Booked room king size with ocean view and received 2 beds and view of the rooftop of building.Cleaning after 4:00pm and check in after 5pm.I was there 2:15 and my room wasn't ready and so they gave me a different room. For upscale hotes like Hilton that is very unacceptable.I will never go there again.Highly unsatisfied.

Friendly and competent room and function staff. Hotel is dated and needs refurbishing. Prices seem high for that quality of room. Hilton should consider a major makeover. Good location.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, although we were expecting more of an ocean view (like we were supposed to have) and less a view of the ac units on the roof below us. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We did have an issue with our fridge, it wasn't cold. They sent someone up immediately to look at it. It got a little cold, but not enough to keep food in. The tiki bar was great and the guy doing the live music that night was amazing could get a record deal. All in all a pleasant stay for our girls weekend away.

First time I have stayed in a Hilton. Because of its name, I was expecting it to be better then any of the hotels I've stayed at. I normally stay at the Hamptons which is also owned by Hilton. I stay at a lot of Hotel due to my job which does a lot of traveling. Anyways here our my Pro and Cons:

Pros: It is by close to the beach!
It does have a store inside of the Hotel in case you need to get something u didn't get like any type of Swim wear.
It does have a restaurant that you can eat at for lunch and dinner.
it has a HUGE deck by the pool.
The View is amazing.

Cons: They make you pay 5 dollars a day to park.
They don't provide free breakfast. You have to pay for that too.
They show in their pictures of Umbrellas and Chairs on the Coast line, not telling you
that you have to pay 10 dollars a day to use them.
they have no "Local transportation" for free like they offer on the hotel website.
They don't have a microwave, and when I asked if they could warm up my food, they told me that their microwave in the back was broke, So I couldn't keep any of my leftovers.
The pool is little and little of chairs around the pool side.
AND you cant use a Baggage cart UNLESS you pay the man to load and unload it for you.
The feeling I got when I left that hotel was they wanted to charged you for everything. I can go to hotels for a cheaper rate and get more. Im staying at a Hampton now and I got free parking and free breakfast and a microwave. .

Really wanted to stay here but they were currently in the process of updating their Internet/wifi service and replacing door locks throughout the hotel, considering I'd have be staying for 2 wks the wifi is required for school/work. Looks like a very nice place so perhaps the next time we are here all the upgrades will be done and we can stay and enjoy the Hilton. Can't wait!

We came here to stay over the Christmas holiday and it was the best thing we could have done this year! The staff was attentive and kind - they provided the service we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this location for any purpose

The hotel is decent. Although nothing screams amazing about it. The lobby is open and inviting. They have a Starbucks inside the lobby. Nice little bar outside with live music. Pool located near the bar. Easy walk to the beachfront. Decent place to stay near the cruise terminal. Liquor stores are nearby for those traveling by plane and wanting to bring bottles of wine on the cruise.

Very good place, quiet cozy, and despite the restrictions of the covi they are offering buffet breakfast with many security measures, something spectacular and that should be extended to other hotels, clean rooms, and very friendly staff.

If you are looking for a place to get married on the beach... look no further! The Hilton Cocoa Beach can provide you with a great view of the ocean while you say "I Do."

After your vows, you and your wedding guests can move to one of the unique ballrooms to celebrate your reception. After DJing many weddings here, I can tell you that the staff will give your family and friends attentive service.

Bell Captain pretended to be the manager, and told us we could park where it was convenient for us and okay with him. Turns out he was the bell captain, and just as we were boarding the bus for transport through the ship, we had to move the RV. I had shut off the starting battery because it's a diesel so I had to wait for them to energize the glow plugs. And then drive the RV out to the middle of the lot, and then with a disabled pass and a purple heart had to walk all the way back to the bus. The bus we got on wasn't even our bus and was going to another ship.

Nice.. very clean...ocean view from room is beautiful, however , a bottle of water in your room is $3.50. .Breakfast is extra charge or pay higher price for room. No complimentary coffee, however there is a Starbucks and very nice setup of snacks to buy at a little too high of a price.

