Great location. Nice rooms. Expensive bar and breakfast.

This is most definitely an above average Hilton. Great access to the beach as well.

Fun place to meet up with visiting friends and family. Outside bar is superb. Food is good and the service is friendly. Accommodations are top notch. Would always recommend family to stay here for visiting.

Very nice outdoor tiki bar, pretty decent happy hour deals, and Riley was a great bartender!

The rooms are overpriced for what you get, our room had an air conditioning unit that kept cycling on and off all night a made a loud thud everytime it started. There was an expansion joint in the hallway floor and everytime someone went over it with a cart it sounded like a gun shot. The toilet didn't shut off, the drinks at the bar were $10 but had very little alchohol. There motto of "making it right" did not really happen.

Great venue. Held annual Father/Daughter Dance here. Great evening.

Worst Hilton I ve been to! Had to change rooms 5 TIMES! either the a/c was not working,leakin water from the bathroom ceiling or terrible beach view , beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom shower had hair in a few spots, even had to call to get 2 box fans cause it was that hot which was ridiculous. Might as well stayed at some other hotel!!

Excellent customer service offsets the need to renovate this hotel. Don't pay for a.Jr. Suite (you'll be disappointed). A standard room is better and it cost less.

Food, drinks and entertainment was really good...however, if you stay and get a room overlooking the lobby, be prepared for noise throughout the night; music, front desk phone ringing , and the hub of the night crew doing their upkeep for the next day.

Pros:
- Good location at a great beach, esp. for rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center
- Great, free WiFi connection (!)
- Accomodations & coffee are okay

Cons:
- very loud A/C. Barely able to sleep with it on.
- apartment sometimes very smelly, esp. the lavatories

Keep in mind that this place is usually very windy. Great for (wind)surfing

The waitress was kind of rude and the people we were visiting had their air conditioner keep quiting.

Was at the Hilton for a recent company event. Did not stay overnight, but the hosting services were very good, and the bartenders were efficient and courteous. Venue was very nice for our function.

Room was clean but small for a Hilton Hotel, refrigerator was not working, spoiled all our food we had bought with us and we asked for blankets, sheets, pillows and extra bath towels, upon our arrival from the pool they had been left on the floor in front of our room door. Only good thing was being conveniently on the beach for the holiday.

Liked the view from the room (6th floor), room was nice, bathroom a little small, patio deck it is nice, specially the tiki bar.

Pros: Location, amenities (gym, laundry, onsite restaurant, pool with splash pad, beach access), very nice hotel layout inside and out, housekeeping Cons: Repeatedly, front desk hasn't offered to thoroughly answer basic questions (e.g., My Q: "Is breakfast included with our reservation?" A: "It doesn't say." Q: "....So can you find out?") -Bathroom is incredibly small for a room with 2 double beds. -For a $17 breakfast per person, coffee could be way better and offer better creamer.

Great staff, polite and always helpfull. The hotel has access to the beach. The room is clean and neat, i didn't check the tv but everything else seems to work fine.

The room was very nice, and our view of the ocean was great. They have a Starbucks in the lobby, and an outdoor restaurant/bar.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Food was cooked properly and brought out hot.

Excellent location and condition. The staff was super helpful and the dining team rocked it even with the kiddos in tow. Ask for the parking voucher if you are staying before a cruise. It's 40% off right at the port.

Great place to stay, beach is behind hotel. Only complaint is that we ask for ocean view, but what you get is side view of the ocean.

Nice property.Friendly staff. My only complaint is that I was injured on their property by some poorly maintained lounge chairs. I was told by management that their insurance company would reach out, no such contact as if yet. I have a permanent scar and a ruined tattoo. Hopefully they will do the right thing.

Hotel has been renovated a lot over the last couple of years. Staff and service is exceptional. A little too much noise heard from hallway.

Nice place. Rooms are good, nothing special, and the pool deck and bars are great.
FYI: The pool is very small... and they heat the water year round.

Meh, for the amount I paid to stay here I expected more. The walls are paper thin I can hear everyone around us. Literally could hear their room conversations, alarm clicks and even them brushing their teeth. The only thing that saves this hotel is the tiki bar and heated 7ft pool and the fact that it is by the ocean. As others have mentioned the carpet is really bad, the bathrooms are so tiny. 2 people can't get ready at the same in there.
Oh and the scallops I ordered were so tiny not worth the money at all. The gator bites weren't that great either. I did enjoy the alcoholic beverages.

The outside tiki bar was awesome. Went to visit some family that was staying there. The pool was also clean and not over crowded.

Excellent service, all the employees have been be very helpful and friendly, the location is perfect right on the beach and within an easy drive to most other amenities.

Great place to go to spend time with family. There is a Tiki bar, you can order food, go to the pool and the beach, and also a good spot to watch a rocket launch! And tonight is 4th of Julu weekend, so they got fireworks!!! Yay! All in one place!!!

Attitude of front desk staff is poor. I am a diamond member, whilst i accept no upgrades possible if hotel is full, the staff don't seem to care and nothing further offered. No point being a diamond member if not made to feel special as part of loyalty programme. Asked for breakfast upgrade was given the same non caring attitude from front desk the morning after also. Not typical of hiltons, perhaps staff all need to be re-trained on customer service at this hotel.

