I have been with Tim's office since I moved to Virginia in 2006, and have always received personal attention when the need was there. His staff is friendly, and there to help in a time of need. Whether an auto claim or letting me know I could use my renter's insurance on my storage unit when I had to move. I never would have even thought about that.
I would highly recommend him and his team. Thank you all for 14 years of dedication.

I've been a State Farm customer since the 90s and based on my previous State Farm insurance agents experiences in the DMV area, Tim Duray State Farm Insurance is impeccable!! His knowledge with all the products is of great importance to a family, particularly with children. The service that my family and I get every time I call or email is beyond outstanding. I'm thrilled that Tim Duray State Farm Insurance lived up beyond my expectations when I changed agents. I have a very busy work and personal life, Mr. Duray makes my life so much more easier when I have changes, additions or questions, which happens a lot with my family and my age. No pun intended, but, Tim Duray Insurance is always there for me and my family when needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I have been a State Farm customer for over 30 years, the last 17 with Tim Duray s office. He and his team have always been available to me if I had a question or concern about a policy. Even today I called his office and Tim answered and helped me get a solution to a problem I had. His office has always had my best interest in mind and even though I know there are hundreds of insurance companies I am glad Tim Duray at State Farm is mine.

I have had State Farm for years. After moving counties, I transferred my insurance to this agent so that it was local. With the help of Michelle and Tim, they found that I wasn t getting the best discounts on my policy. After it was all said and done, they saved me almost $100 a month!

The team at Duray State Farm do an amazing job. The ladies here go above and beyond to help you out and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. We have worked with both Michelle Patrick and Iddy Santiago, and have been highly impressed by their stellar caliber of service! Iddy gets in touch by email and phone, and always asks how you're doing - adding that personal touch we appreciate so much. The team makes sure that your insurance policy includes the important options that will be the best protection for you, your home, and your vehicles, but also work hard to save you money wherever possible. These ladies provide outstanding customer support, and Tim Duray is lucky to have them on the team!

This Agent is always very helpful. Reviews my policy yearly. I have been with him for 10+ years now with no complaints! I would definitely recommend this firm.

We are a new State Farm customer. The process has been very smooth. The Manassas office has fully answered all questions, returned calls in a timely manner and have been very helpful making sure we are covered fully and still getting the best price available. Knowing that the mail system is overwhelmed right now they sent faxes to the proper entities to ensure there would be no coverage gap. Thank you State Farm.

Want to share an experience I recently had dealing with an auto accident. I haven't been involved in an accident in many years. Recently a deer decided to run into my car while I was driving at 45 mph. Luckily no one was hurt, but I was pretty upset. I made one phone call to State Farm and they took care of the rest. They recommended a body shop nearby that they deal with. I called them and when I arrived they looked over the car and a rental car showed up as we were standing by my car. I was there for 15 minutes! During the week I received emails explaining the estimate and damage done to the car along with an estimate completion date. The car was ready 4 days early and was in perfect condition. Walked in, signed a form, gave them the rental car key, and they gave me my key along with documentation as to what was done and how to care for the car.
This entire process was simple, efficient and couldn't have been any easier. I am extremely satisfied.

Tim and his staff are always very responsive when I call or email. I like to review my policies at least annually, and they are always helpful and actually go beyond great service to ensure I understand all of the (sometimes) confusing terms related to insurance. Tim is always looking out for my best interest, to make sure nothing gets missed. Don't hesitate to give them a try, it is a pleasant experience!

I have had Tim Duray as long as I have had a license and I don't ever plan on leaving. He will fight for you if you ever have any issues, like when my apartment complex was being difficult about the insurance. I also always know that I am getting the best coverage. They have helped me to get all of the possible discounts and they are very quick to respond.

I've been doing business with Tim's State Farm office for many years. They handle all of my insurance needs: my businesses, autos, home, and rental properties. I get great advice for levels of coverage needed and I feel that I always get the appropriate coverage for a reasonable price.

I worked for Tim almost 10 years before retirement in 2015. Not only did he treat his employees as family, he treated and cared for every policyholder like family. You couldn t ask for a better agent and staff to handle your business!

I ve always had State Farm. I use them for car and renters insurance. Tim is amazing to work with, and Michelle stays on top of any account changes and makes sure I m getting the best rates! They are a great group to work with!

I cant speak for the other SF offices in this area but this office is the worst experience I've had with an insurance company. Will definitely be looking else where.
