Hotel is right on the beach. The staff here is attentive and excellent.

Great set up here
I picked up friends from Mass. staying here snd showed them the immediate area. But great outdoor lounge open to the public. Will be staying here in Nov. for a wedding. I recommended this spot for wedding and guest stays.

Room was very clean and staff was very professional. However, the noise from the air conditioner was extremely loud and annoying at night to the point that you can get any rest. As a result, I checked out a day earlier than originally planned.

Was disappointed there was no working hot tub like we were told on the phone before booking but the stay was still nice regardless.

Nice facilities. Outside bar food so-so. Cinnamon in a chicken and cheese quesadilla.. Eww

Reserved, and selected a room through the app. While driving to the place I requested the digital key just to find out they changed my room with a completely different view without a call, notification, or discount. I ASKED if cancellation was an option through the app. They cancelled my room. I had to go to the front desk and finally they were able to assign me a new room like the original reservation. It is not a good feeling when you are driving to a place that you are counting with your reservation, and plans gets change at the last minute. A better communication would make this process better. Other than this everything was good through my three days stay.

Great staff, nice beach, good restaurants, a nice pre-cruise location

Showers need updating, as it is either freezing or sun fire.

Honest opinion - the worst Hilton-branded hotel I've ever stayed. The bell hop informed me that I could NOT unload under the front pavilion unless I was using them (tipping them is probably what he wanted to say). He forced me to move my car and then unload from the parking lot (he said it was a driveway not an unloading dock...unless I paid him of course).

They charge $5.95/day for parking. I'm a bit tired of hotels upcharging to use their parking lot, especially when I pay $250 for a room.

Further, when I gave my credit card for "incidentals" I was unpleasantly surprised that they decided to charge my personal card and NOT my business card for the room, adding a lot more frustration and inconvenience to my stay. I just got off the phone a few seconds ago after speaking with someone from their customer service department who was hardly helpful, saying that I needed to fax over the business credit card to reverse and switch the charges. I'll now have to do this on Monday.

Don't let the "HILTON" name fool you. It's hardly of Hilton quality. For $250/night, any other hotel has to be better. We didn't even have an ocean view for that price. Never again will I stay at this hotel!

Place sucks air conditioning badd service badd prices high don't come I'm thinking about going home early

Right on the beach with a convenient tiki bar to keep hydrated and fed. Rooms are pretty standard but a comfortable bed. No complaints !

The general public can park in the parking lot and go to the beach with and 3-8 People in each groups and with the small walkway to the beach No one was social distancing you could not use any of the outside areas safely this hotel was so over crowded we had to leave the public areas and extra people at this facility did not meet the CDC Guide lines and hotel did not make any effort reduced occupied public areas and also putting a small table at the pool between the chairs isn t meeting the CDC guide lines. We ate at the restaurant and the table was not clean and they reused the paper menu and staff waiting on you didn t have their mask on all the time.The bar had a wedding party of 10-15 standing at it were it was supposed to be closed
The room had cracked tile and carpet was separated from the floor by the bathroom and the light switch plate was broken and the entrance door is not locked at night and broken lights in the parking lot.

The ballroom is absolutely beautiful and the loby is also very very nice, they have a Starbucks and everyone I've spoken to who works there is very friendly even though I wasn't a guest, I was just attending my dad's work Christmas party. Overall it's a very nice hotel with very lovely staff from what I've seen.

I wasnt staying there, but the conference was well organized

A/C unit in the room was too loud, impossible to sleep.

Our stay was very pleasant. The Tiki Bar was cool and the breakfast buffet was nice. Our only complaint was that parking was charged and that there was no parking control.

Beautiful hotel extremely pleasant and with impeccable attention for all its staff.

Good location. Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. We have stayed at this location a few times over the last 5 years; taking a cruise out of port Canaveral. Shuttle service available to port and was reasonable. This trip was to get a few days away to hang in the area and enjoy the warmer weather (warmer than NYC metro at least) in February. The bar restaurant has good specials for happy hour: wings, nachos, burgers. Located right next to the pool, and the entrance to the beach. Kick back and enjoy a few, staff was very helpful and provided some excellent tips for things to do in the surrounding area. Pool was warm but a little small. Keep in mind the hotel is located right on the beach and the property is well kept. Rooms have always been clean. Wifi service was decent but most of the time I used my cell data. I had to work from this location to edit video and upload to the net, which was beyond the basic internet package, upgrading to the next level up solved the problem for my business needs. There is small laundry facility on the first floor which was very helpful. The trip was about 12 working days followed by 9 day vacation. We were able to get our clothes cleaned before getting on the ship. We packed up and shipped work items and cloths back home before getting on the cruise. Kennedy Space center which is about 25 mins away and worth a visit. Plenty of bars, restaurants and things to do within minutes of the hotel. If you don't have a car you will be fine with things in walking distance. It was approximately 75 minutes to SeaWorld and Universal. Bottom line, we will be back.

Great service and clean room. Wish bathroom was a bit bigger but overall a great stay. Breakfast buffet is on of the best in town.

If you don't pay their fee to get into your room early they will make you want until 3. Happened to us and 5 other customers. I was later told our room was not occupied the previous night.

Clean rooms but no counter tops in the bathroom at all. Makes a family of 5 getting ready challenging. Good beach access and good restaurant with good food. I would stay here again

Nice location. Great beach. Large parking space. Only problem was the loud air-conditioning and fridge in the room. Earplugs helped me through the night.

The hotel was on the oceanfront,which was nice. No hot water in our room. When we called the front desk they knew it was an issue and did nothing. We were not informed at check-in.

This is what they call "Coastline view" ...
Room quite small, tiny bathroom, very noisy (technical room next to my room and lifts that sound loud), empty mini bar and $ 3.50 for a small bottle of water that is not even in the fridge (yet empty).
Even a 3 * is better ...

