They charge for parking $6/ day.
If is raining which is a 60% chance in summer, it means no beach, no pool, no Tv signal.
Wifi super slow.
The pool is the size of a regular home pool.

The outside bar and beach access were the best parts of the hotel.

It's good but should be great. I travel almost weekly and admittingly am hyper-critical of hotels so take this for what it is. Let's start with the bad. First, at check in they will ask if you will be parking a car. We said yes and they gave us a tag for our window. They didn't mention that it would be a $9.00 parking fee. In big cities, I get it but in the middle of nowhere? We were paying $250 a night and they ding you for parking? On top of that, we didn't find out until we got the final bill. Second, they were doing construction in the room next to us so all day we heard loud drills and noise and men outside on the platform of our room smoking, talking and laughing. I understand that needed construction happens but when you are paying that amount per night you expect better. To top it off, when I went down to the lobby to discuss they immediately changed rooms for us. Great, but if you had other rooms available anyways, why stick us in the room next to construction in the first place? Third, the views, unless you have an ocean facing room, your view is going to suck. They will say all rooms have an ocean view and while you can see the ocean from every room believe me, they are not ocean views. Our first room view was a rooftop platform that the workers were on and had ladders and other construction materials. The second room, after they moved us, was a view of the parking lot. Yes in the far right corner of the window we could see the ocean. All of these things alone are not bad but when you add them all together, again, at $250 a night/300 after taxes and fees, you expect better.
On to the good. The hotel itself is great. The breakfast buffet is legit. The interior restaurant is very nice. The tiki bar is great. Outdoor seating, pool, smaller tiki bar on top of the main one towards the beach. Quiet beach. Ice cream stand inside. There is definitely no need to leave the hotel once you are there. If it were not for the issues above, this would be a 5 star hotel hands down.

Attended a wedding tour and food tasting for my upcoming wedding. The food was delicious and the room and beachfront where our wedding and reception are to take place were fantastic.

This resort is the total package with lots of amenities. Convenient beach access with a great pool and splash pad if you don't like the sand and sea with plenty of seating. Outdoor restaurant and bar is steps from the pool. Excellent Gelato stand with at least 10 different flavors with free samples. Most rooms have a coastline view however the bathrooms are a little small. Definitely a place to stay if you want to combine the beach with your Orlando attractions vacation!

Spent the past 2 days here and had a great time . It is right on the beach and close to restaurants , Publix , etc. The hotel staff was very friendly .

Great location but a rather underwhelming hotel experience. Paid more for the king suite and though the room was spacious the bathroom was cramped. I will never understand why hotels with pool and beach access don t have better places to hang wet suits and/towels. The shower curtain rod was drooping, the curtain itself was ripped allowing water to spill on to the floor, the cabinet door with the mini fridge would not stay closed... just a lot of little things that were unimpressive. Won t stay here again.

Patio is very nice and clean. Food and drinks were just ok. Service was ok.

We stopped by to visit the beach side bar and meet some friends. It was a lot of fun and we got to play Pokemon go while we were there.

Went for drinks and dinner on the patio. Good service, good food, great environment.

Nice large room with a great sunrise view of the ocean. Front desk was very friendly. Free WiFi is Nice, parking costs extra, nice Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries.

My room was broken into they told me it was accessed at 110am and i didnt even get back from the casino boat till after 2am made a incident report and they did nothing to accommodate anything and im out 300 dollars!

I stayed there last weekend. Great hotel. Tiki bar was great. The staff were great also. Good time and I will stay there again.

Perfect location! The bed was comfy and they had live music the other night. Fun splash pad for little humans too.

Nice place to hang out with beach access....our room was not ready on time and we missed our shuttle ride.....that being said the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly

I went there for the FLUG convention. The staff there definitely know how to get down at a convention. Plenty of food when it was time to serve it, seconds after you get done with your plate someone swoops in and gets it! I'm not joking, literally seconds. And, although I know it had to be stressful for them, it was on rare occasion that their face would show it. The hotel is a giant hilton so you know it's cool. Life is about experiences

The conference rooms are nice but a little crowded. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Beautiful place. Nice atmosphere. My only complaint is their food is extremely over priced for what it is. My kids steaks were way over done. The server tried to say it was the lighting but when you cut into the middle of a steak and it's Brown that is not med rare ( more toward the rare side like we asked). I did end up getting an allergic reaction so had to leave abruptly and didn't have time to take great pics. I would probably attempt it again possibly.

Staff was nice. Bed was horrible! Bathroom was tiny, room was big though. Bad layout room could have been smaller to allow for a bigger bathroom. Charged for beach chairs, I thought that was nickel and diming you.

The tiki bar out back is amazing! The drink menu is also great.

