LOCKED OUT ON BALCONY BE CAREFUL TOOK THEM ABOUT 45MIN TO OPEN DOOR WHILE WE COULDVE DEHYDRATED AND DIED ON THE BALCONY. The only thing they have going for them is the location. OVERPRICED small rooms with ROOF A/C system views that they consider beach view. Cheap amenities. Overpriced everything. Much better options along the coast.

The facility is ok but the service at the front desk is the absolute worst. I've had troubles with them both times I've stayed there; that has made me decide to never check in there again. To add insult to injury, this time they charged me (a Hilton Honors member) an astronomical price for a one night stay when they knew I was the 3 night guest of an employee! Never again will you get me or anyone I know needing to stay in Clearwater Beach!

We had a great stay. The staff were great and dealt with everything on a timely basis. Although our room was right above the air condition units and we were unable to use the balcony due to the noise the units put off. We would stay here again as the staff and location of the beach off set the balcony noise.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The bar inside had good drinks and overall I would go back to this hotel. I had friends visit and they helped my friends as well. I enjoyed my city view balcony and could see the busy city. Ocean view is great but I enjoyed the city side.

Absolutely amazing hotel in the best location in town. Shopping and restaurants in the front, and amazing Clearwater Beach in the back. What more could someone ask for? I went with my family. It is a very family friendly. Cleaning staff were top notch. Because of covid they don t automatically clean your room, BUT you may request every morning it for FREE! We did that everyday. Cleaning staff is prompt and friendly. Staff at the front desk are so friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early. I was so impressed by that. The pools, and dining were all open. I highly recommend the burgers The beach itself is warm, and clean. Sand is like snow. Powder soft. If you re looking for a nice getaway this is it. I travel a lot, and I only stay at Hilton Hotels because they are the cleanest. Regards. -Lin

Stay was great however upon check out I left a couple items in the room.I called maybe an hour later to report my missing items to ask them to hold them. They said they checked with housekeeping and nothing was found! That infuriated me as I know for a fact I left 3 shirts and a swimsuit.

I've stayed here multiple times. The front desk staff was very polite. The location is excellent. It's on the beach within walking distance of anything you need. Delicious breakfast at the Carambola restaurant on the lobby level. Nice pool for kids. Starbucks at the ground level. I loved my stay. Hang out at the Tiki Bar and watch the sunset.

Amazing experience at this hotel and looking to be back soon. The location is perfect and the outside pool is great. Drinks at the pool bar were on point although a bit pricey. The chicken fingers with fries were very fresh and tasty.

The place is a bit dated, but they are working on renovations. The bed is comfortable, the place is clean and a great location for the price. We stayed in The Magnolia Suite, worth the extra money for the ocean front view.

If you are looking to stay at a relaxing hotel with nice staff, this is not the place for you. Everyday there was an issue and the staff never bothered to apologize or make things right. If this is a representation of what a Hilton stay is, it really has gone down in customer experience.

Just spent a week at the hotel, and agree with most of the comments, the bedrooms are looking very tired and dingy, , glad to hear they are going to be refurbished, not before time, also the air condition unit in the room was so noisy you had to turn it off at night to get some sleep, and then the room was too hot to sleep it needs sorting, ,might go back but not until it has been updated,

Very outdated. We booked (and paid a very high room rate!) for ocean view. Ended up getting a view of a roof with the mechanical equipment on it--and a small sliver of a view but we were staring into our neighbors patio if we wanted to look at the ocean. HVAC barely worked. Was muggy in room. No A/C in restroom and no separate vanity area so I was dripping in sweat trying to do hair & make-up. Booked a "sleeps 3" room--they wheeled in a cot that was basically a gurney with a toddler mattress and a prickly blanket. Pool music was terrible. Tons of kids in the pool bar. They charge a non-refundable $25 "incidentals" charge PER NIGHT and $25 parking per night. We were not told about the fees when we booked online. Would not recommend staying here. Only plus, manager was very nice and moved us to a room with a more private balcony.

The hotel has a amazing view from the sunset, small pool but enough for the kids to have fun, room are good but needs some upgrade.

There is place with lots of arcade game machines, but mostly are not working properly, they need new machines asap - I did register a complain about that and the hotel employee mention that I had to talk with the gift store owner because he was responsible for that machine, like trying to transfer the responsibility, so it's inside the hotel and in the hotel needs to manage that.
The restaurant has a lot of options, good food, staff it's slow to serve - take some time to seat there and watch the sunset.

Under construction, moldy and smelly! We left after being in the upgraded suite for less than 5 minutes. The bed smelled funky, um gross! The room smelled moldy and old. It was small and totally outdated. Outside of the door was a carpet dryer. Really? We had booked for 4 nights at a rate of $548 a night. What a disappointment and what a hassle. We had to scramble to find another hotel.

Pretty nice place! Owns a few great restaurants and has a nice beach. The pool is a little small though. Also the room service kept on turning the shower head to face outside of the curtain and all of the water went everywhere.

PARENTS DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN. The employees touched mine inappropriately multiple times. If I could give 0 stars I would. They will also double bill you, it happened to my family. We also waited 4 and a half hours to get our room ready and we were still transferred to a different room. Very bad service, filthy rooms, bitchy employees. Never again.

