Very comfortable, clean bar. Great food and friendly staff. Adult breverages a bit pricey, but good selection.

We traveled for a conference with a toddler.
The cleaners came respective to our request to avoid the naptime, which is very rare in big hotels. It made our staying much easier and better than it is usual.
The staff in the restaurant and bar was amazingly patient and kind every single time.
The WIFI was also fast and reliable everywhere in the building.
My experience is that the people who work here understand your needs and really try to make your stay the best possible.

My name is Grace Diaz and I work in Marketing for an IT company based out of NYC. We recently had a Global Sales Kick Off with over 160 of our Leaders come from all over the world to attend. We chose Hilton Cocoa Beach as the venue and I am SO happy we did! From the check in to check out- everything was exemplary! Amanda/Shannon/Evan and rest of team (which haven't been named but still receive all the credit nonetheless) made the experience what it was! We heard rave reviews from everyone who attended. The staff was SO accommodating to every request nothing was too big or too small an ask- I really appreciate that! We had many changes last minute and Amanda/Shannon stayed calm and cool and helped us through it all. I would recommend this venuw 10000% for corporate gatherings as it is in a great location near NASA Kennedy Space Center, charter boat cruises, and we used the tiki hut which is ideal setting for star gazing for out after parties in the evenings. Our folks had a lovely time taking morning jogs on the ocean before a long day of intense meetings. The venue even has a gelato- how could you go wrong!?? I appreciate everything and would recommend Hilton Cocoa Beach Hotel Oceanfront Hotel to any party- large or small but also if corporate don't shy away this is a great venue :)

Room seemed clean but hotel staff was not very helpful and seemed to lack training on hotel functions and took a long time to respond to requests. The tiki restaurant is ridiculous. It was Saturday night with a normal crowd and they only had one waitress. Food took forever to come out: We waited an hour for our food and then had to box it up to head back to our room because it was late and our toddler was getting fidgety. Food was not very good at the restaurant or for breakfast. The hotel has a great atmosphere other than lack of help and employees. We are hilton gold members but will definitely find a different hotel in the beach.

Has a very nice boardwalk leading to the beach. The hotel is pretty good. The tiki bar is very cool as well.

Today's convention area was extremely cold. It took several hours for the area to warm up. The bathrooms were clean. Todays lunch was bland and the dessert tasted like it from Sam's club.

Uses incandescent light bulb in rooms. Come on Hilton, step it up. Had a lovely time, enjoyed my stay and the staff was awesome! To Hilton management- change your bulbs, reply with photo and I'd love to delete this review to 5 star!

We love the beach access and the view from our room. The outdoor bar/restaurant area is a great place to hang out and plenty of shade if you want it. Definitely would like to return

nice beach at hilton. go south out of hotel just few miles. is Patrick afb. even better beach just past the sign for the base. even better no one there.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Small downside, valet parking is a but slow sometimes.
Staff very arranging for the checkout. Ideal situation only a few feet from the beach. Rooms with sea view.
The only thing I was missing was a balcony in the room. Apart from that I would recommend it !

The hotel is clean but my AC unit was super loud. They moved me to a new room upon my request.

Hotel is nice, beach access is great, but the star bucks inside the hotel just ruined it. Rude rude rude. That's the reason for one star. Plus you have to pay 6 bucks a day for parking. Really,

The hotel is already a bit older but always maintained. So definitely worth the money. The pool bar is nice and the beach is of course right in front of the hotel. The restaurant is ok but nothing special. The rooms are big enough. The bathroom, however, is extremely small.

Great hotel with excellent facilities, facing the beach. Nice outdoor bar with fireplaces for baking marshmallow! Bathroom with hairdryer (good!), Gym with great facilities (clean, organized, with towel to dry out). Accepts parcel deliveries (from Amazon, for example), just write the reservation code on the package and the date of arrival. Ample and easy parking.

Within walking distance of the beach, cozy terrace with bar.

The hotel has remodeled with a modern look. The staff is very customer focused. Location is right on beautiful cocoa beach. A great location for a long weekend.

I was very impressed with the staff! You could tell they actually loved their jobs. I would highly recommend the Hilton.

The location of the cocoa Beach hilton is awesome. Easy access to the beach. The price is a bit high but it is also a luxury hotel. With hilton honors you get free wifi and a refrigerator in the room. The room itself is nothing special but it's clean and the bed is fairly comfortable; not too hard and not too soft.

Nice place good restaurant with beach access but very expensive it was 1000 for 2 nights in a single bed room and no balconies on any of the rooms

Lovely stay along the coast even though it was chilly. Nice and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the dinner we had there at Salt was excellent.

Extremely friendly staff. Clean, clean, clean, great views of the ocean, Salt restaurant is delicious get the omletes in the morning. Tiki bar is a cozy place to grab drinks with friends and catch thechame. Front desk staff is knowledgeable and quick checking in.

Whenever I am in Cocoa Beach, Florida, I prefer to stay at Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront hotel. It is centrally located to my family that lives in the area. It is about an hour from all of the major attractions in Orlando, Cape Canaveral, Titusville, etc. The staff are great, the restaurants have very delicious menu choices, and it is right on the beach. A great spot for sunrise walks.