It was extremely convenient to the beach, the tiki bar area was also very good. The hotel could use a little renovation in the bathrooms but overall very modern, chic, cozy and an overall good time.

I stay at Hilton properties for multiple reasons. No matter the location they seem to always be on the same page regarding cleanliness, staff, etc. Now with all the traveling I do for work and personal this is the first time I have ever encountered a situation in which I was refused access to a luggage cart. Even motels provide luggage carts. In order to use a luggage cart you have to allow an employee of the hotel to unload your baggage for you. You are unable to use the luggage cart if you decline his help. When I found this out, I was immediately furious. He kept saying it was complimentary. I kept saying I wanted to use it without him. He said he came with the cart. So after I told him no thank you for the 5th time, he pushed the cart back inside. Sometimes you don't want someone hovering over you, putting their hands all over your bags, and then walking you to your room.

Elimination of this policy is necessary. Even 5 star hotels allow you to use a luggage cart.

In conclusion the room was clean. Front desk staff was pleasant. Hotel steps away from the beach. I was upgraded to a "coastline view" due to my gold status. Which means, your room will not directly face the ocean.

1 star due to luggage cart issue only. When you arrive at a hotel, you are ready to relax. You shouldn't have to argue with staff about using a luggage cart. I usually stay at the doubletree down the street. I will stay here again, and just be prepared to not have access to a luggage cart.

We stayed just one night. We wanted to go to the beach and this hotel was right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean. I can't ask for much more.

Great ocean front views and we really enjoyed the outside bar. Comfy seating and new dock being installed. Friendly bar tender and just steps to the ocean surf. We've stayed her several times for a cruise and we love the free parking. No security but great price to stay and park.

I was there just to ask for information about hotel blocks for my wedding guests. They have not contacted me yet, nearly 36 hours later. It's got an extremely beautiful and well-designed lobby and tiki bar, though, and it's right on the beach.

This place would get 5 stars as it really is very nice. Live music, pool, outdoor bar, restaurant all great. Except one thing. There is a constant whirring in our room that we are told is coming from the house keeping dryer. It kicks in and out every ten seconds or so. It started at about 7am this morning and well it's 830pm and it is still running. We are told it will turn off soon. I hope so, I'd like my family to be able to sleep. Thank goodness we weren't in our room all day!

Proximity to the beach is excellent. Friendly staff. Easy Starbucks in the lobby. Tiki bar named Longboards beside the hotel with beach access has great food and our server, Casey, was excellent and helped with custom dietary needs.

Booked a ocean and paid for ocean view room
The room I had been given was looking onto the side of another hotel I asked to have the room I paid for the front desk told me that it was not available with no discount for cheaper room
Then when I tried to work on laptop the internet was the worst I have ever experienced I then paid for the premier internet which was no better after 30 min on phone to them I decided I have no opt only work from the lobby everyday will not be staying there again

Asked for a crib didn t get it for 2 hours , I went down to get the crib they brought it to my room . After we got it they called and woke my sleeping baby up after I already complained she was sleeping in the bed with us because no one brought us a crib , poor terrible service I advise you don t bring a baby to this hotel because they apparently can t accommodate them correctly in a timely fashion , over priced food for small portions as well don t get scammed people I now have a crying baby because some bimbo decided it was a good idea to call my room . Definitely not coming here again.