They can be expensive due to being located near a very nice beach but when it comes to the hotel itself, it is nice. The room is decent because the beds are nice but the bathroom doors are unusual when it comes to having a lock but other than that it is a nice place to stay for the night.

From before we arrived to when we left was a bit of a Rollercoaster in terms of our customer satisfaction. We booked a room almost a year out in preparation for our wedding. Although there are special suites designed to accommodate couples getting married, we decided to stay in a normal room.

In the months leading up to our stay, we had many questions for the staff, as well as requests for services, and it seemed that this communication didn't go nearly as smooth as when we actually arrived. Had they been more responsive and seemed more caring (or accommodating) to this communication, it would have made our wedding planning less stressful. We were doing this planning half a world away, mind you.

There was also an issue with the iron in the room that stained one of my nice shirts. I had a short amount of time before the event I was attending and they couldn't deliver another iron in time (so I had to attend the event with a wrinkly shirt).

Although the room served its purpose, and the staff were mostly helpful/accommodating, these exceptions were why I chose the rating I did.

The breakfast buffet is delicious (especially the omelet that's made in front of you), but expensive ($18, if I remember correctly). The pool is awesome and has music piped into the pool (you hear it underwater!), as well as a bar.

The location is perfect for Clearwater Beach as well. I highly recommend the Surfside Taphouse across the street and the Starbucks located on the first floor facing the street. We didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, but it looked interesting from afar.

It was ok, although very expensive for what you get. Hilton Honors room was small and the bathroom tiny. The toilets were low to the ground. The air vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable which was probably the worst experience for me since I didn't sleep well at night. The 9th floor balcony could use some updating so that you're not staring at a wall when you sit on the chairs. I tried the pricey breakfast one morning and was not impressed so I ended up eating breakfast across the street at The Beach Shanty Cafe. The Cabana rental and drinks were also very pricey compared to other areas on the beach. There was also some construction happening near the beach entrance so you couldn't wash the sand off your feet before walking back into the hotel.

I have no complaints about the staff, everyone was polite and very helpful but I'll probably stay at a different location next time.

the price quality does not match.
Wouldn't book this hotel again.

I'm disappointed in the way they handled a situation. Photos are included in the resort fees. They insisted in dropping my photos at my room, when I was leery that they wrote down my room right. After waiting forever for my photos, they told me they dropped them off at at my room. No they didnt! Come to find out they dropped it off at someone else's room. I told the manager im concerned about my family photos being with someone else. He said he will personally find them and destroy them. I said given the inconvenience and my concern for my family privacy I want the missing photos in my hand. Then I get an email from the manager that he found them and destroyed them. Since I didnt have the photos in my hand, nor did he send me evidence of them being destroyed, I dont believe him. There is no reason to believe him, additionally if he did destroy them then he did that against my wishes which is really poor way to do damage control and bad customer service.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel anymore, not worth what we paid for our stay, the reception smells like gas, and it does not go away, we felt the smell since we first step in, then started to feel dizzy. that night we went to the bar but it was impossible to enjoy it with that same smell the whole time, even with the mask on.

The room didn't have a good body size mirror which I think is basic, outdated tv, no bathtub. Great view to the beach that was it. (surrounding hotels have it too). There is a roof full of air conditioners visible from pretty much every room too, that's not only not nice to see but is also noisy and hot and remember you are already at the balcony without ac.

I could have been talking with my husband and the next room guy alike, You can hear Everything!!! from the other room.

When at the beach you look all the surrounding hotels, they look spectacular and the price ranges are the same, Clearwater is great so I will just look for something else next time.

Oh! we were also charged hotel fees twice when we booked we paid them and when we checked out they charged the same fee again! They also asked us to check out and check in twice for no reason, so the second day of our visit we checked out (no receipt) there is where we could have noticed the double charge, and then check in again in the same room, what for? Who knows!

So we paid too much for a room we din't like, double hotel fees, valet parking and then the cabanas at the beach are $200 more regardless the time you need it, we were there for about 30mins only! Def. not coming back here or any hilton anywhere else either.

I recently visited this hotel and it is undergoing extensive construction. I was directed to enter an area that clearly stated "hotel entrance" and was hit by a car, as the entrance had been temporarily turned into a car exit!

I would recommend avoiding this place until they finish the construction.

This hotel is not only on the perfect spot on the beach but the view is phenomenal! I spoke with a girl named Olivia near the front desk and she was super friendly and definitely helped us with everything we needed! The rooms are amazing, I had a great time! You may think the prices are high but I promise with amazing staff & the view it s worth every minute & every penny!

Very clean hotel with an attentive staff. The pools were closed for renovation but that just made us enjoy the beach even more. The food was well cooked at the restaurants. This is a great location next to everything.

Stayed in room 362 Saturday night. Do not accept rooms near this one if you plan on sleeping. Not sure if the ballroom was below or next to us but, there was a party and it sounded like the DJ and the music were in our room till about 2 am. Then guests must have been going to their rooms near us, because there was a lot more people noise around 3 am. Around that time or later some woman was yelling at a running child very loud in the hallway. Around 5 am, I can hear man in the next room talking and flushing the toilet. Rooms have double beds and are quite small. Pool is very nice and Starbucks conveniently accessible through hotel on ground level.
