Great location on the beach. However, hotel pool is very small and not impressive at all. They have a children's area but it is also way too small. We had to ask several times for shampoo, coffee, etc refills as they do not give you enough. Staff is friendly. Overall, it is an okay stay.

Air conditioning not working in rooms. They moved us to another room but it was only marginally better.

The hotel was amazing, the view of the ocean is incredible. Def go to the tiki bar the drinks are great and the staff is so friendly. I will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Nice hotel. They do nickel and dime you for parking fees even tho you are staying at their hotel.

1. Dinner in the dining room lacking. Salmon was dry, chicken lacked flavor. The design of the room prevents any view of the outside, though the windows are huge. (But if you are on an exercise bike, you get a great view of the beach!) The tables are set low and the seats are so low, it's like sitting in a hole. The pillars block view of TV so why both having TV's. Service bothersome. The price of the meal on the menu was less than what I was ultimately charged, and when brought to their attention, they said the menu was wrong. Ultimately, did get the refund.
2. The dining outside was good, and the band both nights was enjoyable. Service outside was spot on and friendly.
3. Watch your bill. We were charged for in-room water that we never touched. Had to go to desk for a refund.
4. Never got the wake-up call and almost missed our tee-time.
5. A supervisor yelled at the poor man working the coffee counter in front of customers.
6. You have to pay to park, unless you aren't staying there. Random people park there and use the beach. When I asked about this, they said they can't control the locals. OK, but then why charge your guests? No answer for that.
6. With the exception of the outside bar, staff could use some Disney training.

Great views, on the beach, Tiki Bar, Salt Restuarant, Gelato Bar, Splash pad for kids, deep swimming pool, what's not to LOVE.

Asked for towels in room never received them, food at restaurant was below average with even worse service

Went to the long boarders restaurant. Food was decent, service was a bit slow.

Love their happy hour outside...perfect place to bring our guests. Feels like your on vacation even for us locals.

The perfect place on Florida s beautiful Space Coast, offering fantastic ways to enjoy a must-see visit of Cape Canaveral NASA / Kennedy Space center and take advantage of extensive beach leisure (private beach at the feet of Hilton Hotel with beach bar and beach restaurant).
Great rooms with impressive sea view, nice restaurant (in-door and beach restaurant), good food and efficient service.
And the best : the fantastic welcoming reception staff. Thanks again...

The restaurant and staff were very good The beach and pool were also very nice. The room was dated, not very clean and in disrepair. We had to call for towels and our room did not get serviced one of the nights we stayed

Excellent place to stay. First rate service! Even if you are not staying, it is worth visiting the Bar located on the outside deck next to the pool and with a private exit to the beach

We ended up at this Hilton by mistake, we were in desperate need of a place to rest and tried to book a room at Double Tree (4 stars on google), unfortunately they were book and only had king bedrooms on the executive floor, which was too $$$$$. We asked the receptionist to phone their sister Hotel (Hilton) for space and rate; indeed they had two queens for $150 for that weekend (within our budget). Needless to say, I would recommend this Hotel to others; it was worth our stay, we slept well. Their unlimited breakfast is costly (I believe it was $16.95); we enjoyed lunch out in the patio area at the Tiki Bar and the service was great. I also would like to add that the pictures on their website is exactly what it looks like in person, nice, clean environment.

Great hotel with amazing service. Housekeeping even posed the animals and blankets. I will definitely be visiting again!

We love staying at Hilton and are definitely Hilton honors members, would stay there again. The only reason I rated a 4-star instead of 5 stars is the air conditioning system is extremely dated and ordering on inefficient. You need an upgrade guys. Wonderful staff great service the from front desk, valet service a Starbucks was fabulous, everyone was really nice. Thanks all.

A full two stars taken away for the completely unusable and infuriating wifi. Other than that, clean rooms, serviceable, professional staff, and decent restaurant/bar.

Dislikes: bathroom small, when you order coffee with room service they give you cream and sugar but you have to make your own coffee in room. Breakfast menu is lacking. Wifi is wretched. Room not serviced until early evening. Tv cuts in and out. Wifi is unusable.

Likes: clean, comfortable. Restaurant and tiki bar are well done. Easy access to beach.

Decent hotel with easy beach access and bars close to the beach.

Was there for lunch at outdoor bar and dining area. Nice large, undercover area. Food and drinks were very good and so was the service on this very busy day. Menu has a wide selection for everyone. Enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. Parking in hotel parking lot is free as long as you're a paying hotel customer.

Superb. The only negative is no hot tub, which was mostly made up for by the well heated pool. Kid friendly and 24-hour snack bar very much appreciated.

$20 breakfast for a very incompetent buffet staff.. stayed here 3 nights ordered an omelette every morning and the guys behind the counter were incapable of ever actually finishing an omelette (either gave it away to someone else, wrong ingredients or never even started it to begin with) and I payed $20 for this?

