Great place, wanted to come back after our cruise, the rates went up 3x, ouch

Room is perfect, service is great, amenities are amazing too

The service is appalling. Pretty careless. I would never book this hotel again. I do not recommend it. Look for Conrad or another Hotel. Amazing that the service is so bad at a beachfront Hilton.

Went to dinner at the Hilton and it was really great. Atmosphere was wonderful and prices were somewhat manageable. Great location on the beach.

Wow...wow...wow... This place is great! Ocean view and I can't tell you how amazing..big hotel, great customer service!!! This is a place I would def stay again.. close to fort lauderdale airport! Loom at this view! :)

Great resort if anything it could use a larger spa.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful service.
Ruth at the front desk was fabulous and helped make our stay perfect.
There were some charges on my bill upon checkout that were charged to my room by mistake which were removed,but that should not have happened and I suggest that others be sure to check their statements .

Checked in at 1pm room not ready until 5 PM. Seemed like everyone else was getting rooms just fine. Was told they were perfecting my room. It was far from perfect. Offered $40 credit. What an insult . I bet the Westin or Ritz would be a better option.

First the hotel is beautiful you can tell management does a great job keeping their staff engaged for excellence, they have a great partnership with the transportation company ZTG Transportation as well. My wife and I ended up having our wedding here and everything went perfect. It even rained the day of our wedding and they had a plan B ready and everything still came out perfect. From the Transporation being on time with their beautiful clean sprinters and professional drivers, along with the property, rooms and service during our wedding espectacular. Just want to thank everyone involved making our wedding especial. Daniela & Kendt and now Bella :) . Married 05/26 finally was able to give you the 5 stars you deserve!

Great place to stay if your a gringo. Not the kind of place to go to if your looking for a Latin vibe.

A bit old but the view from the balcony and the proximity to the beach makes it absolutely worth a visit. Rooms are spacious. About breakfast and dinner no information as always in the city on the way because there is so much to do.

Suites were clean and full featured. Service was efficient and courteous.

The people were phenomenal. We loved our server Patron-she was amazing. Beautiful views and great food. I gave this 2 stars because the beds are in serious need of an upgrade...even adding new box spring mattresses would make a huge difference. The sofa bed needs to be burned. Period. We booked here specifically because we had 5 people and wound up having a crying teen because the sofa bed sucked so bad (like her feet were a few inches above her head when lying down because it was so broken). Had to go to front desk to get help and they sent up 2 blankets to offset the slope. We tried to build it up with the couch cushions but that was ridiculous too. She slept on the couch cushions on the floor instead. This place would really be amazing if you could actually sleep without breaking your body on the old beds and be in pain the next day. All 5 of us were miserable on our 6 hr plane ride this morning.

Update. After reaching out multiple times, the staff were very apologetic and provided the credit they had promised during our stay. They said they are working toward upgrades and agreed that working and comfortable beds are a priority. We will be back.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and very accommodating including Victoria and Maria at the front desk! The room was beautiful and very clean.. The pool was both peaceful and fun with the music they played.. and breakfast was amazing as well

Gorgeous place, but hasn't been updated in awhile and the internet speeds are *completely* unusable, even for Diamond members (using the Premium internet).

We were here for a friends wedding and they were so great!

Great hotel with a great location right in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale beach. Walking distance to most everything including many choices of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing! Fantastic food, drink and views.

Love it. Only thing that threw me off was the water. Its green. Also, its warm inside. Other than that, I've enjoyed my stay.

Amazing view, we got a room on the top floor which was spotless and clean.

Right next to the W we stayed at last week. I would say about 80% the experience but less than half the cost.

Not good service, two days no one clean the suite. Yet, Staff very friendly

Since this is our official first day in the hotel, the only thing that I was a little disappointed with is the person who's supposed to be here to do things with the kids didn't show up. Besides that, everything else from the people to the rooms everything is amazing. We chose this hotel mainly because it had things to do with the kids, so I'm hoping that the person who's supposed to be here comes for the remainder of our stay.

Great location. Beach Front room wonderful!!. Beautiful room. Wonderful staff, very friendly. A bit pricey but great! Hard long wait to get into room which usually isn't a norm for Hilton but was very friendly while we sat waiting on our room.

This is my second time staying at this property and I can not say enough about it. From the staff to the room and the food, everything is always amazing. This past time we had the pleasure of meeting Edward Thornton who took care of EVERYTHING. He has completely exceeded any of our customer service expectations. He truly made our stay phenomenal!!!! Will definitely be back soon and will recommend this property to everyone I know, thank you again!

Location is wonderful and the Hilton inside is so beautiful.... Rooms are very spacious and clean.

We checked in early and didn't get the text that our room was ready until 3pm. When we finally got to the room the view of the beach was amazing and the room was very large. The room had a stain on the pull out bed, carpet and makeup spilled in the drawer in the bathroom. We also had to call room service to get sheets, blankets and pillows for the pull out bed. When you pay a good amount of money for something you expect everything to be right. This team fell short this time in my opinion.

