Location, dining options in the hotel, and the room itself can t be beat. This is a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach. The only downsides were the Starbucks in the lobby (slow service and awkward location in the lobby) and the high rental cost of chairs + umbrella. BUT - there are many stores nearby so you can easily buy your own beach chair for the week.

We had an Oceanview room on the fifth floor. It has a good view. The boardwalk going out to the ocean could be wider as it gets jammed with people stopping here and there. The staff were courteous and all was as expected. The one thing I did not like was the bathroom, it was the tiniest I've seen in a long time. You can barely use the sink without running your legs on the toilet because it's in the way. Awful design.
They have construction workers working VERY loudly at 7:30 in the morning! I ve stayed at Hilton and at The Resort on Cocoa Beach and I can hear the banging from both resorts.
We only stayed one night here, but the rooms were very nice and the staff were even more nice. They answered all out questions about leaving our car while we were on our cruise. They also recommended some excellent places for us to eat since we weren't familiar with the area. They always greeted us warmly coming in and out of the building. I would definitely stay there again.
We are staying here during the busy months and the traffic here is not as busy as we would think since we are near the beaches. The rooms look very clean and staff are very friendly.
Poorly designed building, like an office building on the beach. Not much of a vacation atmosphere. The beach is nice and the bar is great. Clean rooms but so much potential for that location to have a much nicer vacation resort type building.
Had a fantastic beach weekend! Walked right onto the beach after breakfast. There is an omellete station and buffet. We came right downstairs to the restaurant for dinner.
Just had Thanksgiving dinner there and it was great! Food tasted good and it was a very nice presentation. Had a very nice time and it beat cooking and cleaning up at home!
There are much better hotels on Cocoa Beach than this one. Don't waste your money. Rooms are outdated, did not get the room i reserved, had to switch rooms because tv was broken, elevators were never cleaned, and parking was horrendous. Within the first 58 minutes of checking in, I was double charged. No one, not even a manager could help me, no one knew how to resolve this. Spent more time in the lobby trying to resolve this, than at the beach. It took 9 days to resolve this with my bank. It should have been resolved in a timely fashion by the hotel. Everyone was nice except for Rachelle. I can't imagine why they would want her at the front desk, as she is often the first person guests come in contact with. Rude is an understatement. Worst Hilton I have ever stayed at.
We're given the wrong room, how to change rims after driving all day to get there. Cracks in the floor tiles damage to the bathroom door. No free breakfast like in visits past. Omelet bar is still excellent!
First class place to stay on Cocoa Beach. Direct access to the beach, two restaurants, outdoor pool and Tiki hut. I had dinner at the hotel and was delighted with the menu choices. The Lobster Bisque is the best! I enjoyed the Sea Bass which was outstanding.
We recently got married at the Hilton Cocoa Beach oceanfront. Our ceremony was in the stunning horizon room overlooking the ocean. Everything could not have gone more perfectly. Shannon our wedding coordinator was incredible. She made sure we were always happy, prepared, and organized. We really don't know how we could have planned such a huge event without her help. Thank you Cocoa Beach Hilton and Shannon Earley for making our wedding day so amazing.
Friendly service. Bathroom very small with limited toiletries included. Good that they provide towels for beach and pool. Expected slightly more for the price.
Has a specific bartender *Micheal* or on the till patio that can make a unbeatably mean Bahama Mama. Others make it to strong for the kind of drink it's supposed to be.
This is such an awesome place. The service front desk Debra and the valet are the best any where I have traveled. Everything was so clean and fresh. The amenities are top notch. Can t say enough about this hotel and it s staff. We have spent the last two spring breaks here and will always come back.
We had a wonderful stay here. The beach is only a few steps away. They have a great bar and restaurant on site. We arrived early and were able to get our room within an hour. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Amazing staff! Warm and friendly place. This hotel is connected to the beach, which is another plus. The tiki bar is a good place to kick back. You can order lunch and dinner from there. No need to leave the property for a great lunch or dinner with their restaurant that's in property as well...
I booked my father at the Hilton Cocoa Beach when he came for a visit and he loved it! He is very particular and the front desk staff was wonderful. He said that the bed was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Thank you so much for taking care of my dad for a week!
Great hotel. There's a delicious gelato shop in the lobby. They make their own waffle cones so it smells really nice there. The hotel is on the beach. You can see rocket launches from the beach. The hotel also has a restaurant that's pretty good.
Love this Hilton! Right on the beach, staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are great, pool is really nice, and outside tiki bars with a great atmosphere.
I personally did not stay at this hotel, my sister and her (then) fiance were staying here. I couldn't be there for their wedding so I called to try and get champagne sent to their room - I literally had to talk to around 4-5 different people who made this seem like an abnormal request and finally I talked with a woman who seemed super helpful...except that it never arrived when we discussed. I finally had to ask my sister if they got their surprise (which defeats the purpose) and woke up to a text at 2:30am on their wedding day to a text saying no. Needless to say I was pretty upset at this point so I called them at 2:30am and the gentleman I spoke with said he didn't know what happened but would take of it. Luckily they did end up receiving it around 7am on their wedding day. They sent me a picture and the presentation was at least beautiful BUT then my card was charged for more than they said it would be and when I talked to two different people about that they ended up telling me that there were additional charges for service and delivery which I was never told up front or approved. Last I talked with a woman who told me she would have a manager call me back to refund the additional charges, but I have not heard from anyone. I have reached out to them twice since with no response.
Very sad and frustrated that something that seemed like an easy request and was supposed to be a nice gesture has turned into this. I'm very disappointed in their customer service.
Nice restaurant and entrance, rooms have been recently upgraded but the workmanship is sloppy, crooked lighting fixtures, bad tile work, every appliance( air conditioner, lights, fridge) make some type of odd noise.
Friendly staff and great beach access with a bar and hangout deck area. Tesla chargers are right at the front entrance. Fitness center does not provide earbuds, so bring your own. Had a great view of the Falcon 9 rocket launch from the beach.
Great drinks, not so great food, free pool, excellent service. Not sure why the maintenance guy is cutting down the sea grapes and other dune plants but oh well, nothing like the sound of weed eaters on your next beach vacation. Super friendly and attentive staff though!
This is the premier hotel for a vacation on Cocoa Beach. The staff is friendly, efficient and no request is too much for someone on staff to handle for you.
Casey was our waitress at the tiki bar for lunch today. She was training a new person. Our large nacho order accidentally spilled onto our table. Casey was so professional and apologetic in her approach to the incident. She provided excellent customer service and demonstrated how to handle a botched moment to a new employee. You should be proud to have her on your team. We are Hilton Honor members and will definitely return for cocktails again. Thanks Casey! Marketing Tip ... call your nachos...Naked Nachos - Dress Your Own! and serve your toppings on the side! Nachos won't get soggy and everyone can eliminate what they don't like!
Needs renovation. Nice location on the beach. Cannot hotels place air conditioning vents away from beds? It was right above my head. Had to turn the AC off and the fan after I cooled the room down while I was at dinner. I like Hilton brand but this one needs a refresh in the rooms.
