Completely saved our honeymoon!! The staff here is awesome. They heard about our bad experience at the place where we were supposed to stay and they completely went above and beyond to make our week Great! Huge Tiki bar, Great food at good prices. Right on the beach. We will definitely come back!!

Great hotel at a good price. Easy access to the beach. The Tiki bar, Patio and swimming area are nice. The hotel is clean and service from staff is outstanding. The rooms are spacious, clean and appear to be well maintained.

Our room had a beautiful view of the rooftop, they was some construction and employees were talking loudly in the hall outside our door. The nail in the coffin is no free breakfast. The hotel really is in an excellent location and the stay is much better if you are Hilton Honors gold or above.

Very poor checking. Staff at reception not very friendly and inhospitable. Room dated and tired as the rest of the hotel. The air conditioning unit in are room sounded like an A380 taking of and the engineer could not fix it surprise surprise. The guy behind the inside bar must have been the father of the guy on reception because he was rude and miserable. Also he couldn't even made a mojito. The only reason we gave this place 2 stars is because of the crew at the tiki bar and the view from are room.

Had we known there would be a full on convention we would have booked elsewhere. The place was packed with lots of areas blocked off for 'private event'. Hotel service was super fast, but room didn't cool properly, and on a day with 78% humidity, we needed cool air! All in all, would consider staying again with Hilton Oceanfront

I wouldnt recommend eating at this hotels restaurant because they are allowing their kitchen staff to work while they are sick and I personally would not like to end up catching the virus because of the carelessness of the staff

Our stay was fantastic. The staff was great and very helpful when we had questions. We didn't visit the restaurant inside but spent our day outside at the beach bar. Happy hour was the bomb. So much food for a great price. Drinks were cold and delicious too.

Jordan at front desk is amazing. Check in was quick and easy and loved being on the beach. Very clean hotel and good drinks at the longboards bar outside on the deck. Will definitely stay there again.

Not even worth 1 star! Very disappointed! No hot water! Complained and we were told we had to wait because guests used it all. Our bathroom toilet had urine in it. We complained and were pretty much told we were lying because the mgr completes a check list b4 guest enter room. Went to bar for drinks and it was so hot we had to leave. Went to outside bar when sun went down. Sat near bar in outdoor seating for 10 minutes and went to bar to finally get a drink and were told to sit down someone worked that station and they'll be there in a minute. Had the shuttle service for cruise and shuttle parked across parking lot! We had to carry lugguage a far distance! When there were no cars in front of hotel. They could of pulled up. Will NEVER BE BACK!!! NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM HILTON!!

Hotel exterior looks like someone paid an architect for an office building design. Lost the lot in the business district and got a deal on beach front property and was too cheap to pay another architect. No balconies on a beach front hotel is the stupidest design decision!

Visited friends from out of town and primarily spent time in the lobby lounge playing board games. Cafe was adequate. Restroom clean. Lobby seating was comfortable and overall pleasant. Even only slightly busy, the lobby can get noisy, as there is not much sound deadening. There's a lot of traveling echos.

Excellent place to stay in Cocoa Beach. The staff in service at this hotel is excellent. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurants and coffee shop was extremely friendly nice and you can t ask for anything more. The rooms are very clean they re kept up as well as they can be. This is not a brand new hotel so don t expect shiny new everything. Again, they are very well kept up and very clean and that s important especially right now in the times that we are living in. The location of the hotel is perfect very easy to get to many different areas. Plenty of parking, great outdoor patio bar deck restaurant. Prices are going to be a little bit more than other properties in the area but I feel it s worth it. One thing to note about anyone who is a Hilton gold or diamond member, for me one of the most important benefits of being a gold and diamond member is the opportunity for a complementary breakfast. I couldn t really find any other reviews with information about this. Breakfast as of December is available from a grab and go Starbucks style coffee shop, you can get a hot breakfast sandwich, yogurt or fruit cup, and a full coffee, mocha, cappuccino etc. per person for two. Saturday and Sunday morning you can have breakfast in the actual restaurant, however there is a seven dollar per person up charge for your eggs bacon potatoes sausage and waffles. I did stay here a couple years ago and they did have the breakfast complementary for everything at the Buffet. This is slightly disappointing, but every property is different, it s definitely nice to have a grab and go option every single day and that is completely complementary. The pictures are from a oceanfront room, obviously not every room has these views but all views are decent.

My family spent the night here before leaving on a cruise the following day.

The hotel was located very close to Port Canaveral, just a 5-10 minute drive. Its directly on the beach with beach access.

Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything worked. There were USB ports all over the room and a blow dryer available. There is a pull-out coffee/tea set-up in the cabinet under the TV. We had a full window with a gorgeous view of the beach.

