During Covid time not all guests were wearing mask...

During Covid time not all guests were wearing masks However this supposedly is their policy, this was not inforce, for a well recognized brand this was shocking. The room was located in front of a construction site and we were not notified , we had a corner with ocean view. S3 restaurant customer service was suboptimal and they probably had an inexperienced chef as the sushi was pretty mediocre. At least I was with my family and that made the weekend amazing but the hotel experience was not up to our expectations. Probably restaurant chains and hotels are firing the greatest employees and this is affecting the quality provided and customer service...we won t go back again.
