Susan LeFevers was extremely easy to work with. She answered all of our questions and had fabric samples sent to us quickly. We hate a "hard sell" and Susan never pushed us to purchase even after having sent fabric samples. We took a trip to Hickory furniture and met with Susan. She sat with us and answered all of our concerns and even worked to get us a further discount. Delivery was when promised and seamless. We would definitely use Susan LeFevers and Hickory again.
