Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort Review

Great location. Nice indoor outdoor bar on mmain floor facing beach. Be prepared for $20 beach chair rental & $20 umbrella rental per day

Staff was terrific!!! Nice place to stay across the street from the beach. They were "out of towels" at the beach, after telling me no need to carry over, at 10 a.m. Back to pool I went!!

As every single Hilton it is very nice, but I had a lot of minor incidents. For example, my luggage took a lot of time to get from the lobby to my room, or the staff forgot twice to bring an extra pair of towels and blankets. Too many minor incidents for being a Hitlon.

Lactation was Great! Loved the room very spacious and comfortable beds.

Hotel is quite nice. If coming for the beach location is great. Right across from beach. Staff is extremely helpful. Do not hold a conference or event here. Event planner at hotel is disorganized. She had people going all over the hotel to find out where events were being held. The hotel has a computerized sign in the lobby where these things could be posted and of course paper on doors, signs???? Space is not really designed for more than maybe a 100 people. If weather is bad definitely would not want to do an event here. Events are held on a floor only accessible by walking down outside two flights, slippery or an outside elevator. Hotels also set up tents so guests would not get wet, but they were set up poorly and rain kept pouring in. This was more than the hard rain, it was poor execution. Space it's self is over looking beach and very pretty but would be hard to decorate. Food was just ok for events. Restaurant S3 lobby level of hotel very good.

It was just okay. First I will say the staff is very professional and accommodating. Shane (Bellhop/doorman/guest service CHAMPION) is an incredibly talented and generous individual who made our stay incredible. Shane THANK YOU!!!

We used Hilton Honors points to stay at the facility. All went as planned with no major complications. However, our room is apparently someone's apartment. I've never stayed in a luxury resort that had a closet full of someone's personal belongings. It left us feeling a little awkward and definitely less secure. We felt as though whoever owned these belongings had access to the room that we paid for and might return at any time.

We understand the tourist industry. We understand that Fort Lauderdale is a popular destination. We even understand inflated prices in the industry however, the prices at the gift shop and coffee shop are just plain greedy. Please consider being at least reasonable. $9 for a bag a chips is really not reasonable, it makes the entire industry appear greedy.

This place is amazing. It's clean, there is always an employee around to help, and it's RIGHT on the beach!

Clean and up to date rooms with great views and lots of private outdoor areas to enjoy view of beach while enjoying a cocktail.

Was good it was my honeymoon and my father wanted to pay for the whole thing yet somehow when we got there they didn t have his card on file we were told we could just switch the cards and get his and use it when w check out ... come check out time they told us we couldn t without the card ... my dad is older and 45 min away ... they told us he just needed to fill an authorization form
And email it back but they didn t tell us he had to bring it in his self which is what he told him the lady wouldn t even come back out and tell me she sent her coworker out to tell me they had to charge our Card unless my dad physically brought in the form .. it s not the money it s the way it was handled and how she wouldn t even come back out to tell me

We are returning again. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was a corner unit with a South view. I have also stayed in the North View and both views are amazing. Vicki at concierge has been a great help for me as I am doing bridesmaid dress shopping last minute. The Water has been very calm this time on the beach. Our rooms are freshly renovated with new carpets and furniture. There are great restaurants walking distance and at nite. The boulevard is great for walks and the restaurants down the street form here have great music and its far away enough that the noise doesn't bother us. Mark has been excellent at recommending restaurants for us to visit and tours to take. We rented a cabana by the pool one day and the music was great, perfect shade on one of the hottest days her.
This place is a must visit.

Great beach resort....provides chairs, towels and water for residents.

Everything was truly fantastic! The customer service was five star worthy and the room was excellent! Rosa at the front desk was very kind and made our anniversary stay very welcoming.

We would definitely return and highly recommend the King oceanfront from the 14th floor up. We were originally placed in an oceanfront on the 7th floor and did not like the room. The pool was on the sixth floor and took away from the privacy. The kind lady at the front desk was very kind and immediately moved us to a different room.

Overall, we really can't complain. It was a very special stay and their staff obviously did everything to keep it that way. The building was well kept and in a great location.

Perfect! Stay anytime you can. Clean, staff always nearby to help. Several food options. Starbucks inside. Amazing view steps from beach!

The hotel allows non guest to use the pool on the weekends. The crowd having a party at the pool was not one you would want your kids around. Avoid this property if you are looking for a family friendly hotel.

Super clean and cozy. S3 restaurant right downstairs.

Great Hotel with Hilton amenities. Only downside was extra costs (Valet parking + Resort fee = $60 per day). Great pool and access to beach.

Huge rooms some with a view out to sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great had the buffet breakfast which had to be paid for but was well worth the money. Enjoyed a drink in the bar using the drinks vouchers we were given with paying the tourist tax. Use of bikes was also included in tourist tax but didn't have time to use them or the beach chairs. Stayed at the hotel for one night prior to joining a cruise ship.