The hotel itself is beautiful, but expected more from the room, bathroom was small. Needs were comfortable, room service was good, food well prepared. Room had a fridge, but no microwave. Liked the touch with bottled water in room.

Nice place but kind of slow with the room turn around. Great tiki bar menu/prices.

Great hotel. Breakfast was delicious and included if you're a member. The tiki bar on the boardwalk has a great happy hour. Room was large and bed was comfy, however it was a bit noisy on the lower levels.

Good tiki bar very impressive, man we almost are the plate, I must go back their to eat. Please try it before you bash is cause my family had a great meal.

Sleek, clean rooms. The bathroom was decent. The staff was friendly. Beds were comfy as expected at Hilton.

Booked an ocean front but had an "ocean view". Nice view of the hotel next door.

Incredibly loud elevators. Sleep is hard to think of in the rooms next to the elevators. The staff reacts as if they were hearing this for the first time. The house technician was sent as the only concession. Parking spaces cost extra and if you come late they are quite far away.

Apart from the rather small bathroom, the room was otherwise okay, but overall everything was a bit worn.

I think there are definitely better places to stay in Cocoa Beach.

I recently attended a professional event at the cocoa beach oceanfront, and was very happy with the accommodations. Everything was very clean, the staff were quick and efficient, and everyone was very helpful when needed.

Clean and cozy rooms with fantastic staff. Great coffee and gelato in the lobby.

The views are great and there's a walkway to the beach. The pool and the bar area was well taken care of staff was very friendly would love to stay there some more

the rooms are very nice and clean beautiful view nice pool and bar to have a nice tiki bar that's right on there beach access and the beach was absolutely amazing me and my boyfriend loved our stay thereit was well worth what we paid which I can't remember what we paid I think it was under like 200

My husband and I drove from out of town. We joined several friends and family for a wedding party out in the tiki bar area. We ordered a few drinks and some food and at the end of the night I verified what should be on our bill, since there were so many people there. When we get home and check our bank statement, I realized they charged us 3 separate times all for different amounts!!!! When I called to fix the issue they gave me the run around with no resolution!

Sun and fun on the beach. Great friendly, informative staff. Beautiful rooms with good housekeepers. Did I mention the fantastic beach that's right there. Also, great place to watch a Rocket launch

Very mixed hotel experience.
Well:
In November free parking in the large hotel car park. Super nice check-in. Quiet and clean room. Good housekeeping. Side sea view and a short walk to the dream beach.
Not so good:
Strange beach hotel that looks a bit like a dark bunker without a balcony and with windows that cannot be opened.
The furniture in the room was pretty shabby and the room smelled musty. But the worst part: As a non-Hilton Honor member, you are put in the last corner with a breakfast of 17 dollars per person and consistently overlooked by the service. Coffee and tea were only brought on request on our part. The quality of the breakfast can still be so good if you don't feel welcome and a second class guest.

Perfect beach getaway! Classy, right on the beach, incredible staff, wonderful food, and all together had a great atmosphere, perfect for a celebratory vacation. It was clean and modern and borders a nice little park so there's lots of birds around. Plenty of places to get drinks and food with the outdoor tiki bar and grill and the indoor Salt restaurant and bar. Overall perfect place and we are definitely returning someday!

Checked in 1230 pm. Had a thanksgiving dinner at a family members house 25 minutes away and left the room at 1. Came back around 930 and changed went to bed. Woke up sweating and changed the AC settings multiple times and finally called the front desk at 1230am and found a rude staff member to answer the phone. The maintenance staff came to the room at 1240 and tried fixing the ac unit and told us this isn t the first time this has had happened. He told us to wait 10-15 minutes to let the system reboot. We called the front desk and talked to Damien the front desk reception and he was very rude to my wife. Never had service like this. Being a Hilton s golds member didn t expect this kind of service from Hilton. Will definitely reconsider staying with Hilton at this location again.

Ocean front view rooms, quality accomodations and modern clean rooms, it's a Hilton what more can be said.

We have stayed here several times and really like it. The breakfast served is awesome. Great staff. Great rooms. I guess it is not a four star hotel because they don't have more facilities, but ... it's right on the beach. I mean, any closer and it would be under water. Huge outdoor bar area and great place to lounge and relax. Fire pits and heaters for cool evenings. The main bar is fantastic. The restaurant serves delicious food, and as for the breakfast...it's AWESOME. Load up at breakfast and you can go all day, return in the evening, kick back and relax.

I didn't mind the constant door slamming on the hallway as I minded the AC unit that kicked in every 40min... was very loud, and I don't think it was for my room but the entire floor!?! Idk why it was so loud????

This hotel has the resort feeling you want. Every staff member has been both kind and efficient. The tiki bar has plenty of seating of various types. The music was average, however. The bartender had no problem finding the football game we asked for. Having pool, bars, and direct
Beach access gave me a true resort experience. And reasonably priced!

The hotel and room were fine, didn't have a microwave in the room, so we couldn't make popcorn for a movie we watched, but that is a small negative. The tiki bar has a nice vibe to it with some neat fire pits and seating, the drinks at the tiki bar were lacking though, once again, not too bad.

The two bad faults were the rentals and the parking. The rentals for the beach were stupid expensive. $35 for a bodyboard rental for a day. There is literally a beach shop right down the streets where there are bodyboards ranging fro $5-$40 to own, so that is what we did.

The most outrageous is the parking. You have to pay for it. So after paying $200 for a room, they charge you for parking? What kind of hotel does that? That is the same thing as going to a hotel and then charging you to use the elevator instead of the stairs. Parking should be included with your hotel rate!

If you do not care about money, or hotels charging you for little things, then this place is not bad. Otherwise, be warned.
