Everything about this hotel is amazing and the beach view is breath taken..

Patio too dark at at night. 75 degrees with the heaters on. Their touchscreen pads to close out your check are way too time consuming

Went there for my anniversary. Awesome visit. My son and hubby loved it. Awesome service. Relaxing,great view. Beach so close and pool and Jacuzzi was amazing! Planning another trip very soon.

Great room and service, really attentive to details and communicating with their guests.

We would usually stay at the W in Miami but decided to stay on ft lauderdale beach instead upon arrival the valet was great very friendly and professional, front desk clerk Wilmar great customer service very welcoming! Got upstairs room was clean ,view was amazing,turned on the television both TVs had lines they did switch them out after a while I had to go back down stairs to remind them, also I met a gentleman by the name of Kolz after coming back from the beach for extra towels what a pleasant man also gave great service but my last night the cable was out the big game was on the Heat played called the front desk she says oh sorry everyone is calling YEAH...the heat was playing for finals and they said oh sorry nothing we can do ok I understand its cable but at least give some type of compensation for the inconvenience of a room that cost $330 a night! And on a sunday night when rates usually drops ! Very disappointed very!!

This hotel has excellent accommodations! The rooms are spacious, very clean and well organized. It is located right off the beach on the A1A. The views of the beach are amazing. The selection of food and drinks were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was great overall. It is very well decorated and very clean. I was very well pleased with my visit here and would definitely recommend staying here.

Large, clean rooms with ocean view. Kitchenette, bath and shower overall very good

The pool was packed which made the service slow. The drinks were over priced but the bar tender was sweet and attentive.

Ate at the restaurant. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and went out of the way to make a roll that wasn't on the menu for us. They could use some more outside seating and were a little slow, but it was excellent food.

Took a long time to check us in. Asked for them for our luggage.Never came. Had to get it ourselves. Place was very nice. Employees just didnt seem to have it together.

Its great. I been staing there for the last 3 times I been to Florida. Good amenities. And great customer service. And the best part, you juts cross the roand and there's the beach.

Sulphur in water not removed since hurricane = Very smelly bath

Wow, well, where do we start? Online, this looks like a good enough hotel. We arrived 1 hr before check in, room wasn't ready. Fair enough, they tell us they will text when ready. We go to the 6th floor restaurant for lunch. No hostess for like 10 minutes. She arrives, no waitress for 10 minutes. She takes our drink order, no drinks for 20 minutes. She takes our order, and at the same time another couple that came after us gets their food. You get the picture. Whole affair for 2 sandwiches took 1.5 hours. This is common here after seeing other reviews. S3 will be your best food and drink option. No "room is ready" text, so down we head to the front desk, room IS ready, they don't quite believe I didn't get a text. Like I'm lying about not getting a text. Place is super crowded. There's like 20 employees hovering at the front desk, but 3 people working the restaurant upstairs. Elevators super slow. Housekeeping knocked our door with a DND sign up. Anyways, I'm not coming back here again.

Love the rooms and I love the balcony View but breakfast is not too bad and I wish they had heavier weights....

We stayed here during our vacation in Florida. We really enjoyed this beach resort. We had a room with great view. Rooms were spacious. Pool in the hotel was great too. Beach is right in front of the hotel. Just have to cross the road to get to the beach. This is located in great location. Highly recommend this place.

Visited for a convention and the food was subpar at every meal. The rooms were nice but have an awkward shape. The elevators are incredibly slow and have a strange female voice that will flirt with you if you go to the pool floor.

I have just came back from my spring break trip to the Hilton, and yes the college one. Not to sound completely irresponsible but we were taking part in the festivities rather aggressively. Loud music, partying and such. The reason this place is amazing is because it accommodated us so well that I think the people staying next to us actually thought we were being responsible! The walls and doors are solid, you cant hear anything outside of the door. The beds were extremely comfortable. Towels and other room service was fast and reliable. Instead of getting yelled at for playing music by the pool, a server came to ask us if we need more drinks. The balcony had such a nice view we actually decided to stay in (instead of going bar hopping) just to hang out on the balcony all night. What a vacation and an amazing facility for handling our shenanigans. More so, I plan on returning with my family eventually. Not many places are fit for all crowds, but this Hilton sets the standards on versatility.

Very good hotel with a very nice suite. The staff is nice and the welcome cocktail that you can pick up at the bar is very good. Would spend more time here.

This is our go-to hotel when in the area. Nice cozy rooms with an ocean view. Nice pool area and restaurant. Valet service is fast and super friendly all done by text message. Personnel at the front deck were very accommodating each time we visited and made us feel at home. Beach front rooms have an amazing view of the boardwalk below so we sat out at night watching the local action. Walking distance to many places. Huge walk in tile shower in our suite. Very impressive place and prices were reasonable. You will always see nice cars on site and we had flowers delivered to make the room more like home. Will stay here every time were in town on vacation.

Generally decent. As with most Hilton properties under staffed. This property suffers from long waits for the elevators during peak periods.

Arrived mid-afternoon to check in. The hotel had oversold and told me there was nothing they can do. Did nothing to help find another place to stay. Came back the next day. They admitted it was there fault, but we're very unapologetic. Said our room wouldn't be ready till much later. We asked if we could have towels to hang out on the beach and they said we cannot have towels until we have room keys. Generally not a customer service focused hotel. Very atypical for a Hilton.

