Beware I had my stuff stolen from the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale.........the managers all spoke with me and did nothing ....it has been 30 days and still non follow up ....i could have stayed at the best in for this type of service....and they say that the valet and the Hilton are two separate companies .....I am beyond disappointed and i lost over $750 worth of belongings.....Never will I Stay There Again even for free>>>>>>Thieves and Cheats

Nice place lacking in food options. Nice spa and the beach is right across the street. Terrific service. Weird mix of ultra-rich folks and the rest of us...you;ll see a Ford fusion parked next to a Bentley, with the owners liekly drinking next to eadh other at the bar.

Great location with comfortable rooms, but the staff and service are the differentiators. Repeat customer.

Construction next to the building, you could feel the dirt in the room. Housekeeping not that great, dishes left dirty, not a set time of cleaning, kind of rude when asked to come later cause we were getting ready. Room service horrible, kept waiting for food for two hours, called to cancel order and they didn t even answer. It s the second time we come, not gonna come for a third time. Valet parking service nice though.

This hotel has it all the staff was outstanding and very helpful

They billed me for the room twice I paid $4,000 for 4 nights ......I've been on the phone constantly they will not return my money it's a rip-off!!!!

The hotel was good but the staff was incredible. Very happy with the poolside service that we received as well as the welcoming accommodations when we first arrived.

Lovely staff, never ever did I go thirsty and go a few moments without seeing my server. Ryan the bartender was amazing!! Always a great time with the Vixens crew aswell

Rosa at the front desk was very helpful in helping me book my stay. I had several very obscure questions that most people would not think to ask and she handled them effortlessly, very much proving her expertise on the local area and the hotel accommodations. Looking forward to my stay!

Hotel and staff are nice but the main reason we chose this location was they advertised they had electric car charging. However, their chargers are not functioning.

The best option to be in front of the beach. An excellent hotel and the best service.

Well done. Came for a wedding. From the valet, bell hop, front desk, housekeeping, catering team, gym and pool bar/ restaurants; all was on point and top notch.

Had dinner at S3. Absolutely delicious! The staff was very attentive. The food was amazing. Some of our favorites were the Mac and cheese, the Brussels sprouts, and the beef ribeye. Restaurant is right near the beach so you can watch the ocean as you eat. Excellent experience.

I stayed here the first weekend in February and had the most delightful time. Andy Villarreal went above and beyond my expectations being so professional, inviting, and just made me feel like I was a VIP member. The room was beautiful, the view was breathtaking. I was so fascinated by how thoughtful Andy Villarreal was to make sure my cousin and I were comfortable and happy with our stay. I also had a great breakfast buffet at the hotel, our waitress (I think her name was Susan or Pamela) was fantastic and so om point, also the Haitian who made the omelettes, made me a Mediterranean omelet that was cooked to perfection. Everyone I encountered that was staff was very helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Beautiful property located in quieter part of strip

Excellent location facing the sea, rooms that can be joined for large families! The rooms facing the sea the view is spectacular !!! The pool area is very nice !!! Close to many restaurants and bars in Fort Lauderdale !!!

I live just a couple miles away and the Hilton is one of my favorite spots to recommend family and friends when in town.

I highly recommend this small resort. The pool was excellent, and the service in the lobby is 5 star.

What started out as a 3 star turned into a 5. I stayed here from 10/26-10/29. We booked a suite with a kitchen; and didn't realize til after hours that the microwave did not work. An engineer came up, but to no avail. We called the front desk and asked for the manager Victoria to voice our concerns. Victoria was apologetic and with the help of Mohammad upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite with wrap around balcony. Victoria and Mohammad are AN ASSET to this Hilton hotel. They really went above and beyond, which was appreciated. Rooms on the 25th floor are very large and spacious. Updated kitchens and awesome views. Food was great(steak) and LEO in the restaurant was very friendly and made us some 5.0 drinks. Shane was also great arranging our bags while we waited for a new room. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I'll be back!

