I just had a wedding last weekend and the hotel was trying to stop it Because I have pay for 20 people and I had 28 people the ban in a camera crew was count for guess even though we know we're not eating and the hotel knew that and the airconditioner sucks I have already paid 5,186 dollars for the wedding and the hotel management told me that I needed to pay additional 3000 at the middle of my wedding at 8:10 pm the wedding started at 6:00 p.m thank God for the father of my wife that pay up but please be careful with these people and to ariel was well

It s really the staff that makes this place great. They make the smallest nuisances irrelevant. We came for spring break/my daughter s first birthday. We stayed in a two bedroom suite that included a full kitchen. The wrap around balcony provided views to the beach as well as the marina. The view was spectacular. We decided to spend most time relaxing so we had groceries delivered. We asked for pots, pans, and dishes. They were brought up right away. As well as anything we needed brought up... crib.. extra blankets .. etc. the pool was heated. The pool area was very nice with a nice view. The pool area was extremely crowded and busy. Once there was no seating available, so one of the staff members allowed us to go to a cabana free of charge. I was concerned about the hotel not sitting directly on the beach, however it is just a short walk across the street. You get two beach chairs with your reservation. The attendants were always prompt and accommodating.
They had a great selection of channels. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The jet tub was great. Toiletries didn t feel cheap.

Nuisances..
While at the pool the emergency alert system went off printing visitors to exit and don t use elevators. I was at the pool alone with 3 children. After descending about halfway, they announce it is a false alarm and we can return .

I booked through a 3rd party. At check in they were about to run my card for $1800 for the remaining balance although I paid in full. After standing around a bit, it was finally corrected.

Twice housekeeping entered without knocking. Once my husband was in the shower.

WiFi was super slow. My husband had to do some research and it was super inconvenient

Children s activities- one of the deciding factors for me when booking was that the website claimed to have activities for kids. This included an area by the pool from 12-5 with some games and balloons. I thought it would be a schedule of things and more structured as what has been my experience with other resorts that have children s activities listed.

Overall we had an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful and service was spectacular.

Beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. Being right on the beach, the views are amazing. The service was also excellent. I had ordered room service a couple times, and the food was delicious and served pretty quick. I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed myself thoroughly at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. The rooms were immaculate. The location and the view was right facing the beach. All of the staff was super friendly especially the valet. I would highly recommend to all of my family and friends going to this Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort.

I f your worried about the TV then you just don't want to chill LAX.

The location is good. You have to cross a street to get to the beach, but they have umbrellas and staff there to help. The elevators are slow during peak times, primarily around breakfast and checkout hours. Our room had a small kitchen, which was great for cold milk and cereal for early rising kids. ;-)

Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Plenty of options are within walking distance and many more if you're willing to venture a bit further.

We took both a segway a boat tour of Fort Lauderdale, which were fun and informative. The tours will pick you up from the hotel, although we drive to them as a matter of convenience.

Excellent location, service, pool....but hey Hilton...this property could use some updating.

Everything and everyone was perfect. Had great time and the whole staff made that happen. Made a vacation with lots memories

I loved our room, some outlets didn't work but that's the only complaint I could think of.

The hotel and the staff was fantastic. I travel a lot of and never really write reviews but I would highly recommend this hotel.

These hotels in foreign countries are far from the domestic ones, and they are generally the domestic three-star standard.

Hilton requires you to valet your car each night. I received my car with a HUGE scratch down the center of my car from Valet. When I pointed out the scratch valet service checked there notes for damage and confirmed the scratch was NOT previously there. When leaving the Hilton property I was told I would be contacted about this incident and given a case number. Then days later I received a call stating I would NOT be compensated for the damage.

Great day at the beach! Just barely beat the storm.

We spent almost a week here with our two little ones mom got spoiled, kiddos had a blast, and daddy was one happy camper! Service, food and beverage excellent. Loved the relaxed feel of our pool area and beach.

The stay was great, wonderful room with spectacular view of the beach! Outstanding service, Everyone was courteous and friendly!!

Good property but could benefit from a refresh of rooms and hallways. Very friendly staff. Overpriced, meh, food and drinks.

The staff here especially Ruth at the front counter and the manager of the pool bar lounge went out of there way to give us the Hilton experience that I've learned to expect when I come here. Thank you. See you soon.

Great location. Right on the beach and close to shops and many restaurants. Rooms were clean and service was fine. I had a hard time getting over the green-tinted water though. Apparently it has to do with the city water treatment process so their isn't much they can do...

First class resort and professional and friendly staff.

Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, museum. Staff was so friendly, from the valets to the room staff. The ocean view balcony is worth it if you like to sit out and chill. The pool area is active, good place to swim or chill in a lounge chair. Will be coming back to this hotel.

We checked in for our honeymoon. Alexa upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite. The room was nice, the view was breathtaking and the service from valet, housekeeping, the restaurants & of course Alexa and the front desk staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. We'll definitely come back again!!