Breakfast was amazing. One of the best breakfast buffets I ve ever come across. Made-to-order omelets, a do-it-yourself waffle bar, and a large variety of other items.

There was a cost to park, around $5-6. It felt a little silly to pay for parking in a surface parking lot outside of the hotel. They ve got plenty of parking available so they should allow their guests to park for free.

I booked a ocean front room and did not get a ocean front room. I had a view of the parking lot. I called the front desk and they said my request was not a guarantee. I also paid for the ocean view room. The room was clean & okay. Also, at 4 am there was a fire drill that woke up the entire hotel and everyone had to evacuate and stand outside for over 30 mins. Then after standing outside and going back to bed there was another alarm which thankfully didn t require evacuating. This hotel was not restful or enjoyable. Prob would not recommend.

This was my second time staying at the Hilton Cocoa Beach. Everything was alright except a couple of things. Room service never came to clean one day. No big deal just needed towels and garbage taken out. So I called the front desk and they were friendly and said they would send right away. In a few mins they came knocking. My fiance and I weren't quite ready and said come back soon. We went to dinner and came back and room service never tried again. We had a 5 night stay and the sheets were never changed. Again not a big deal but every 3 nights fresh sheets were in the written amenities. We had empty bottles on the counter that were never taken away the whole stay. We ran out of tissues in the bathroom and those were also never replaced. Lots of little things but they add up and were not what we were expecting for paying such a premium price.

For the price we are not getting much, we would have been better at a basic hotel - We are coming from a cruise with our 3 young children and are spending 2 more nights in the area, we searched online and decided to book this hotel. We thought being a HILTON it would be pretty nice - but, you can't get a cart for your bags unless you pay them for the service, no form of any continental breakfast unless you pay for a food package, no self serve laundry available unless you pay them to wash your things, close in parking is all Valet, the room is not any better than a Red Roof Inn and the tub doesn't drain. Long story short - for less money we could have had much more in one of the hotels down the street. A few nice things are the beach access and the nice Tiki Bar they just built, but that is something that not all people will enjoy.

Disaster of a place. Front staff are incompetent. Hilton should be ashamed under the same roof. They don't know the layout of their own rooms.
Never stay here. There's a reason why places like AirBNB are booming and traditional hotels are suffering. Never stay here.

Looks nice from the outside but needs A LOT work. I was first given a room on the 6th floor. The ceiling had obvious work on it and the light switch covers were broken outside of the bathroom. I was hoping to get an oceanview room. Instead, my room overlooked the lower roof with all the old air conditioner units with black mold all around it. You would think someone could clean that up to make it look nicer. A pressure washer would do wonders! After my bathtub leaked all over the floor and onto my suitcases in the hall, I notified the front desk where we were transferred to a room on the 1st floor. The room was small and loud and the bathroom was so tiny, you had to hug the toilet in order to close the door. For it being a "Hilton" hotel and to pay a premium price, it sure wasn't worth it. We weren't even given a discount for our trouble and wet suitcases. We did get a coupon for a free breakfast (I think everyone that stays there gets this). The breakfast was decent and the eggs were real eggs and not a powdered mix which was good. The swimming pool looked nice but wasn't heated. It was a little too cold to go swimming in though and it had a nice beach access. Would I recommend this hotel or stay here again....
NO!

Did not live up to my expectation for a Hilton property. We had a view of the air conditioner . Housekeeping missed us for two days and it took several calls to get clean towels and the trash emptied. I would try another hotel next time I go to Cocoa Beach

The hotel was recently renovated like I was told by the employee at the reservation department, great location and great food choices

Had a very pleasant experience here at the Hilton in Cocoa Beach. Each one of the staff members I interacted with - whether it was the front desk staff, the breakfast/dinner crew, the bartenders, or the housekeepers - was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel even had the feeling of a mini resort (without the extra $$), with a tiki bar, nice pool & patio, along with a gelato stand. Kudos to staff and management here, we had a great stay!

We went there for Thanksgiving dinner. I have to say it was the absolute worst food I ever tasted I ended up eating a salad and a small piece of ham all the side dishes were tasteless it was like cafeteria food better yet maybe school lunches. It was very expensive. $38 + 18% tip. The desserts were previously frozen and the pies were watery in the bottom. Their lobster bisque tasted like flour with fish seasoning in it. I'm seriously thinking of going back and telling them how bad it is and getting a refund or some kind of a voucher I took six people and no one ate the food it was so pathetic.

Booked a block of three rooms for a business trip, upon arrival however we learned our reservations were not held. They offered to send us to a near by hotel free of charge. The reason we chose this hotel was because they were the only ones with any rooms available. We waited for an hour to find a room. I am completely dissatisfied with the costumer service of this establishment.