Update: Management has since reached out to me and apologized. They took full responsibility and assured me the below behavior does not accurately represent the company. I was promised compensation ($50 voucher for the cafe) in the mail, but have yet to receive it. I will update my review accordingly when (if) compensation is received.

We stayed in an ocean front suite with great views of the ocean but sadly also to the pool downstairs. Lots of noise from the pool area throughout the day and late into the night, despite a written rule that the pools hours are daylight hours only. Combined with ongoing construction noise from a new hotel next door, constant sirens from a local fire station, this wasn't a very relaxing stay.

While the employees are generally friendly and helpful, this place is SEVERELY understaffed. We had to wait over 3 hours to simply get linens for the sofa bed. With a long travel day and sleepy kids, this was a frustrating experience, even then we had to settle for a single pillow for our two kids. Housekeeping came usually very late in the day (~7h pm) when we were trying to relax in the room after our beach day. Lobby pretty much always filled with waiting customers, some sleeping on the sofas, likely waiting for their rooms to be ready. Again I think this is a result of being understaffed. No shortage of staff at the bar though, serving drinks to paying customers...

We will not return here.

The best place possible to relax, unwind and recharge from the world! We have visited much time in the past and intend to in the future.

Me and my wife stayed here and let me tell you.. what a great resort! Just a few steps away from the beach. The pool was maintained very well. There is a private seating for adults. Great Ocean Views and a Restaurant right outside the pool area. The food was great and the bartenders were just the best around.

20-30 dollars for parking in the parking garage per night ??? !! (better walk something!)

Room with sea view can also be a room on the side where you have a balcony over which you can see over the sea,

We have stayed here many times usually for weeks at a time. Always have had great service. Clean rooms. wonderful view of the waterway and passing boats.

Awesome view and easy access for walking and doing some shopping.

Don't bother staying anywhere else in Fort Lauderdale. Go ahead and book here.

Incredibly friendly staff. Beautiful pool area. Nice rooms. Convenient location. Concierge was very helpful. My favorite amenity was free beach chair and towel rentals AT the beach so you don't have to lug them back and forth! Only a few minor negative points worth mentioning - the first floor smells like too much perfume or cologne or something. We've been here for a week and it's just as strong every day. So much so that it literally hurts my nostrils and gives me a headache. Also, the cafe food area on the first floor smells like a smelly old man's breath. Many guests have noticed this and it's been the same way for a week. If you're pregnant or sensitive to smell, I'd hesitate before deciding to stay here. Aside from the smells though, it's a great place and I'd definitely come back!

Very nice hotel at a very nice location. Views are amazing and the beach is literally across the street.

Been here for a few days now and the service is top notch. The staff have all been very nice, greeting you with water after you come from the beach. You have to pay for a umbrella ($25 daily rental) but you have it all day.
I always like to get out of the hotel and try new restaurant nearby, but the ones at the hotel are very good!
The room aren t huge but who case your there to sleep and watch tv to fall asleep too. We did get a nice view from our hotel room. Beds were every comfy. I want the same one at home!! And the pillows were fluffy, I like a certain type and as soon as my head hit them I was out. Overall I was stay again!

Also Starbucks in there downstairs cafe!

This hotel has excellent service from the wait staff, to the front desk, to the pool people.

Had a great stay. Everyone, from the valets to the front desk attendants, were very professional and friendly. Room was wonderful with a great view considering construction across the street. Pool are was very nice and spacious. Would definitely stay again soon

Very nice views, for the price I found it a little outdated

I won't be back to this location. Towels never showed up to the beach for guests. I called the front desk multiple times while there and no one answered. At check in I wanted to prepay but tell me why when I got home there was a charge on my card? Disappointed in management, the best customer service are the valet guys.

They hit you with hidden fees like, resort fee,parking fee,equipment fee,and they don't tell you this until you check out! Horrible place to visit!

Great location, right across the beach and walking distance of the bars and party spot. Rooms are spacious and have a great view.