Hilton offers features like no-contact check-in, hand-santizer, and seals on the doors under the guise of being proactive during the pandemic. HOWEVER, they also held a 'private event' last friday with 40+ maskless attendees in their indoor dining space. These attendees filtered through the public hotel spaces as they pleased with no mask rule enforcement from the employees. Make no mistake, concerns for your health and safety is merely posturing from this hotel.

This hotel is the worst in the area, the rooms are very dirty. We checked in and had to change rooms twice, even the latest room was dirty and they don't change the comforter in the rooms. The only good thing is the access to the beach, but if you are looking for a clean and safe room I would recommend other hotels.

Very very friendly employees, staff. Great view, has it own private entrance to the beach. Starbucks inside( great and healthy sorbet icepopcicles available!). Bar near the pool stays open till after 00:00! The pool also btw. We didn't enjoyed the food at the Tikki-bar, so we went to Madd Jacks further on the road( omg best restaurant ever). Back to thr hotel: there are iMacs, PC's and iPads free to use, loungeroom, fitnesscenter( free from charge as well), laundryroom ( 3 dollars for wash and dry is really cheap). At the desk, u can buy travelmedication, sunlotion,... And also tickets too for example Kennedy Space Center( cheaper then if you would buy them at doors). Rooms are very nice, but for a Hilton, i didn't expect carpet floors, free wifi ofcourse. We had a really nice stay here while travelling thru Florida.

The hotel is nice, the room was clean and the ocean is pretty. We ate at the tiki bar while we were here. The food was decent, however I thought it was over priced and the drink was so strong I couldn't drink it. The ice cream in the lobby was good, however I thought the price was a bit high as well. But I guess that's okay when you're on vacation.

Very lovely place. The view was amazing, the room was so quiet, staff was very friendly and the amenities were fantastic. We only booked two nights and then moved to another Hilton property in Orlando for the rest of our trip, we definitely didnt want to leave and should have stayed for our entire trip. We will definitely be coming back!

So far the hotel is fine and staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and up to date. Only negative comments would be not free WiFi and unless you pay the bell hop your not allowed to use the hotel's baggage carts, and even guests habe to pay a daily fee to park.

Helpful and friendly staff. They forgot to have something in our room that we had ordered to be there when we arrived. They quickly rectified the mistake and apologized.

Hotel was extremely clean, modern, and welcoming. Staff was great. Rooms were cozy with very comfortable beds and pillows. Property has an awesome deck bar for drinks and at night has a forepit. Property has a deck to the beach and has a great breach for the family to enjoy. I would not book anywhere else in Cocoa Beach!

All equipment in the gym was functional, and you get a view of the outside restaurant.

Outside restaurant/bar is great. They have a large outdoor patio with sofa/chairs for guests to hang out.

Morning buffet in the restaurant is great. They have a really good chef that makes the food like it should be on a commercial.

The view was great. Breakfast i orderd eggs benidict... Very good. Overall happy.

Beautiful view and very nice rooms with a restaurant inside the hotel if you can afford it as it is very expensive. It also has a path going straight to the beautiful beach.

Not a great beach hotel. Tiny pool, no balconies, no view, dirty hallways. Access to a nice quiet beach though!

The beach is great. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, coffee shop, chair and umbrella rentals all right on site. I would give it 5 stars but my room needed a little updating. That being said, I didn't come here to be in my room. Also can rent paddle boards and surf lessons.

Nice location. If you drink their bottled water it's $3.50.

They rent the all parking lot to people that don't stay in the hotel but they just need to park to go to the beach therefore when you check in at 4pm there is no parking available for the hotels guests. The pool is the size of a dime and used by not guests of the hotel. All the people that go to the beach (not guest of the hotel) use the bathrooms in the hotel making it a mess. Diamond member and other hotel guest are taken in no consideration and staff is not nice or service oriented. Breakfast was very good and the people here were nice and very professional (finally something good in this hotel). Rooms are in big need of renovation. If you travel in this area stay away from this hotel.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and so was the valet.

Average for a hlton. Friendly service, loud air conditioning, no balcony and the beds were not the comfiest. Food at the restaurant outside the hotel on the decking area was nice but be prepared to pay a lot. Overall ok but nothing special.

The location is wonderful for a business visit, or a mini-vacation in Cocoa Beach. The rooms are well done, and the restaurant and bar are fun. Great place.

The hallways were very noisy with loud people walking around drunk and shouting at each other. 1/23/20.
The rooms are good and the beach is right there. I'm glad that I didn't pay for my evening there.

Room was nice however shower didn't work and they had to replace fixture. The second day of my stay housekeeping took my towels but never replaced them. On the day I was checking out, I woke up with bites all over both forearms, some on my legs and face; I brought this to hotels attention. Front desk clerk tried to tell me they were most likely noseeum bites although I've encountered noseeums before and never had a bites like this. I don't want to say they were bed bug bites, but it leaves me to wonder
