The environment is very nice and very well kept. Drinks and food are good, BUT the waiter/bar tender seemed to be in a funky bad mood which extended on his courtesy and ability to politely serve my wife and I. The lady bar tender ended up taking over his section and she was very nice.

When two managers walk around and try to micromanage their people specially out on the deck and there's about 75 80 people drinking and eating maybe they should pick up a plate or walk around with a refill of tea and water instead of correcting their staff in front of the customers don't mind spending money don't mind at all waiting when it's busy but don't like to see people talk down to when you can take off your tie and do some of the work to help out instead of looking good because it doesn't look good

After a day at the beach we decided to grab a bite to eat. They have a great selection of items and the turkey club was enough to share, the salads are fresh and the portions are enough to even share. Overall, we had a good experience but remember you're paying tourist prices...

The rooms are nice, the views astonishingly beautiful, and the pillows so comfy. The beach is right there, steps away! You can get a plunge chair and umbrella set up by staff for the day. Or take surf lessons or rent all kinds of water equipment. I love they dont use straws to help the environment. It was so pristine at the ocean that it was like being in a nature preserve. The tiki bar is delicious and the staff is nice. You can watch the ocean and have food and drinks. The thing I was surprised to find I LOVED was the deck at night. Live performances Saturday night, torches lit, fire lit, stars above, a full moon, nice breeze off the ocean, and I was in heaven. People stayed out for hours just relaxing in lots of ways. Cuddled in chairs near the fire. Singing with the great performer. Reading by torchlight. Looking up at the stars and moon. Playing in the splash pad or swimming in the pool. It was so peaceful and clean and happy!

Not bad for a hilton. Service was surprisingly attentive for a Hilton. Beds were comfortable but air conditioning/circulation seemed a bit low. Pool was great and access to beach is close. I would likely return.

It wasn't super clean like I expect from Hilton. Dirty finger prints on the doors and hair still in the shower and on the floor of the bathroom. Good amenities, pool, tiki bars and splash pad, Starbucks and ice cream store

Excellent beachfront Hotel with a truly amazing tiki bar and sun deck. It s huge! Food was good, staff was super friendly and helpful! We stayed for 2 days for a quick getaway with our 2 yr old. She loved the splash pad and pool. We loved the beach and Umbrella chairs to lounge by the ocean. We will definitely stay here again

No 5 stars because I was not pleased that EVERYTHING costs here unlike their sister hotel, Hampton. Self park is $7 day, no free coffee, no free breakfast, etc. The room was clean and comfortable but, in my opinion, you get way more for much less at a Hampton.

Great with a big parking space but it should be free for hotel guests. Kinda expensive.
The service was ok, although one of the keys didn't work, had to go back.
The hotel standard is ok, but not very modern. The rooms are ok as well but starting to get old. Not very modern. Cold bathroom, no heat in floor. The air-condition is terrible, so much noice. We turned it off during the night but you could still hear it from other rooms. Whyy?? The pool area is a little small. I guess in summer you would not get a place but the beach is very close.
The breakfast was not worth the money.
Not much to choose from and dryyyy bagels. The juice was warm. No ham or anything.
The "gym" was just a small room and terrible hot, almost like a sauna. Not much equipment.
Use your money somewhere else.

Giving 4 stars because our stay was not perfect. Cable was disconnected but fixed immediately by a great guy named Neil. While he was fixing it we asked him for suggestions on places where the locals eat. He gave us a few great restaurants, which we tried the next morning. Our room keys stopped working but we're fixed immediately at the front desk. It was a little inconvenient but nothing that ruined the day. Everything else was great. Room was clean, beds comfortable, room had everything we needed. Loved the location, beautiful beach, you must get up early and see the sunrise. Hope to be back soon.

I've been there 3 times in the summer months and taken advantage of their Snooze and Cruise package. It's expensive to eat there but it's clean and staff area great. It's also right on the beach. It's a good distance if walking to go anywhere else to eat.

My husband and I traveled here from Arkansas to celebrate his birthday. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiling faces ready to interact with us. However, one worker in particular took care of all our needs in order to make this experience a good one. After Chuck introduced himself, he asked was there a special occasion and we said yes, he allowed us to pick two items from a list to go along with the celebration!! I was so excited and as promised the delivery was sent to our room at the arranged time. I am still givng this review a 5 even though we had problems with our bathroom involving the bathtub (drainage), toilet (backing up), and refrigerator not cooling. When we notified personal they sent maintenance to correct the issues at hand. The tiki bar was awesome (Katie) made us feel at home. Although it was a company retreat going on during our stay, the staff attended to everyone from my observations. This is our second time here and would recommend to anyone who is interested in visiting this area Hilton Cocoa Beach!!!!

