Came with a group of people and we had a wonderful time. Gathering at the outside bar is a great spot. We had Wendy who helped us with good drinks and food menu. Rooms are beautiful and very clean.

Great hotel, the front desk staff was very nice and courteous. The only reason they did not get a 5 star was because we were told breakfast was included, but it was not. All in all it was a nice visit.

It's a great hotel but the air handler was so loud it woke me up at 2 in the morning and I couldn't get back to sleep. No matter what the location is or how nice the place is if I can't sleep it affects the experience.
All in all a nice clean place to stay. Friendly staff. Well kept rooms. They are a sticker for the 4 pm check in so don't come early. This is the first time I have ever been told I couldn't have a room before 4 pm. I know it is a rule but like I said first time any hotel has told me I had to wait until 4 to check in. The 4 pm check in is the only reason for the 4 stars not being 5. I would stay here again just wouldn't plain on being early.
Great place for locals to have a spectacular Sunday brunch. Free flowing mimosas, omlett station, roast beef, lamb and pork carving stations, rediculously large fruit and salad bar-which included peel and eat large shrimp, large buffet line with chicken, fish, sides and bacon, sausage, potatoes, breads and Danish. Desserts are too numerous to count and the variety is eye popping. Easter brunch is quite loud in the grand ballroom but on normal days it's at salt... Their restaurant on site.
Great place overall, nice location on beach with outdoor bars. There's one part of hotel that is close to the main chase that serves the bldg. Which is annoying. It sounded like we had the AC on all night but it was just water flowing thru the pipes to the other floors. We did mention this upon check out for what it was worth.
Used the digital key for the first time. Made check in a breeze. Room was great and the view was amazing.
So beautiful. Stately. Luxurious. Waterfront rooms. Had some difficulty checking in. Witnessed a few other guest have trouble getting their expected, reserved rooms, which should be absolutely unacceptable. But when they finally got their stuff together, the rest of the visit was perfectly serene. Can't wait to stay next year!
Nice hotel with fantastic beach and views. The tiki restaurant and lounge area was our favorite place to relax. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with checking in but the staff took care of us and made it right.
We were only there for a reception, but it was a nice place. We had stayed nearby before and thought the Hilton was nice then too. It's at a great location on the beach. Plenty of parking for events and guests. Would recommend it.

This Hilton gets great reviews from me. The hotel was fabulous (though the bathroom was quite small), the food was great and the employees were wonderful. The grounds were very accommodating and relaxing. Watching a rocket launch with other guests on the beach was just the icing on the cake. Will return if in the area!
Good staff, our air conditioning was off for a day of 2 in the VIP room, staff made it right, quick prompt service, sent wine and chocolate covered strawberries for my finances birthday
Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront has a good location down to the beach. However, it is a bit worn down. The service is okay, as is the food.

The restaurant and tiki bar was nice. The room we were placed in overlooked the lobby area. It was strange to say the least. We were hardly in the room though since we were in town for the Falcon Heavy Launch!
The Tiki Bar food was okay, service was great. Atmosphere was perfect for food and drinks with friends.
Great stay. Check in was a breeze, staff was super friendly. Our King room was spacious and immaculate. Great coffee shop serving Starbucks. Tiki bar looked festive and fun. Unfortunately for us the weather was cool and rainy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has beautiful views. It needs a little TLC (paint peeling, old carpets etc) but the very kind staff and amazing view make up for the little things. It is on the beach, and the tiki bar has great food and drinks. You really can't beat the location, and there is plenty to see and do in the area. Hopefully it will get a remodel to fix the little things.

It was recommended to me by some friends, and i wanted to go there for my birthday. I leave the room after setting up and when i come back for a drink the fridge was not working. I go into the shower but the pumps with the shampoo/conditioner/body soap was empty. Im dissatisfied with the some of the performance of the hotel. They could do better with keeping up with the rooms before handing them to the new check-ins.
Good quality hotel typical for Hilton but the food in the Salt restaurant, absolutely delicious! Compliments to the chef! Great service too.

Great location on the beach! Only complaint is they nickel and dime you, like $9 per day to park in their 4 acre lot and if you want a beach chair you get to pay for that as well.

My wife and I photographed a wedding here and we were very impressed by the staff. The event coordinator, Jessica, was especially helpful and friendly. We left something behind and she FedExed it to us the following day.