My family and i checked in and the room we had pick online was not available so they gave us another room the television in that room didnt work so they gave us another room the people at the front were terrible and no one wearing mask and no one said a work and people just ontop of each other this hotel is run down and so are the people that work there there giving the hilton name a bad taste i will never ever go back there i hope they close the doors

This hotel is in a great location on the beach and if you're lucky enough to snag an oceanfront room I'm sure you'll have beautiful views.

Inside the rooms are quite outdated and the bathroom is very tiny. Carpet should be replaced and the tile in the bathrooms should be replaced. Also, the rooms have very noisy AC units that shut off and on all night. However what made me cut my stay short and head for another hotel was a leaky pipe in the ceiling of my bathroom. They tightened the pipe but said they would need to replace it an paint. I didn't want to deal with the smell of wet paint in a tiny room with no opening windows so I elected to leave. Also, tiny silverfish began appearing which are common in damp areas and was the nail in the coffin.

The staff are quite nice but as a gold member I expected more than a drink coupon for my trouble especially since I was booked for 23 nights. Sadly I won't be back.

The establishment was impeccable and service was terrific. Views were great and outside deck is massive with a couple bar n grills with large pool and splash pad. Access to the beach very nice and easy with 2 chairs and umbrella it was $60 for 8 full hours. Great place to stay definitely with family or friends for a great time.

We held a family reunion there. The staff was courteous, helpful and saw to it we had a great weekend. It was a great way to show off life in Florida on the beach.

Only went for a small conference, but was the perfect size for a conference of about 100 people

Love the restaurant and have always gone to sit on the beach for a day. Cleaning lady harrassed us out of the family restroom while changing kids after a $100+ lunch and $40 on 2 beach chairs..probably will find another favorite spot to spend our beach day on vacation next.time

Great service! From the moment we pulled up to the valet we were treated like royalty. The rooms were very clean. The staff at the Tiki bar and the restaurant were very freindly and attentive. I highly recommend booking your next vacation here. We'll definetly be back!

This Hilton location does not live up to the standards of a Hilton hotel at all. I have stayed here twice this year, and both times the AC units have been too loud to be able to sleep. Supposedly they are being replaced, but I asked for a room with a replaced AC unit and it's still the same noise at the same volume.

There are currently 6 buckets in the hotel restaurant (Salt I believe it's called?) collecting rainwater that is leaking through the ceiling.

The internet is un-usably slow (0.43 mbps) due to the fact that it's summer and there's a normal amount of people using the internet. Paying for the "premium" internet has no effect. Calling the front desk about the situation resulted in no actions being taken.

Based on a sample size of 2, getting any dish with crab in it will result in more shell than crab, and ordering soup will result in cold soup.

Entirely unimpressed.

Absolutely loved this place, room was very clean, modern and roomy. Staff were great, and treated our daughter so well. Food in restaurant was lovely, with live music.

Had a conference here and accomodations have been amazing. Food has been great, the patio is very nice, and access to the beach is literally right out the back door.

Booked a junior suite for 4 nights and I was really disappointed with the quality of the hotel and rooms, considering the price. They claim this is a resort but the pool is too tiny to brag about and the bar is too noisy to enjoy the sun deck. The beds are very uncomfortable and linens and towels are not high quality. The towels were so cheap they actually had stains and worn patches on them. We had to request maid service every day but once they came they were great! One of the Tvs kept blacking out, we complained but they seemed like they already knew about it and wouldn t replace it. Also the room was NOT ocean view!! It was rooftop view and you could maybe see the ocean if you stood on a chair to look out the window that was half way up the wall! Service was ok, they rush you out at breakfast so you better get there way before closing time. Employees were nice but they gave us a lot of misinformation. Seemed like there just wasn t good management in the details. I ve seen better quality standards in roadside motels.

One of the greatest hotel I had a amazing weekend the customer services was super good food what s the best and prices very good very recommended hotel want to give a big thanks to the employee Jack for helping us out with our car battery ! Dungeon like room, thought I reserved the Atlantic junior suite. Turns ou to be a bit larger room, without much light. Rediculous.

Oh my gosh! This place has everything. Even an Ocean. Great service. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. And a Tiki Bar by the Ocean. Last night, we sat at the bar and had Cake By The Ocean!!

I stayed at the Hilton Cocoa Beach two years ago prior to the renovation and found it best suited for conferences and professionals looking for a reasonably priced ocean venue. Visiting again this week for cocktails, I was super impressed with the new swanky lobby, expanded pool area, and tiki bar. I don't recommend it as a family friendly hotel, but weddings, conferences and date nights - yes!! Here's to the Hilton investing in Florida's Space Coast.
