Hilton Hotel Fort Worth Review

Great access to the square of downtown Ft. Worth. Usually, Hiltons are a consistently good place to relax. We have stayed at this location before with no complaints. This time we were shorted towels and the shower curtain was missing. Very odd....

Great hotel.. Huge rooms.. Great location right in central Ft Worth business district. Staff is incredibly friendly. Best "corner pantry" I've ever seen in a hotel.

Very nice had some mistakes when bringing food to guest but good overall

Beautiful hotel full of history. Rooms were large and well decirated. Bed was lovely. Breakfast at the hotel was unrearkable. Valet only.

We stayed at the Hilton Fort Worth this week and had the most wonderful time! Everybody from front desk staff to Papa Mike, Concierge who gives the best recommendations for restaurants were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I stay there before is a beautiful place, but the employees are not friendly at all!

Small rooms, 30.00 to park per day, average service, disappointing banquet food, pricey.

Christmas party for my sister's job had a blast! The service is great loved my time here.

Loved this hotel! The conference room was great and the service all the staff while staying there was amazing. I would definitely recommend going back for other conferences there. The food was great at times while others it was decent it depends on the food that was eaten.

Very elegant when you walk in the front door an into the lobby. Very calming an a lot if art work. Not really a hotel that's kid friendly. More of a business trip or an adult weekend get away hotel.

Nice Hotel in a nice City, vry friendly Staff, clean rooms and well in shape. Very Central positioned, everything you need to get to is in close range. Good for one Night on a business trip and also good for a weekend of vacation! HH Dia

The marine corps ball event that was held there was great the staff were nice the food was good and the rooms were comfortable

Disgusting experience try to make a reservation directly with hotel. Transferred to five different people. No one know what the other id doing. Then get told by a senior sales manager the she will have to get a sales associate to call me the next day.so kept on the phone the first time for 35 minutes got cut off. then called back transferred again took 20 minute.
The only reason i will stay there is because it is a friends wedding.
Trust me I will never stay at any Hilton Hotel ever. Great thing that we have choices.

This hotel was wonderful. The property was gorgeous & the stay was very accommodating. Kuddos to Megan. If you are in the area or looking for a Mini Getaway, I would recommend this hotel for sure!!!!!

I never give 5 star ratings but this hotel is fantastic: food is great, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the rooms feel unique- unlike so many generic hotel room.

Tour the hotel where John F Kennedy stayed the night before being shot in Dallas

Check in was friendly and fast. Room was clean and had wonderful decoration. Room service was prompt. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

Nice hotel, very clean. Not really good for families with young children, which we'll keep in mind next time. Very convenient to the convention center. No microwave in the room.

The escalator was down and traffic on the elevator was pretty busy because of an event. Other than that I enjoyed my time there.

Only visited their ballroom for an event and liked it.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities you'd expect. I always have trouble finding a shower with a high showerhead, but this one was perfect. The lobby and location are unmatched in the area with lots of local restaurants and bars literally across the street. There's an attached Starbucks, which is very convenient.

My only gripe was the less than professional cleanliness of the room. I found hairs all over the place, and a couple of bobby pins on the floor in my room. Aside from that, sheets appeared clean, and the room was kept up very nicely.

I stayed here for Anime North Texas, so the location was ideal. Our room was amazing, and the hotel was extremely accommodating to our needs!

Disappointed with it being a Hilton air conditioning did not cool very good thermostat said 70 but did not get below 75 the room was clean but cobwebs in corners of room water pressure in room was fluctuating alot shower would go from a small stream to almost high pressure to were the shower head pressure almost hurt and a little CLR wouldn't hurt the shower head. But everyone was very polite and over all clean just not what I would expect the Hilton brand to produce.

It was nice, clean, and when we had a issue with the TV, they fixed it immediately (apparently someone unplugged the cord), the staff was really nice as well

Neat and nice place, we enjoyed our conference here, but please remember, parking is expensive here.

Was amazing

Room was great. Bigger than I expected. The air was a little quirky, we had to turn it down to 65 to feel any difference. Good overall though.

The staff are extremely friendly and eager to help.

This was our first time in Fort Worth and this hotel was the best. The location was great, walking distance to everything. Very clean hotel the restaurant was pricy the staff was on point. The stockyards was about 5 mins from the hotel. We had a great view from our room. If you want a view from your room you have to have a even number room. If you want to go clubbing walking distance also. If you want a strong margarita go to Cantina Laredo right the street awesome drinks. We will be back.. Thanks

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was gracious and incredibly helpful. I often have a good experience at Hilton hotels, but this was truly five star.

Great location across from convention center in downtown Fort Worth. The restaurants and coffee shops have options for all. The beds are very comfortable, slept some of my best nights on the road here. Wish the TV has better channels and controls.

Great Customer Service that extends outside the hotel to a neighbor if you will. I worked for another hotel chain for around 10 years and took a chance that I could get the same great service as I used to extend to my customers from the Hilton (downtown FTW). I work around the corner and had a co-worker that had some recent dental surgery and we were desperately looking for some hand towels or something that we could make a heated compress with. My first thought was the Hilton around the corner. I walked in and was greeted by a pleasant young man...Khai Noorzad... whom proceeded to ask me how he could help me today. I told him that I was not a customer and the short story and with no hesitation, he ran to the back and returned with a couple of large wash cloths and handed them to me with a smile. I did offer to pay for them, and he turned me down. Even though I was not a customer he graciously took care of my needs. What a great experience. Great Job Hilton on hiring and training great employees. My co-worker was very thankful for you courtesy. I will recommend your hotel to any who inquire in the future.

Really nice hotel. They ve done a nice job of giving the rooms a Texas touch that deviates from the canned hotel rooms you see in so many of these chains.

There was a room mixup and no apology from the front desk.

No amenities whatsoever at this time, no restaurant, bar, coffee, breakfast, pool or gym available but rate is full price $149. Closest open Restaurant was Ruth Chriss with limited hours. Single hand bagged ziplock bags of ice were the only complimentary item.

Our view was of the deserted hotel across the street, the train station and closed Billy Miners restaurant. Sadly the location is surrounded by homeless folks.

Valet parking for $31 A night or on the street. Suggest staying in a different hotel elsewhere.

Perhaps Hilton should lower rates or offer bonus points for stays where no amenities are offered.

This is a historic hotel, formerly the Texas Star, JFK and Jackie spent their last night there before his assassination in Dallas.

Glad we got to experience that part and see the pictures but we won t stay there again.

Very nice rooms and easy check in check out. Right in the middle of downtown.

I was there for a wedding reception, and I had to use the mens bathroom. oh boy, that bathroom smelled so bad and it was dirty

Rooms are beautiful, beds are soft. Valet are jerks. Rest of staff are wonderful and very helpful.

An excellent place to stay! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The A/c wasn't working, but they had it fixed in ten minutes. Very comfortable accomodations. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.

Executive suite is very nice. Complimentary Breakfast was good. Everything is in very close walking distance from Great restaurants to little bars to great history of Fort Worth.

I love this Hilton. The beds are very comfortable. Its located within walking distance of many great four star restaurants and shops. This is my go-to place when staying in Fort Worth. Room service is quick and the front desk staff is always friendly.

Attended here for Anime North Texas convention and the staff were all great and very attentive. They always made sure the water around the hotel was full and that everyone had anything they needed. Would definitely come back again.