Consistent good service considering covid surge. Foo, ice cream and coffee were great. The heated pool is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, the vice president was staying there at the same time which made security a bit of a hassle but the staff was still great.

Very clean hotel and all rooms have an excellent view. Very nice pool deck with a big bar area. Fitness room is bigger than most with new equipment. Prices on drinks at store in lobby a little high (3.50 for a bottle of soda)

The rooms are clean and updated. The hotel has a great Tiki bar with a very reasonable happy hour. I loved that you are literally on the beach.

Nice, clean traditional hotel with all the amenities one would expect. It's you're typical Hilton with valet parking, very clean rooms and common areas, and well maintained. It has a small pool that's mostly geared towards kids, an outside tiki bar and grill, surboard and other beach gear rentals, and does not disappoint. The only downside was that half of the second floor is "industrial" back of house stuff right in the hallway, so every time we walked to or from our room, there was an open door with laundry, dirt on the carpets, machinery noise, along with Hispanic dance music. It's a stark contrast to the rest of the hallways with gentle lighting and soft sounds.

Stopped here without reservation. Very accomodating, even matched the internet price. Staff was friendly. Clean room. The hallway of the floor we stayed on was a bit worn but i expect this is a high traffic hotel at times. Beach out front was great. Not much to dislike here.

Great place to go to the beach. Have a tiki bar for food and drinks, entrance to the beach, and nice showers. When getting food, DO NOT order their sliders... Bad decisions aren't meant for everyone. Their burger is great. Sliders suck!

I wish I would ve read the negative reviews and actually listened to them before wasting my MONEY! Most of the staff weren t friendly and spoke very condescending when you ask questions - I m a tourist, of course I have stupid questions. I m not familiar with this area or your policies. I digress. The rooms are SO hot. The thermostat doesn t go below 68, but the room stays at 72 degrees. Absolutely terrible and stuffy, especially after being at the beach all day. The coffee maker is inside a dresser, yes a dresser, along with a teeny tiny refrigerator. So, you have to get on your knees to in order to brew coffee first thing in the morning. Super convenient. I tried to pull it out and set it on top of the dresser, but the cord only allowed to barely hang off the edge. I didn t want to risk my daughter knocking it off and getting burned so I had to go buy coffee. Lastly, the tv s offer Netflix, but the WiFi is so slow all it does is buffer so you can t even watch anything. There really isn t a redeeming quality about this hotel. Definitely do NOT recommend. Will NOT stay here again.

Friendly atmosphere. Nice drinks warm weather...what not to love.

No balconies, no outdoor spa, poor view of the ocean. I prefer the beachfront Hilton in Melbourne.

Nice enough hotel, with big clean rooms and helpful staff. Aircon in rooms was very loud, so bring some earplugs. The hotel and rooms are dated, and in need of a makeover, but everything was functional. Also no breakfast included in the room price which was disappointing.

Food and room experience was wonderful. Bartenders Gretchen and Riley were fantastic.

Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. Pool was nice and warm but was a tad bit small for the amount of people in it. I guess most people could go to the beach but it was cold. No hot tub and that is sad. Well kept and modern with a Starbucks, large restaurant, and bars.

Loved it! The room was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the access directly to the beach was heavenly. I absolutely recommend this motel to anyone who is looking to stay at Cocoa Beach.

While visiting family that were staying at the hotel, we enjoyed the heated swimming pool with our kids and ate dinner at the in-hotel restaurant. The atmosphere at the pool was great and we all had fun. However the restaurant service was very slow and the food overpriced and mediocre.

When there is an activity. The Pool area sitting is shrunken and everyone is put in a tight corner where no one can walk around.

Staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately that s about the best it got. The shower valve in our room would go from cold to scalding hot in an instant. The toilet was old and was chipped so they painted the chip and called it good. Fair to say plumbing issues stick out like a sore thumb because I m a plumber but ultimately should be addressed. The bathroom is tiny and the finishes just seemed like they avoided a much needed major remodel with little haphazard fixes. The air conditioner and exhaust fan competed for top noise maker, fortunately we spent a lot of time out of the room.

Nice hotel right next to the beach, free parking and internet

Nice people on staff will be back numerous times it's been over a year and we miss the entire place so much can't wait to be back in the same place again

This is a very good hotel.
Rooms are nice and pretty.
Staff is good and smile.
Parking is big but it has a daily cost, also for hotel guests.
Food is good also drinks are good.
Event management is amazing and prepared.

Hotels should not use Covid to have substandard service. The Cocoa Beach Hilton now doesn t have room cleaning service unless you stay 5 nights. Despicable.

They don t give you fresh towels unless you ask.

They won t take your trash and in fact they handed me two trash bags and expected me to change my own trash liners. I refused. Not my job.

There is no reduction in the fee of the hotel for this substandard service.

I suggest, and I will do this from now on, call the actual hotel before you book it, and ask what services are cut. And then decide if you want to stay there. I have a feeling the answer will be different before you book. Not sure.

Also NO beach chairs to rent at the beach. Also unacceptable. We are at the beach!
