 70's era is long gone.

Great place Downtown Fort Worth. Worked an event there.

Room service was food that looked and tasted like it came from a service station. Along with plastic utensils to eat with. Barroom so small could barely get in the door. I am a Hinton fan and always pick a Hilton first. But this one was no better than a cheap motel. Giving it 2 stars out of 5 was stretching it

Stopped by for coffee at the Starbucks located inside the hotel during a convention nearby. Noticed there were also 2 restaurants (one a steakhouse, the other Tex Mex) and a well stocked cocktail bar. It was definitely a great place to meet up with my friends in the morning that we stayed until after noon for lunch and some drinks. There were many spacious common areas on the 1st & 2nd floor. Starbucks was usual fare & quality but the steak from Chris Ruth's steakhouse and the cocktails from the Skylight bar were great. With the courteous & helpful service during our meal & drinks, it really jumpstarted what turned out to be wonderful Saturday.

All staff was very accommodating. Very clean. Nice rooms. Executive level worth the little extra per night.

Was down there for the ft worth art festival and walked in to chat, was debating on getting a room since I had been drinking.

Location was great. Parking on street wad great ans free on the weekend. Worked out nice.

Okay, I came to this hotel for the ANT aka Anime Fest. It was a small convention but still fun. But the hotel itself was lacking...
The elevator was not big enough or safe enough to deal with a lot of traffic. And being at a convention you have that. They had 3 elevators but only 2worked. The room was nice and spacious but the bathroom was kinda small. We asked for service and really didn't get what we had asked for which irked me since I do myself work as a housekeeper. I had to take the stairs many times for the fact that I got tired of waiting for the elevator. I was on the 8th floor....
Would I actually want to stay here again? That would be a no...

Outstanding staff! Nicole, Cassi, Papa Mike and Jackie make the stay so wonderful. Manager Wendy follows up on reservations, making sure it's correct. Just need to fix one of the three elevators, been broke for 3 weeks now.

Amenities were all fine. Hotel is in a great location. Staff is courteous and very helpful.

The hotel is nice but not wow. The girl at the desk told us we had a great view but it opened to an abandoned hotels empty pool trash included.
It was just not what I would have expected from Hilton. It was just average.

I attended a big party on the second floor, but did not stay at the hotel. Great location!

Gave away our room before our check in time to be out in a lesser room, AC in new room doesn't blow anything but cold air. TV signal cut out every few seconds for 3 days. 3 elevators that is overworked if there's a event going on nearby leading to 4+ minutes waits in it. Some times they let food delivery up to rooms other times not

The hotel only offers valet parking which is $30 per night. I find this to be an extremely high valet price.to add insult to injury I couldn't find on their website nor any third-party website that listed these rooms where it mentions at that parking was an additional fee or how much it was.also the room was warm and humid whenever we arrived even with the air conditioner running on full blast all night long the room though slightly less muggy was still very very warm as we were getting ready we sweat in the room trying to do our hair.

I booked this because of the executive level with snacks and drinks. Was not happy to find out they don't have it anymore. Also one elevator was not working, not good when on the top floor.

Fantastic staff, great location and atmosphere. The parking situation leaves a lot to be desired unless you dont mind using the hotel valet. Parking is really the only negative Mark for this property.

You could not ask for nicer people than the staff at Hilton Fort Worth! My sister is staying there for a business trip and (unfortunately) it coincides with her birthday, which means she will be without friends and family on her big day. I called the front desk to ask if they could send her a piece of cake and a card to celebrate, and they proposed a special dessert, followed by half a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, and a card-on them! Thank you so so much Steve and staff for making what could have been a disappointing birthday special for my sister!!! You guys are the best!

It was nice and had some beautiful interior designs. The beds were really comfortable.

Absolutely brutal. First didn t get the room we paid for months ago (non-refundable). No one reached out to let us know either. Secondly, went to order room service, phone doesn t work. Thirdly, 2/3 elevators were broken so to get to the lobby took close to 10-15 minutes each time. Would never recommend as this is the worst experience I ve had at a hotel. Very disappointing

Bedroom was fantastic and spacious. Staff was super friendly. But the bathroom was designed for children because it was tiny!!! Also, there was no place to park forcing us to use the valet service which was not planned for. Unfortunate, but those are the reasons I docked 2 stars.

Great downtown location. Hit and miss staff. They need to work on the hot breakfast, it wasn't very hot even when breakfast opened at 6a. I will give them another try on my next trip and we'll see if I continue frequenting the Ft Worth Hilton.

Very nice rooms, less than half a block away from Ft Worth Convention Center. Walking distance to sundance square. Very nice fitness center.

This hotel was a very nice accommodation. They upgraded me to the executive floor for no reason. Would def come back again.

Great staff. Very curteous. Rooms nice and spacious. Location is great right in the middle of everything.

Central location to restaurants and the convention center. Rooms need to be updated. My room was a bit musty and the AC was not sufficient to cool it down. It was loud and ran all night. Check in was easy and the personnel was very attentive. I will stay here again and hope for a better room experience.

Staff was excellent during convention. Very kind and courteous. House cleaning a little lacking but overall good service

Amazing historic hotel and wonderful staff! Tony, who spent much of the week as our groups bar tender, was such a joy!
