It was fine. Not fantastic, but nice. No free coffee in the lobby.
We celebrated our 50th anniversary at the Hilton. Our family and friends joined us for the week-end. We enjoyed an evening cocktail party on the Tiki deck, and a wonderful dinner in their event room overlooking the ocean. I can't praise the manager, Debra Green, enough. She and her event planner, Shannon help us plan the perfect party. The food was wonderful, the staff very accommodating, and the hotel, with the pool, kiddie pool, and ocean was enjoyed by the entire family (ranging in age from 76 to 4 months).
I highly recommend the Hilton if you are planning an event, or just looking for the perfect week-end "staycation". If you live locallyl, the dinner menu at the Salt is worth a trip to Cocoa Beach.
Thank you so much, Debra and Shannon.
Rather old hotel in need of some room updates. Otherwise it s a nice beach front location.
Nice outside tiki bar! Cool area to hang out with fire pits. Kids liked the ice cream shop inside the hotel
The Hilton nearest the Cocoa Bch Pier has a new outdoor ratting area, very nice, but not very good service. Took forever for someone to recognize we had sat down, and then food came out cold. Indoors better, but I ordered a pasta dish for $20.00 and it wasn't even enough to eat as an appetizer. Tasted good, but also was warm, as it had been sitting out waiting to be served. Waitress was genuinely nice, but really not on the ball with regards to servicing customers. At a table near us, she spent a lot of time talking, while we were waiting on appetizers. My appetizer came after my pasta entre'. :(
Very nice property, walking distance to the beach, nice pool area and tiki bar
Beautiful ocean view from dining porch. Can't speak to rooms but the food and restaraunt are lovely and the wait staff us responsive and friendly.
A little pricey for drinks not during happy hour, but very accommodating staff! Food was good too!
Friendly staff and clean facilities. Attended for a wedding reception and was very impressed with service.
Easy check in, nice staff, tiki bar is awesome, breakfast is above average. Beautiful beach access
Great location, easy to find. Very relaxing beachfront. Nearby family entertainment. Good for groups and professional seminars.
This is one of my favorite wedding venues. Getting my Brides all glammed up in these bright cheery and spacious rooms makes my job easy breezy!
The Hilton Cocoa Beach is a top notch destination. In addition to the amazing rooms and amenities, Chef Gilbert and Sous Chef Luis run the finest restaurant on the beach. Super clean, professional, and organized- nothing not to love!
Very nice tiki bar. Nice inside bar in restaurant as well. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful.
Super professional agent's awesome environment super professional agent's is home away from home
We are passing through town, visiting family. We came to this hotel to have a drink and a bite to eat. The bathrooms in the lobby are impeccable. Longboards Tiki Beach Grille bar is nice, food is great and staff is wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Super-relaxed. The beach is fluffy and well taken care of. Great find.
Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was great! Very clean and cozy public spaces. The dining options were good and the access to the beach is unbeatable. Even the fitness center is well taken care of!
Tried to find the nicest hotel in the area, and the Hilton was more expensive and seemed nicer. Upon arriving, it was apparent it was old and not as nice as expected. It's on the beach, and room rates were high.
Great hotel. Fantastic prices. Very clean, good beach access, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Great beach location. Good drinks. Nice amenities around the beach and the deck.
Had some issues with small towels and the lobby being crowded when some of the cruise ships docked, but good other than that.
I had issue with the pillows. They were very small and super hard. I couldn't get any sleep. The manager Stephanie got me very comfortable pillows that I was able to get sleep. Thank you
Very nice hotel. No balcony which was unfortunate. Beach access was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Would probably stay here again.
The hotel is poorly designed. Most rooms don't face the beach and if there is a beach view, it is from the side or part of the building itself is in the way. The rooms are semi dated. At the outdoor restaurant, we put in our order immediately and waited 45 min for our food at 8 on with 3 hungry kids. When we asked about the food, it came out but looked as if it was put together quickly and sloppily. The shrimp tacos came with only 2 shrimp and a couple of the bites were just tortilla and cabbage, not very appetizing.
Check in was very friendly. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything. Mini fridge is not very cold. Beach is gorgeous. Great views. Room is spacious.
Great location, easy parking, beach access, Tiki restaurant, clean rooms. My singular complaint was the mattresses killed my back.
Lovely ocean front beach, good restaurant, and nice rooms.
Well located family hotel near the beach. Very good breakfast.
Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. The staff is helpful and friendly. Prices can get high during certain times of the year. But it s well worth the cost.
