It is a nice clean hotel with a beautiful lobby.
The pool is very small, and every hotel in the area has beach access.
You must pay $6 per day for parking your own car in their lot.
3 elevators move very fast.
Rooms are nice and clean.
No manager reception or any real benefits to being a Hilton honors member.
I probably would not stay again, just because there was no wow factor, and for the price, I want more "wow".

The hotel was really good. Came to town for a work event and we used multiple conference rooms and the banquet hall and had a few dozen rooms. The facility was great and we didn't have any major issues. For one of our banquets they didn't set up enough tables and chairs for everyone but that was the only issue. The food was good and the staff was helpful. For our second banquet they had a lot more chairs and tables and everything was great. Would recommend this hotel for work events or if just getting a room.

The hotel in general was very clean and what I would expect from a Hilton. The complimentary WiFi for HHonors members was terrible. My phones and tablet wouldn't stay connected for more than 2 minutes at a time so I ended up just using my data. The beach was nice and quiet. I will definitely return.

A last minute one night stay, recommend the King Oceanview, awesome view of the beach. Loved how this place is right on the beach. Staff were awesome and food and drinks were good too! Would love to come back and spend more time here exploring the area.

We had a horrible experience. When we first arrived our room keys did not work. Took three trips to the front desk. Then we were told that not all rooms have Wi-Fi and that if you want it you had to pay extra. Even McDonald s has free Wi-Fi. $340 a night. I paid extra for a Seaview and the room we had was directly facing another hotel you had to walk all the way up to the window and go all the way the left and look right to be able to see the ocean. Then the hotel charges you $50 when you get there as a deposit, which is standard however they don t tell you that it takes them 7 to 10 days to process a refund. My husband also ordered $97 worth of food to the room. They charge my credit card which was on the room, but then at checkout we told them to please remove that and put it on his card. They charged him $97 and still have not refunded me the $97 they originally charge me. Again saying 7-10 days. When I called to make sure it was indeed being refunded the man who answered the phone wouldn t even double check to make sure the refunds were actually being processed and just told me to wait longer. Also for $340 a night there is no continental breakfast. We will never stay here again. There are lots of other great hotels on the strip do not waste money here.

**UPDATE** Per their response back, they said they didn't see a $97 charge well please the pic I uploaded cuz there it is. The blonde woman at the counter told us we had to pay extra for wifi when the paper they left us didn't work. Also I called yesterday (March 10th) and spoke with a man at reception who refused to check on the charge and just told me to wait longer, it was my bank at fault. I called Chase and they show no reversal on the charge. I submitted a claim to dispute the charge and also showed my husbands acct being charged the exact amt the same day. I also called today March 11th and left a vm with Kimberly the finance manager and received no call back. So clearly "reaching out to them" doesn't work either. DON'T STAY HERE.

Great hotel with direct access to the beach. Rooms are updated nicely and well maintained. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Both restaurants on site are delicious and the breakfast buffet can't be beat. Will definitely stay the next time I'm in town for a cruise.

Great hotel. Easy check in. Nice atmosphere. I had dinner in the on site restaurant "Salt" and it was an experience, the waiter Jorge quickly made me feral at ease it was like we were old friends. Him and the guys at the bar chatted with me and shared stories about their love of all things space. And even showed me some memorabilia. When I went to my room I found it to be modern and comfortable. I did have a small problem, this was just after a recent hurricane, and I found my AC to be broken, at 3am. I contacted the front desk and in a mater of 10 min the determine that a new room was best, provided new key cards, and delivered them to my room. Very fast service with a smile in my opinion. I currently having breakfast. It's super busy but the staff is still great. It is not a complementary, buffet but we'll wither the money. Croissants fantastic taste and Gordon Ramsay level eggs. I will be staying hear again.

Staying at this hotel was one of the worst in recent memory. The facilities are dated and not very well maintained. My family was moved due to toilet issue. The room we were moved to was smaller and had a slightly obstructed view. We we're told that the room was an upgrade but it clearly was not, when comparing prices on booking sites. Also the rooms were very musty. I tried to use the business center to print my boarding pass but the computers were so dates that the website would not load. I would have expected much more from a Hilton on the beach at these prices.

This is a great place to stay! The location is within walking distance of the downtown attractions without being high-traffic. The beach is wonderful as is the outdoor tiki bar. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and well-trained, going out of their way to help me. I did not love the food at the restaurant, it was good, but not great. The waitstaff was absolutely stellar as was the hostess!! I will be staying here again.

It was ok, but definitely not Holton standards. Understaffed, & not the most polite staff. Not many ammenenities. Everything including Internet is an additional charge. They offered turndown service included a guy just bringing sheets, not fitted & blankets l. Not mention we didn't get the room we booked. Three refrigerators later we had one that worked. It looks like the Hilton just leased the name out to a different property for some reason. Not even a microwave In the room either.

We attended a large event here. The location, appearance, and staff are great. While the event was a bit crowded, there was plenty of food and the drinks were strong. The whole event went off without a hitch! If you have 750-1000 people, this was the limit for that size party. We didn't book a room, but the hotel is beautiful and clean.

Awesome location. Enjoyed all of the amenities. The poolside Tiki Bar was very popular with guests and locals. Staff was very attentive. Pool was smaller than expected but very nice.

We had to change rooms due to an issue with the ac, but they quickly fixed it. Parking is not free, but it's on the website as a charge. The tiki restaurant and beach access is phenomenal. The rooms with ocean view are coast line view..out the side. Not true ocean front. But still ok.