After 4 hours of driving, arrived at the hotel only to see this oceanfront view at 10 pm, I wonder when was the last time someone inspected the roof premises (and your ac homemade "duct" is leaking badly BTW, not very environment friendly), we drove around town for an hour trying to find food, everything is closed after 10 or 11pm we ended up eating wendy's, once we got back to the hotel I got into the shower only to realize that the drain was clogged, we had to wait 30 min to take another shower I called the lobby and instead of switching us rooms (because of the pandemic) they offered me to send someone, keep in mind that this was around 1220am, I told them to send someone in the morning so we could be out of the room and also to have a good night sleep, we ended up with the kids showers and the rest at around 2am then went to bed, guess who nocks at the door at 8am? A super nice maintenance guy, to be honest with you I don't know how I didn't scream at him, I went to the lobby complained, the apologize (nothing else) we are leaving today instead of tomorrow, dear hilton you are doing a very good job turning into la quinta hotel, keep up the good work. Also if you are saving a ton of money by not cleaning most of the rooms and you keep charging the same fees switching guests after a room issue should be your priority, it protects your guests and your personal from covid-19 Without complications

Nice door guy and front desk, the best I have seen.
Clean but outdated room, hard bed. Too much emphasis on gold or diamond member status. Breakfast buffet was nasty, powered eggs, nasty bacon and sausage. Whimpy small pool for such a big hotel. Bug in my iced tea and stale breakfast pastries.

Lots of amenities, business traveler oriented, super friendly and professional staff. Available windowless rooms for those of us that end up working at night. Tiki bar and food are excellent

Place was okay. Kind of an older hotel with a fresh coat of paint vibe going on. When we were there the pool was being remodeled and we had to go to the pool next door. Lots of process between getting wrist bands and bringing over towels. It was okay overall, and hopefully the new pool will be nice for future guests, but just kind of a middle of the road experience overall. Price was good at least.

I have been at this hotel every January for about ten years. Very nice, renovated a few years ago, well managed, pleasant staff. The restaurant is quite good, with a great breakfast buffet, including custom omlets. I only recommend that you request a room on a lower floor away from the elevators, as the HVAC system is quite noisy.

Hotel is beautiful since the remodel. Most views are really good, and service in the new coffee shop (Starbucks) is pretty good too. It does get busy in the am, but that is to be expected. They also have a gelato shop next to Starbucks now. I haven't tried it, but is certainly looks good, and the waffle cones smell amazing, lol. They have improved the outside deck as well, with a new tiki bar and a fire pit. Prices at the tiki bar are reasonable for a hotel. They have just about any kind of drink you could want. We will be back.

My husband and I checked into the Hotel last week. We were on the sixth floor. The AC was poor in the room and worse in the hallways. The beds were old and nearly came off of the box springs. The outside of the building was covered in scaffolding. There were several leagues of soccer players in the hotel which equated to screaming teenage girls over the course of the two evenings we stayed there. We ordered paella, a salad and a small pizza from room service and the bill was 87 dollars. Two weddings happened on the beach, so in order to walk onto or off of the beach you literally had to disrupt two weddings. It was a hot mess. Paris Hilton would never stay here.......

One of the better Hiltons I've stayed at. Older, but great location being right on the beach. The complementary breakfast was the reason I'm reviewing this place though. The eggs and bacon are to die for!!! I could not get enough of those. If that's your only reason for staying at this hotel, it'll be well worth it!

Booked an ocean view room, called to verify and was told I had an ocean view room. Get here to find out I had a room with a parking lot view in a hotel that should ve been torn down 10 years ago. Staff were courteous, but that s about it. The place smells bad, is run down & in a sad state of repair. I ve stayed in facilities that were twice as nice for half the cost. Extremely disappointed is an understatement. Never again will I spend a dime in a Hilton property.

Memorable for the incredibly bad house keeping, poor quality food, and dated decor. This is a Hilton property to avoid at all costs We were here for 1 week. Tried desperately to get management to fix the house keeping issue. But no luck. Even had to get the engineer to cut the door to the bathroom so that it could close and open. AC so noisy it kept us up. I ended up cleaning my own room and getting linens myself.

We stayed in an ocean front room but wish it had a balcony. The bar outside was a nice touch. The pool was a little small. I would expect to see that size pool in someone's back yard. There was a plumbing issue in which the p-trap seems to be insufficiently filled. This was evident after returning to our room with the not-so-pleasent odor of sewer gas wafting through our entire room. Unimpressed for a Hilton and the price.