What a beautiful place for sure. I surprised my wife today with this room and she just fell to the floor. She has not left the room yet lol

My feelings are mixed on this hotel. On the plus side, the hotel rooms are very clean, beautiful and large. The bathroom was very clean too. Beautiful view on the beach and on the ocean.

On the minus side, a lot of wait to be seated at the restaurant, not a lot of room to wait. You have to stand and wait, sometimes 30 minutes. Restaurant is not very well organized and people run into each other a lot as there is not a lot of space.

Not impressed at all. Bathroom light is burned out, parking and entering the hotel was complicated, our oceanview looked at a noisy construction site, carpet was stained and frayed, floors were dirty, dust ruffle had spots that were gross, TV has vertical lines going through the picture, furniture is dusty, no towels for the kitchen, there was urine all over the toilet seat (it obviously was not cleaned), we were left with a tiny bit of toilet paper with no spares, and to top it off, the little bit of view we did have was obstructed by the filthy windows and balcony glass. For the price, way overrated. As a diamond hhonors member, not feeling a warm fuzzy. We would have left had they not already charged us for the room and fee, plus another $38.xx for the resort fee again. We won't be visiting this location again. Super disappointed since I was going to hang at thnuoe beach and ended feeling so uncomfortable, I stayed in the room. I edited to a 2 star only because of the room service. Food and services were awesome!

Beautiful renovations, excellent customer service at front desk, great staff throughout hotel, love having Starbucks on property. Spa is small.

Very nice restaurant! I loved sitting by the warm fire pit while eating my dinner and listening the ocean waves.

The woman concierge is not the most friendly. Very rude phone etiquette. Making adjustments the the reservation with the front desk is also a challenge. I had to be transferred several times prior to actually speaking to someone. Over all service could be a little more friendly considering it is the hospitality industry.

I was there for work during spring break times and every staff member went out of there way to make my group comfortable. I'm a Marriott guy but this place is the best in Ft Lauderdale.

Cathy, a supervisor that ran the valet operation was outstanding. Service was fast and professional and Cathy was personable and cool!

Everything was beautiful and clean. Staff was wonderful especially the manager, Michael!

Awesome Hilton resort with an amazing nstaff who really know how to provide the best service to their guests.

This was a fantastic beach hotel - quick walk across the street to the beach with a rooftop pool on the 6th floor. I didnt get a chance to eat at the restaurant on the first floor, but did have drinks at the 6th floor bar by the pool and got some great happy hour deals. The rooms were very nice, clean, and mine had a bit of an ocean view. Only downside was the construction next door, which was noisy and dusty during the day.

Last time i stayed here i put 5 stars but this time i was abit disappointed. First our studio was very small and shower doors were dirty, and it smelled like vomit! We then got a suite but none were available with two beds, but the suite is very nice big and clean... in all im very happy with my stay.

Our family visited the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort during the weekend of the Air and Sea show. The resort was very nice and the employers were professional ;also, Eleni Theoharis was kind enough to attend to our family s needs during our stay at this resort. 5/5 we recommend.

Great customer experience, great stay, fantastic time

My husband had given me a gift for our Anniversary of a 50 minute massage which was a lovely idea at this resort. When I called to make a reservation, I was told there would be "fee's" of $58, plus an advance gratuity of $40! Are you kidding me? A massage not even an hour, for $100 (marked down from a normal price of $160?!) and they want an additional $100 before I walk through the door? Absurd. I would never set foot in this place. If they have to STEAL a gratuity before a service is rendered, that doesn't say much about their quality! With hundreds of beautiful spa's to choose from in South Florida, skip this place and keep looking!

I stopped in the bakery off the street to grab a sandwich. The sandwich was good, service was polite.

The staff was extremely helpful & professional. The accommodations were amazing& our room was very clean. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option.

There staff A1 service from the front desk housekeeper wait staff I have found my new go to vacation resort. I can say this because I'm in this business on I have learned from my experience here that I will take back with me well done Hilton well done to all of your staff .

We paid over 300$ for a room there. The first room given to us wasn't even cleaned yet from the last guest and still had it's trash. The second room had fresh bedding but the pictures really speak for themselves. This hotel should absolutely have better standards when it comes to cleanliness. I was so excited it looks amazing online but in person it's grimey, nasty, and not taken care of. Balcony doors are broken, trash had been left in drawers, used towels laying around and no soap or shampoo was restocked. Hampton inn would have been a better cleaner choice.

The hotel is well located, but half of it is old and in need of renovation. Hallway areas are often dirty. There are also fees you are not expecting, which are substantial, so be warned ahead of time that the per night rate you are shown is significantly lower than what you will actually pay. The pool area is overcrowded. I have traveled a lot and stay in hotels dozens of time each year, so have a reliable basis for comparison. This hotel is touting itself as a 4 star hotel, and charges as if it were, but it is in reality a 2 1/2 or 3 star hotel.