We came for 4 days during Labor Day. We checked out on Tuesday and turned back around and checked back in for 2 more days!!! This hotel maintaines proper safety guidelines, and strictly follows all precautions. If you have never stayed here it s an absolute must. Everyone is so hospitable. The BEST happy hour!!! Food is awesome drinks a plus . You never have to leave .. beach, pool, food drinks.. what more do you need!!! We especially want to give a large shout out to Nicholas he truly needs to be in management he is always helping everyone even if it wasn t his job. Robin and Michelle and Gertrude always took care of us.
Thank you Cocoa Beach Hilton for a fabulous experience during these uncertain times.

The negatives: the hotel is dated. Little details like the tile and countertops in the bathrooms could use some renovations. Additionally, while we were there, a few rooms were having issues with their air conditioning. Now that those minor issues are out, let me speak on all the positive aspects of this property. First, the staff is nothing short of amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. They switched our room as soon as we notified them of the A/C issue. The staff at the Tiki bar and in the restaurant were also top notch. Second, the cleanliness was exactly what one would expect from a Hilton property. The rooms were clean, the public restrooms and common areas were clean, and the outside bar and restaurant were clean. Last, the location was great. They have beach access, as well as being close to local attractions and dining spots. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this location and if we are ever in Cocoa beach again, will certainly stay there.

Amazing staff. From the moment I arrived I felt like royalty. The bellman was attentive and helped us right into our bedroom. I'm grateful to be a Hiltons Honor Member. We also love the gelato wow now this is going to be a regular spot for us in the future.

Not what I was hoping! Construction going on right outside my bedroom window. Was unexpectedly required to pay in advance for entire stay plus a $50 deposit. I consider this a bit extreme since I had to pay for one night's stay when the reservations were made months ago.

Definitely won't stay here on my next trip!

Check in supposed to be at 4, now 5:38 and they still have no idea how long before our room is ready. We've been hanging out at the overcrowded pool but want to get cleaned up for dinner. Not happy at all!

Edit: They gave us a temporary room so we could clean up to go to dinner. Back from dinner after 9 only to find out that our room was never cleaned. It was blamed on the custodial staff, "they just left for the day without finishing". Why was a room that was not booked cleaned but a room that was booked not? Sounds more like poor management to me.

Stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. Positioned right on the beach, we did the 2 mile walk north to the pier, on 2 miles back, in perfect conditions. Deluxe room was very good and the air-con worked really well - we could actually successfully change the temperature in the room. So often this doesn't work.

We used the Longboards restaurant a couple of times. It's outside the main hotel, by the pool, and is well roofed, so rainproof! Nice casual place for sandwiches and light meals. Main restaurant (Salt house?) Was great for breakfast, but we were not totally happy at dinner. We thought the meal was well prepared for the money, but the restaurant was very quiet and lacked atmosphere. The bar TV tuned to a weather channel incessantly reminded us that storms are about in the country (though not here, fortunately).

Didn't have time to use the fitness center though it looked great.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Thought $9 per day to park was rather unnecessary considering the large size of their car park. Maybe they would get people who don't stay at the hotel parking there to go to the beach!

Just to end, we nearly had to cancel our visit be sure of storm Dorian. We felt so lucky to have escaped that and to have really enjoyed our stay. Our hearts are with the people of the Bahamas who were not so fortunate.

Learned that there was a differnce between ocean views and ocean front. Bed and linens were extremely comfortable. Even contemplated stealing the sheets...lol. Parking was a bit inconvenient, definately felt like we were paying for a name instead of quality. Coffee in our room was aweful Most of their conveniences were at an additional charge compared to other hospitalities. Not sure if it was just our room but a disturbing and loud mechanic noise rumbled every time our ac system kicked on. One way in, one way out was annoying, unable to avoid absolutely EVERYONE at high peak times. Still, staff was friendly and courteous. Would only recommend as a fly by night stay.

Beautiful location on the beach. The tiki bar is super fun to hang out, drink and eat. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the baths in the rooms could use a serious update and the pricing of food, snacks, and sodas were a bit high.

This is a nice hotel on the beach. Its next to the beach not a block or 2 away unlike other hotels advertise. I wasn't to happy to find out that every 4 days they refresh the room due to reopening. I would return back because it's works if you need a place on the beach and a pool. Food is really good too, decent price for area.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The beach front is well maintained. Drinks at the tiki bar are delicious and if you dine at Salt order the pork belly!!
Hospitality is on point at this location. We can not wait to come back.

Air conditioner in room is way to loud so need to shut it off at night.
The pool deck is very nice with a beautiful Tiki Bar and Beach Access.
Pool itself is way to small given the size of the hotel and you rarely find a seat at the beach.

Don't expect any sort of internet connection here. Even with the diamond internet status I was unable to stream any video with decent quality. They also open the beach to the public and sell parking spots so if you leave during the day you will have a long walk back to the hotel as they do not honor their valued guests.

Very nice hotel. Pool heated, nice beach access, live music at night. Food was good although pricey. Ice cream and starbucks on premises. Feels very new and updated. Price seemed very reasonable considering location and amenities. Have to pay for parking. Would go back.

This hotel had it all and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We typically don't stay at such nice places but did this time and it did not disappoint. If you stay here be sure to eat at papa vitos down the street. The portions are huge and the food is to die for. Also go to the beach about an hour or 2 after sunset and look at the crabs. They are tiny but awesome to see. Take a flashlight and closed toed shoes as they will run over your feet.

Love it