Staff outside in beach area are terrible. Towels are old and about the size of a hand towel.. My family and I have come back 3 times for the past couple of years to see if perhaps it was a bad weekend, but it is the same every year. Really cannot express how bad the staff is outside near the beach area. They're charging 24 for an umbrella and I believe 12 per beach chair???? The room rate is already ridiculous and every year I've had a room with the view of the parking lot which has valet parking 5 feet away from regular parking? They're charging who knows how much more for what? Their car to be parked a single parking spot away from the self parking lot?
All in all, this hotel charges high rates for the location and makes an attempt to be like other high-end resorts, but it falls significantly short. Not worth the money.
I ve stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels because of my work as a consultant. Used my points to stay here and this may be the worst Hilton hotel... AC unit almost completely useless, small outdated bathroom fan hole went nowhere and was filled with dust, refrigerator was broken, and self-parking cost $9 a day for no reason.
It is off from the beautiful beach but not many things to do near it.
We paid extra for the junior suite and that was a mistake. Bathtub clogged but then didn't want to actually hold the water so it slowly drained. The tub is not a soaking tub as advertised, just a normal one. No balcony but the high window had a great partial view. Parking was bonkers but I don't expect much from a tourist area. The beds were nice and clean and the room was cold. I guess we paid extra for two tvs idk we didn't even turn one on.
Great hotel located right on the beach! Nice rooms with an ocean view and on site restaurant. They have a gelato shop in the lobby that is amazing, an absolute must have late night snack!

Just incredibly disappointing from the moment you arrive there's a sign for valet parking yet there is no valet parking attendants but all of the good parking spots are for valet only which cost $14 since that is not even an option you have to pay $9 to park in the open parking lot most of the time very far away from the entrance to the hotel and just hope your car doesn't get broken into because there's no security and poor lighting then once you get to your room the first one I was assigned to I got an upgrade as a diamond member which basically means nothing since you can get diamond status at with a credit card now instead of actually earning it by staying and paying money at the hotels so the perks are just less and less every year I got upgraded to a junior suite which was the same size room is a king-size room just a little bit longer and the only window looking out at the ocean was four feet off the ground and the window was 2 ft tall so if your 6ft 3 like I am you can see out but once you sit down you can't see anything but a wall and there's absolutely no natural light and my daughter couldn't even see out unless I picked her up so I called and got a different room once I realized the junior suite had a giant crack in the wall that they didn't seem to care about on the phone whatsoever so I moved rooms and the door takes a lot of force to shut at my size I have to put my weight behind it to make sure it shuts completely or just slam it very loudly my daughter can't shut it at all by herself she's 13 so that just shows you the quality that they upkeep of this place and the light fixture in the bathroom is completely falling down there's pieces of plaster in the sink that they were coming to fix 4 and 1/2 hours ago still nothing no word from anyone so I called the diamond hotline and they're supposed to tell the manager it is wonderful experience cost 50000 Hilton Honors points or $258 and so far everything I've seen same as much more like a Motel 6 then a so-called Hilton Hotel I was going to say another night but I'm definitely going to another hotel more than likely a Marriott brands I've stayed over 100 nights this year in Hilton properties and this so far has been the worst and it seems like nobody cares to even make it better or fix the problems I would look elsewhere obviously unless you can get a room for $50 it might be worth that
The lovely pictures are the bathroom light that looks like it's about to fall at any second and paint chips in dirt and part of sheetrock falls in the sink it's a wonderful touch in the shower head that leaves a nice hole in the wall as you adjust it this is what I expect from like a Motel 6 in the middle of nowhere
The Salt Restaurant was extremely noisy with a child sing along. I found it quite disturbing that for the evening an adult could not have a quiet meal. The prices were extremely high especially if one could not enjoy the meal. We had an extremely hard time even hearing our waiter. The waiter was absolutely wonderful. The overall appearance of the place seems very dated. My husband an I travel a lot an this is not somewhere I would recommend. They do not even offer makeup remover towelettes in the rooms. Every place I've stayed offers these. We will not be staying here again. An we are Hilton Honors members. I would tell anyone think twice before staying here.

This location booked my family and I 5 rooms at the last minute and gave us a great deal. We booked at a different hotel down the road and it was terrible, we were there for a wedding and this Hilton went above and beyond to make our trip great again. We have been home for a days and the family is still talking about how wonderful this place was, especially the staff. We will defenitly be back, in a few months actually. You will have NO complaints if you stay at this hotel. It's simply perfect.

Bar staff is extremely rude as well as the manager. You don't get to be rude to people and when you get called out on it get to be upset that you're being called rude. But I guess that's what I get for going there and spending money at their establishment. So at this point I will not be back to this Hilton, nor any other Hilton branded hotel. I will not spend my money with people that are deliberately rude to people
I giving the hotel a 3 star because the employees that work here are so nice and helpful otherwise it would be a one star. The room AWFUL!!!! I was in room 435 and omg housekeeping needs to be retrained on how to clean. Finger prints everywhere even on the mirror, the coffee table was dirty, where the tv is on that was dirty, the amount of dust that was on the light fixtures in the bathroom what a disgrace and the shower had mold. Maintenance needs to go to that room and repair the two lights that are out (one in the bathroom and the one on the night stand) and the toilet was wobbly.