Chosen hotel based on GoPort's Fly, Cruise and Snooze Package. Definitely worth the drive from MCO! Beach access, two free complimentary bottles of water, plus an outside bar that accommodates the public. Lounge was spacious. Fitness room was equipped with weights, treadmills, medicine balls, as well as other equipment frequently seen at popular gyms. TV in room has Netflix access. The outdoor pool has a splash pad for younger kids as well as free use of hotel-owned beach toys! The bartending staff was wonderful. As I don't typically drink, the bartender assisted me in finding a beverage that was absolutely delightful.

The room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel staff were all extremely nice and helpful. I felt like a queen while I was there.

We stayed Wednesday through Monday. Our room was a spacious, 2 double bed room. Our bathroom was uncomfortably small and the shower had mold in the grout. The beds are incredible and very soft! We were surprised with a charge for parking upon arrival. The wifi is complimentary, but you have to pay to be able to watch movies of any kind. The pool was dirty, but it's to be expected when children are coming from the ocean and jumping in. Location is awesome! All the employees were REALLY awesome. No issues with them at all. Construction is being completed on elevators and starts early! For being a Hilton I had higher expectations of the quality but overall it was nice. Glad I booked at a discounted rate on Hotwire!

Nice place on the beach. Nice pool. No hot tub. Room was very nice and clean. Did not have a microwave but did have a frigerator. Common area was nice but no free coffee or water nor a microwave.

Newly renovated or brand new hotel, very clean and tidy, great staff. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Easy parking and great location, walking distance to restaurants and it's right on the beach. Very convenient!

We did dinner and drinks two nights in a row, great service, food, and staff. I highly recommend. We ended up here on a recommendation from my wife's co-worker. We were not staying at the hotel, and service was still top notch.

Rooms are super clean and spacious. Newer remodeling is nice too. Nice view from 7th floor. Hotel door had huge air gap all around it. People passing by in halls literally sound like they are in our room. Pool area needs a pool attendent and better attention. Trash everywhere both days during our visit - (yes people you are slobs, clean up after yourselves for crying out loud). Kids jumping into pool with sand all over their bodies from beach. Bottom of pool covered in sand. Pool ladder was busted in pieces on side of pool. No, or little, adult supervision. No pool towels both days. We had to go to our room soaking wet. Dirty towels scattered all around pool area. Plastic cups, dirty dishes, and napkins blowing all around. Longboards Tiki bar food quality was mediocre. Nachos were low quality chips drenched in cheese wiz sauce and a cheap hormel gravy sauce. Gross. Had to pitch them. Conch fritters were nothing special, frozen balls reheated and had hard crunchy pieces that I had to spit out. To top it off the people sitting next to us were complaining to waiter about how dried out the flatbread was that they ordered, like a brick, customer banged flatbread on edge of table because it was inedible. Some very rude people on beach, no fault of hotel, but they were hotel customers. This rowdy beer drinking puerto rican family with out of control kids literally over took our beach towels, walked all over our stuff with sand while we were swimming. They put their chairs, tent, and blaring music right over our space. Kicked our stuff over. Had to pick everything up and move to a new spot. They just glared at us when we moved. A sign of the times apparently. We are somewhat disappointed hhonors members. Doubt we'll return in future.

Worst hotel in Cocoa Beach! First, we paid for a coastline be view king room and got a direct view of the building next door without even a side view of the beach or ocean. The room was supposed to have been cleaned and sanitized but somebody's underwater, socks and handkerchief we're in the top drawer. Then, at 2 am, I was woken up by the sound of running water from the toilet that wouldn't stop running and won't flush. This hotel has REALLY gone downhill. DO NOT stay here! Go to the Marriott Courtyard or Hampton Inn. Both are far superior to the Hilton in Cocoa Beach.

Great stay brought down by shoddy Wi-Fi. Amazing beach access. Nicely updated rooms. However, poor internet (on the HHonors floor too) made work travel a pain. (Update: wi-fi was not a problem last visit. Only downside now is no lounge)

Super service, great hang out bar and deck area, really clean and fresh smelling for a beach hotel, lovely lobby, ice cream shop make this the class of Cocoa Beach.

Stayed 2 nights, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the water. Asked for a few things while we were there, and all requests were handled efficiently and with professionalism. Would absolutely return.

Made a reservation for king size ocean view room, however when I checked in at midnight And got to my room, I had 2 queen beds and NO ocean view! When I called the front desk and asked that they fix the reservation they said they had nothing available but would switch my room the next day! It was late and I was exhausted so I relented. They did move me the next day...to the exact same room only 3 doors down!! When I called again to complain there comment was they would give me a discount. The only discount I received was the price I should be paying for the room I was in! Incredibly disappointing from such a large hotel chain and being a Hilton Honors member. Never again!!

Great property! Lauren at the front desk is a true professional! The whole area is touristy and over priced but the hotel has great food & a great atmosphere. You don't need to leave the hotel.

rooms are dated & shower could have been cleaned better. The elevators are so loud we could hear them running throughout the night & our room was nowhere near the elevators. No sleep at all!