Amazing beachfront hotel. The three restaurants plus a Starbucks and Gelato shop on site, make lounging in the sun an easy experience. You can have lunch and dinner on the beach, umbrella and chair service for the day and be mesmerized by the live music and fire pit on deck at night. Customer service was truly outstanding, amenities above par, making the stay more than comfortable, but luxurious.
So I have been here many times & service is hit or miss. I love my Hiltons, I love my town, last visit to here was subpar. Went for an event on the beach & while the manager of the hotel was great, the staff was not so much. The pool was super ick. And I was delayed in my checking in for hours. Honors member or not, did not make a bit of difference.
Attended a convention. Facilities were good for that. Can't say anything about the rooms or dining.
Love it rooms are very clean and the hotel is right on the beach.
Event planning staff are professional and well organized
Not the amenities I am used to with a Hilton. The room HVAC kept me awake all night. Had to pay to park in their enormous lot. Staff was friendly and proximity to beach was good.
Great views and the restaurant had great food for very good prices.
This hotel looks like it should be downtown in a mid size US city, like Madison, Wisconsin or Roanoke,VA. Dull glass box that was put next to the Atlantic ocean, with zero thought or charm. Every other hotel or resort in the area has balconies or windows that open except for this one. What's the point of being next to the ocean if you are hermetically sealed? Couple that with bad food, uninterested staff and you can find a much better place to stay.
Great service and staff. Surprised given the great reviews that there was no ocean view, balcony, and the one tiny window in the room. Disappointed with cost of room to be on the ocean.
Hotel was clean and posted mask use signs. However it needs to remind guests to wear masks. Good service, on the beach, some food choices available.
Overpriced for an old room that was not clean. Our elongated toilet had a standard seat (what the hell?!!) , toilet also leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I talked to the front desk and they did nothing to remedy. Worst waste of $280/night, steer clear of this place.
all rooms are nice. both restaurants and beach location was great
We went to Longboard Grill for dinner and drinks. The food was excellent but the service was very slow. We waited a long time for our server to greet us and a sauce was missing on one of our entrees and by the time we go it everyone else was finished eating.
We booked this hotel for the beach & the tiki bar, not the reviews.
Cons: Unfortunately, the AC didn t work in first room we were in. Always tell someone if you re experiencing the same thing so they can fix it! The king room we were in was actually two twin beds pushed together. It took 3 hours of our NYE night to switch rooms because they were so busy. They offered us a ocean view room with a pull out couch as the bed or a room with two queens. We decided on the two queens as we didn t want to pay to sleep on a couch. They gave us two drink vouchers for the tiki bar for the trouble. In our new room, the outside window was so dirty that we couldn t see what our view was. We were hoping to watch the fireworks on NYE from our window. The room didn t have any towels so we were unsure if it was properly cleaned. There was also a Q-Tip on the ground next to our bed. COVID-19 wise, maybe Cocoa Beach isn t the best choice. No one wears masks where they are supposed to (or better yet, shoes) and the restaurants and hotels don t seem to care. This hotel needs an update for sure. The people are very nice but there was no follow up and we had to call multiple times to get the things we needed (a room with working AC, towels, etc).
Pros: The tiki bar had really good service, drinks, and good food- vegan options (ask for one of the salads made into a wrap). I loved their drink called the refresher with coconut water.
I hadn't been here in a few years, but I can say with confidence that the improvements they made to the property and the fantastic staff really make this place a fantastic destination for a vacation.
Great stay on the beach. Sydney at the front desk was fantastic, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the area and hotel offerings.... thank you Sydney!
We are in room 637 and the view is great. Tiki bar was fun last night and the walk to the beach is easy. Comfortable bed, lots of dining optics nearby. If you're out of town, try the sunset beach bar 2 miles away for sunset drinks!
Great room, bed was comfortable, staff was amazing. Beach access was nice, tiki bar was fun. Weather was bad but still had great time. Conference Center and staff were great.
They were doing loud maintenance work in the room next door
LOVED our visit here! The room was ok but the people were great. The deck and pool area was very clean and the splash pad for kids was a big hit. Easy access to the beach as well.
My family had a reunion there this weekend it was very nice and pleasant. It was kid-friendly. Great access to the Tiki bar and the beach. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were small. The staff was very friendly .I would recommend this hotel for a nice weekend getaway.
I dropped off and picked up someone driving with Lyft.
Would never come here again. Front staff are rude. Sent us to wrong room. Not ocean front. Far better places to stay. Go somewhere else. Avoid at all costs.
Super Hotel as soon as u enter the building the Staff are looking after ur every need so friendly & Caring . Great site has everything u need for ur holiday beach is amazing watched a Space Launch on Monday...