We only visited Longboard's restaurant at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront. We walked directly off the beach which was great. The frozen drinks were excellent but expensive at $10 each. Food was ok. Hotel looked awesome but very crowded for spring break.
It's right on the beach a huge boardwalk area with a tiki bar, food, fires, tons of couches and lounges. Live music, crashing waves lots of happy faces, kids swimming in the pool and splash pads.
Great music and the final four.

It's OK. The pool is located at a weird angle, chairs facing other side, weird. If we tried to get closer chairs we were too close to the gas tanks, or whatever it was, and the gas smell was giving me a headache. Not too crazy about it.

Checked into a room where there was a dirty towel under the elevated vanity (likely a past guest vs left by housekeeping) either way it's disgusting! Tub was half cleaned also. Concerning since the bathroom is only big enough to turn around in. Notified the staff that night when discovered and I was told housekeeping would reclean the bathroom and retrieve the towel. I returned back from training the next evening and of course the towel was still there!

Wonderful evening was had by all. The Hilton took care of everything...decor, buffet dinner and 2 bar stations. The Hilton worked with all of our requests and if they couldn't accommodate, they offered suggestions! Top notch team with friendly staff!
We have never stayed here but come often for the food and music by Allan Wood at the tiki bar. Hotel itself seems very nice and clean. And maybe one day we will stay the night.
This was a wonderful experience! Checking was a little bit Rocky but the management did take care of it as far as adding Hilton Honors points to my account but the location was fantastic. I recommend to stay on the 7th floor.
Spent a week here and loved it. The hotel lobby and common areas are nice but the rooms seem as if they were remodeled without a ton of care.
There is a phenomenal tiki bar at this hotel. It is very relaxing to walk to the patio and hang out at the tiki bar all night.
The beach access is amazing. They have a beautiful stretch of beach and it is convenient.
I also recommend trying the gelataria in the lobby. Yum.
It is an okay place to stay. It is an old building that has been renovated. There is a small pool (pool towels are provided but are about the size of a bath towel, so bring a beach towel). There is a nice outside bar. Front desk did not have my room ready on time, they said they would call me when ready but never did. I had to follow up after waiting a while.
It's a nice place and they do their very best to keep it up. It gets a lot of wear and tear since as it's a beachfront resort. We had no complaints about the room, restaurant or the beach bar.
They held a beautiful reception for my dad's wedding. Service was amazing and personable.
The employees are all so attentive and polite, the rooms are homie and we'll cleaned, the beds are extraordinarly comfortable like a cloud and their food and drinks at the bar were really delicious! Like my mother says nothing is ever perfect.... So the only downside to this place was having to leave!
My wife and I booked with the Oceanfront Hilton as a last minute venue change for our wedding last month. Shannon Early, the coordinator, was nothing less than amazing. She was so incredibly helpful and accommodating! She was able to keep us on budget and even honored pretty much everything we had planned with our previous venue, all the way down to decor and menu! We had booked the Horizon room for the reception, which gave us access to a private deck for the ceremony and boardwalk to the beach, but due to Florida being surrounded by tropical storms and hurricanes last month the weather gods just weren t giving us a break. No sweat though, because Shannon had us covered...she had a backup plan already set up in one of the spacious and beautifully decorated banquet halls. Shannon s tireless assistance didn t end there, she ensured that my (now) wife had anything and everything required to get ready as well as setting up myself and our wedding party with all of the flowers and accoutrement needed for our big day! She got our DJ set up for the wedding and reception, got the cake stored away and ready in the kitchen, the flowers directed to their precise locations, and the guests moving in the right direction. Did I mention she did all of this while coordinating another wedding which was booked in the same day in a separate part of the hotel?
Following the wedding, we had our reception in the Horizon room, which was also beautifully decorated and ready to comfortably accommodate our 50 guests. The buffet was setup, hot and ready for everyone. The staff was attentive and very helpful for not only myself and my wife but the rest of our guests as well. The food was a HUGE hit with everyone, our compliments to the chef!
Due to us booking our wedding at the hotel, we were comped a nights stay. The room was spacious and had a lovely view (when it wasn t raining of course). It was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful the entire weekend. We would highly recommend the Oceanfront Hilton to anyone looking for a venue for a wedding, any event, or just for a nice stay. Thank you guys so much for everything!
