We were redoing our condo, and found Hickory furniture on line. Luckily we ran into Lauren who was extremely knowledgable and helped steer us toward excellent products from Hancock and Moore. Additionally shel helped us find end tables and coffee tables from decryption a we gave her. Lauren is great, very happy with our products and there services. Would highly recommend them and I think of them first for every furniture purchase.

There are hundreds of designers that are eager to write up an order on furniture--Julie is a rare designer that is committed to doing the work to fully coordinate a stunningly beautiful room or group of rooms. She came up with original ideas in pillows, and accessories to coordinate the rooms that I was working with and had the time to view pictures of other rooms so that the look was cohesive. Julie was truly the most helpful of anyone that I've worked for in 45 years of furniture shopping. The quality of the upholstery was high, comfort was exquisite and prices were reasonable for the quality. She was available for questions as they came up and helped me understand when sales were coming up to get the best prices. I can't thank her enough for her help.

He walked me through every item in the show room and then helped me customize my selections with all of the various fabric options available. I know I took up far too much of his time, but he never indicated anything other than having all the time in the world to help me. I know I can be picky and he was quite patient with me while I decided. The quality of my sofas were amazing and they arrived on time and with no hassle. I took a long time to make decisions, and I changed my mind more than once, and I never felt like I was being rushed into a decision. We bought an "Ultra Comfort" lift chair for my wife. We did the entire process on-line due to covid-19 concerns. Everything was handled flawlessly by our salesperson, Gena Powell. She sent photos of the choices of fabric color which we actually saw in person when the chair was delivered. It is exactly what we wanted.
Also, the delivery process was excellent. The men wore masks throughout the delivery and placed the chair exactly where we wanted it.

Great prices! Great furniture! The owner stepped in to help with some delivery problems. We live in NY, so they use an out of state delivery service. They re not the best. That being said, the owner went above and beyond to take care of his customers. I would recommend Hickory Park to anyone and will buy from them again in the future.