I wish I had something to review on but unfortunately it's impossible to get someone on the phone. I've tried calling the spa directly (during business hours) and the hotel so they could transfer me to the spa and no one answers (made multiple attempts). They lost business simply by not answering there phones.

Clean, warm, and comfortable environment. Nice place.

While the staff working here were friendly and hospitable, the structure itself is not. We had a cramped room with a bad view. Shower made a crazy loud noise. Elevators are slow and crowded, stairs don't access every floor. Lobby is tiniest I've ever seen at a Hilton. Parking is strictly valet, which will cost you almost $40/night.

A bit dated hotel, yet clean and well equipped. Internet miserable, next to the house is a major construction site.

The room and the view is awesome and definitely worth the price but they people who work there stole my kids shirts and the pool had so much chemicals that all my kids skin got burnt. I will definitely keep going back but I will not leave my clothes on the chairs. I just bought those shirts!!! Ohhh and you cant order outside food and eat it at the pool area you have to go to your room!!!! Only their food is allowed at the pool area. I would think that after spending so much money at their hotel between the room, parking, drinks, tipping and room service that this rule is a little ridiculous!!!

Love the location of the hotel, the staff was all fantastic from the valet to front desk to the bar, and the room was great being very comfortable and fantastic views

No night amenities, jet tub was broken, no late check out.

It presents a variety of entertainment venues, however its proximity to the beach makes it an exotic place

The staff was cool but the bathtub was disguising, it didn't look like the cleaned it. Then my girlfriend was upset and disgusted because she saw the mattress we were sleeping on. I guess they didn't put enough sheets on the bed to cover up the mattress.

Nice, spacious & great for a weekend get away. But a bit pricey. We're on the 10th floor. We have a balcony & a view of the beach!! across the street from the beach

Horrible experience with this front desk .
At check in they were saying that they didn t have the room that i booked , when I ask to add a extra sofa or bed for the child they said no , when when we went to ask for our deposit back witch I payed cash the guy at the front desk didn t even understand what I m asking for !!!
They clearly trying to lie and say they don t have cash to rerun for the deposit Ans only after 30 minutes of showing my recite and explain many times Rahat I payed cash for the deposit they went and open the safe !!!
Anything else you will ask in this hotel even basic things they will immediately say no .
Will never go there again !!!

Amazing service and rooms, loved the pool very kid friendly

Great view, great food, great atmosphere, and great service. It's a bit pricey but understandably so.

Not much of a resort for the $30 daily resort fee. We couldn't get an explaination on why the resort fee was charge on award nights when it is not shown when booking. Front desk was overwhelmed and the lobby was very loud. Pool is nice but not very big when a few families show up. Beach services seem nonexistant. Most rooms are on the side of the resort, so the ocean view is really just a partial ocean view (we heard the front desk have to argue that point with many people; too bad the reservations system didn't just describe the rooms well).

Top hotel but pricey for drinks and meals, although the restaurant was first class

Stayed for 5 days last week for a conference and mini vacation. Hotel is nice, views are great. Hotel room was only cleaned 2x during our stay and felt like both restaurants on site kind of had the same food. Not the end of the world. Would have given the hotel 3 stars but what made our stay was Cristina (server at the pool) resulting in my rating of 4 stars.....I would give her 5! She was attentive, personal, gave great recommendations, had an awesome sense of humor, and overall went above and beyond for anyone she was waiting on. If you visit, seek her out. You will not be disappointed.

The worst 4th of July at the beach because a very noisy and bad music coming from the hotel at very high volume...xtressing!!!!!

This place is incredible.. Very nice to hang out and have fun in Fort Lauderdale..

Nice employees, located across the road from the Beach. ( 4 Star rating) Pool area is nice, place is clean. Room service Cuban sandwich was good. Valets were friendly and helpful offering any help with addresses or travel routes.

Room had a slight smell, but it didn't bother me. The conference chairs were hard, but the amenities provided were great. Would visit again

We are very pleased with this being our honeymoon stay. Everybody is kind, professional and willing to lend a helping hand with whatever it may be that you need. The views are absolutely gorgeous. There are nearby shops and restaurants you can walk to. The pool is relaxing to hang out at during the day and they have drinks/food you can order right there. The guacamole is the best I have had. Courtney was attentive, kind and professional throughout each of our meals.
We will be back in the future for sure!! Chim definitely helped make it a wonderful experience by adding in little treats for us Honeymooners as well as a sweet card. Maria at the front was very helpful and constantly smiling. She had the answer to every question we asked and even gave us suggestions on things. By far an amazing experience.

Loved it was visiting for a Patriots trip. The Hilton is one of our favorite vacation hotels and this location was amazing great service, and restaurants but the best part was the 6th floor pool overlooking the ocean. The room was amazing and comfortable with a great porch view definitely will be back and please look into coastal travels in Massachusetts for get Patriots travel experience.
