Arrived mid-afternoon to check in. The hotel had oversold and told me there was nothing they can do. Did nothing to help find another place to stay. Came back the next day. They admitted it was there fault, but we're very unapologetic. Said our room wouldn't be ready till much later. We asked if we could have towels to hang out on the beach and they said we cannot have towels until we have room keys. Generally not a customer service focused hotel. Very atypical for a Hilton.