Super 8 with Hilton signage. We had stayed on Hilton Miami Airport and Hilton Panama in the past month and had been impressed with the professionalism, facilities, and amenities. So for our anniversary, we thought it would be a similar experience at Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront. We made an online reservation for a "Coastline View" room, realizing that the room would probably be on the side of the building. We arrived and the valet desk was vacant. We just left our car and luggage there and went in to check in. I proactively clarified with the attendant that the "Coastline View" was not overlooking the parking the lot, she verified it was not. We then went back to our car, still no valet, and unloaded our bags from the trunk. We then encountered the valet who looked at us like we were out of place. After a moment of awkward silence, he asked if he could do something for us. I asked if he was the valet and he confirmed that he was. I asked if he could park our car. We then carried our own bags to the elevator and up to our room I didn't even realize until today, that there was no one to help with our luggage. As we walked down the long hallway towards the parking lot, I had a bad feeling in my gut. Sure enough, we had a small parking lot view room for $260, no help with our luggage, and a questionable valet. We went to the front desk and very calmly expressed our concerns and asked for a refund. The supervisor was initially uncooperative and told us there was a 24 hr cancellation policy and she would not refund our money. While I was on hold with Hilton Honors, she approached my wife and let her know that she had contacted her manager and would refund us. We salvaged the weekend by staying at the Inn at Cocoa Beach where everything was amazing.

This could have been a good hotel experience, but the service in the tiki bar was so atrocious, it's spoiled the entire evening. I guess if you're white you can get service instantly. We however were not so lucky. 45 minutes and counting.

We day trip a lot. Now of course the beach front view which I paid a lot of money for is what earned these three stars. The room itself was in shabby shape dated and falling apart not what I expected from a high dollar Hotel especially Hilton. The staff was pleasant the bathroom sink that would not drain not so much. They should spend a little money on carpentry and Plumbing to bring this hotel up to par.

It was a heavy rainstorm and my father and I were looking for a place to eat. The restaurant attached to the Hilton has an outdoor Tiki Bar covered from the rain with great food and great drinks. I ordered a blue moon and my father ordered a Bud Light, along with that we ordered chicken sandwiches and burgers and the portion sizes were awesome with fresh homemade chips. I would come back here with or without the rain. It was worth it.

For the price I paid I expected a bit more. The room was clean but the public hallways and elevator's were not. No breakfast, no WiFi, the coffee machine had to be plugged into the same extension strip as the television to make a cup of coffee (which kept tripping the outlet - so no coffee for us) and the staff seemed blissfully unaware of the essential part of our booking which was the transportation to the cruise terminal. Pluses were the location - literally right on the beach, plus the pool and splash pad (well maintained) and the tiki bar/lounge which connected to their own boardwalk leading to the beach which served drinks and food.

The stay was mostly wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed the outside area and the beach daily. On sunny days the view from the resort is absolutely stunning.
This was the perfect place to go before our yearly cruise. The food both inside and out was phenomenal. The room itself truly was comfortable and the air conditioning was refreshing after a day at the beach. I would suggest this place to anyone taking any cruise in the area!

I do have one major complaint concerning the help. I was pestered twice in the parking lot by the same employee over the course of three days for my name and then telephone number. I smoke a juul and saw him walking toward the side of the building while I was standing by my rental. One time as I walked away he proceeded to follow me and ask me if I wanted to party. He obviously was heading the same direction as I to attempt to follow me because he soon turned around after I started walking faster. This was extremely uncalled for and made me very uncomfortable. I never asked his name and went straight to my room afterwards as I was shaken. My husband was very angry after the second occurrence and this ruined an entire weekend of our vacation.

If you would like to speak to him he smoked cigarettes, appeared about thirty and was in dire need of dental care. He spoke as if he were a gangster. He had a black uniform similar to the other workers I had seen but so slightly different; I assume he was actually a supervisor. Please do vet or monitor your employees from now on. I hope you can determine whom this would be. This person deserves some immediate sexual harassment training and reprimanding.

Room was great..asked for an upgrade, got a level view of ac units but you could see the ocean. Only issue was in the dining room... 2.25 hours for dinner... 35 minutes just waiting for our checks.. not good...food cold.. and when the checks came out, they had everything mixed up.

As my first night I'm quite pleased with the service and the way the rooms were. It was very clean and gave a respectable and fast service even when busy. I was impressed, Hilton doesn't disappoint.
