I like the entrance especially the statue of two person sitting on the side while waiting or resting before going to work. In a corner of the reception area you will notice this figures of 2 figures made of aluminum wires . It's seems an invitation for you to take a rest while waiting or going to work. The ambience is alittle bit homey ,comfotable or feeling at home while waiting.

We always visit Fort Legend Tower every lunch to go to their canteen in 7th floor. I noticed that there are many tenants in this building that cause elevator traffic and it is worst. But staff made line for specific elevator per floor that makes it organize. But still elevator is cramp and small. Exit staircase is not helpful because your going to walk in the parking ramp to transfer to each staircase

Nice place. Fast elevator.

Nice place. Fast elevator.
Guards are not really checking the bags...either remove the inspection...or do it diligently. Half-hearted inspection does not accomplish anything. That's just my opinion.

Quite a gloomy office building.

Some are very poorly lit. It can sometimes feels like you're in scene shot for a horror film.

A modern style high rise building that is very accessible to a bus stop. Close to a lot of restaurants and convenience store. However, the elevator line is long and you need to wait for a very long time.

Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby. Enough elevators so you don't wait too long or elevator area get too crowded. People always fall in line nicely. Parking area inside the building are well lit, with views of the outdoors, and ample security personnel. What I don't like most about it is the very limited parking and the driving area is too narrow to be safe. You can easily run into another vehicle going the opposite direction. Though they provide an alarm system and mirrors around corners to minimize the possibility of that happening.

Fairly tiny lobby and gets crowded in the elevators during rush hour but that's true for almost all office buildings.

Where it fails is that the tenants/office workers who smoke pretty much claim the sidewalk leading to the building so you have to cross a gauntlet of cigarette smoke to get in.

A very good office location. Going in and out, and around BGC area is easy. The building's location is only a walking distance from EDSA and there is a nearby bus stop if you happen to commute or to get around BGC.

The building's elevator, however, is a pain especially when you are in a hurry. There are a lot of building tenants going up and down causing a long queue in the lobby. Be sure to be early if you don't have the luxury of time.

The building is just besides a main road.

The building is just besides a main road.
Steps away from St. Lukes BGC. A cross some food chains so finding food is not hard.

Security is also good, as the building is being used and shared by several companies. Parking within the building is very limited however you may consider the paid parking just in front (which is expensive 150php for the first 3 hours I think).