Staff was excellent!! The location was perfect!! Great time with our Carrier and Bryant dealers for a factory tour.

The staff was excellent and made you feel welcomed. The room was spacious and offered several goodies. It was convienant to the beach, shops, food places and more.

Bad check-inn and room is dirty and nothing works properly and they do not respond on the phone. Im a Hilton member and shocked. Unless you are okay with 1 star give this a pass. just to give you a scope on problems: not vacuumed, no room service menu-called 3 times dont have, clock not set, tried to speak to manager-disconnected

My room was smelling fresh paint all my stay, the dishwasher was broken, the bathtub was dirty, the bathroom sink is cracking, there were no plates or silverware, the bed sheet was with holes in them, the wardobre door is broken, the oven was very dirty, the dishwasher was dirty, they didnt give me correct information when I called to ask for food, but the cherry on top was that me and my girlfriend got locked out of the room and it took ages to fix the problem. I'm very disappointed. The pool and the spa were kinda nice tho, so not all bad.

Great view, clean and friendly staff. Happy hour happens twice a day, 4-6 and 9-11 which is nice and fun. The pool area is also beautiful and provides a great view of the beach. Hilton also have its own section of beach which kept super clean. The room also provides a lovely and simple patio that's gated and leads to the pool. I just wish the patio door required a key card access.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two night , Sat 17th & Sun 18th Nov prior to a cruise. We loved our short stay. The room was excellent and the staff very helpful.

Specifically , Vicki Brandt the concierge did a great job pre arranging an Airboat trip to the Everglades , many thanks.

We had a tiny problem getting extra milk delivered to our room, this was fixed by one of the security personnel who saw us queuing at reception to request more milk, she (officer Redmond) asked if she could help , we explained what we needed and she sorted it out. How helpful :-).

The full breakfast in the Hotel dining room was superb for $29 and ,again the staff were happy to chat and explain about the local area.

Little things that staff do to help are so appreciated and can be the difference between a good experience and a great experience.

Great Hotel fantastic restaurant really good service the people are very helpful and the managers are even more helpful I have nothing but good things to say about the Hilton Fort Lauderdale beachfront Resort. With my business partner we've been organizing our conference here for the past 4 years and during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.

Excellent service, clean rooms, conveniently located right by the beach and close to good places to enjoy dinning or dancing.

I came down here in the beginning of Novemeber for a work conference. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. My stay was great! I'm actually writing this review for the service I received after my stay. I left a pair of black heels in my room and did not realize it until a month later. I called the hotel to see if they found them and to my surprise, they did! I spoke with a woman named Cheryl Redmond, who went above and beyond to make sure that these were in fact the shoes I left and see to it that they were sent back to me. Cheryl was very nice over the phone, and sent a photo of the shoes for confirmation. I was amazed that a month later, the Hilton still had my shoes. Thank you so much Cheryl Redmond for providing excellent customer service.

During Covid time not all guests were wearing masks However this supposedly is their policy, this was not inforce, for a well recognized brand this was shocking. The room was located in front of a construction site and we were not notified , we had a corner with ocean view. S3 restaurant customer service was suboptimal and they probably had an inexperienced chef as the sushi was pretty mediocre. At least I was with my family and that made the weekend amazing but the hotel experience was not up to our expectations. Probably restaurant chains and hotels are firing the greatest employees and this is affecting the quality provided and customer service...we won t go back again.

Clean room, comfortable beds great car service and the restaurants are good. Give it 3 stars....but the Couch is like sitting on a board and the Starbucks really needs improvement. Oh, if you want to watch TV forget about it. They have Direct TV.. ...terrible quality.

Fantastic ambience, delicious drinks, and the downstairs restaurant is excellent and relatively reasonably priced.

Visited the S3 restaurant and lounge. Delicious blackberry mocktail. Need to add vodka next time. Tapas portions with fresh ingredients.

The lobby cafe was useful on a hot fort lauderdale airshow day, way overpriced on any other regular day. Standard shop at hotel - expensive.

Stayed there for the first time. Enjoyed it s lot. Beautiful hotel, great location. We were greeted with vouchers for free welcome beverages. Our ac in the room didnt work properly and we immediately upgraded to a nicer room and provided such more vouchers. Excellent service. Definitely will be back.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!
We had our wedding reception here and could not have been more pleased. Everyone on the staff was more than helpful and went out of their way to ensure the best stay possible. Even before the wedding, all of our family and guests were taken care of and we had no complaints or problems of any kind. Everything with our reception went smoothly and was just as described when we chose the venue. Brittany Manzie, the hotels wedding coordinator was awesome! She was more than helpful and surpassed our expectations that we had.
After the wedding, we stayed an extra night before leaving for the honeymoon and they made our stay for us and our family, just remarkable!

All of the staff here is nice, helpful and wanting to make your stay the best on the strip! Best hotel in Fort Lauderdale!

Its location is privileged, being very close to the beach and many restaurants and cafes, the service is very good and its spacious, clean rooms with beautiful views

Great hotel - clean, small kitchen (equipment is brought if needed immediately).
Over the road and you are on the beach (towel for the beach there is free- sunbed and umbrella cost !!! - ca15, - but you do not really need).
Mark and Aline are to be highlighted by the staff - if that is at all - they saved us the first night, as our luggage in Europe remained .... And brought us with local insider knowledge in the right places.

So book here! Hotel and staff is great
