New York Deli in the Atlantis is the real thing. Matzo ball soup, corned beef on rye.
Had dinner at Napa Sonoma, my filet was great but my wife's steak wasn't so good - lacked seasoning though the frites were awesome. For the price I'd expect both our dishes to be amazing.
I went there for my bday and honeymoon <better late then never> My wife and i had an absolutely wonderful time... The service in the restaurant waa GR8 The room was very comfortable, clean and bed gave me no back aches in the morning We plan on coming back again very soon We rather visit Reno then Las Vegas The people here are some of the nicest people we have ever been around Looking forward to coming back during the week, to enjoy a room with indoor jacuzzi View from the room was great but could have been so much better except for all the smoke because of all the wild fires ... obviously not the hotels fault
Nice decor. Manhattan Deli is pretty good. Haven't been to the spa but I heard it's the best in town.
Stopped in after the SCI show, wish I had rooms. Played the slots and while not overly generous.. they at least allowed you to play. Best place in Reno this week!

Wow here s something your crazy to miss.. a anti-aging facial with Carrie at the Spa. Stay as long as you like and experience the several treatment vapor rooms along with the spa and pool. All while feeling totally pampered. Best 160.00 ever spent. I wouldn t normally make such a purchase for myself, but my employer gave me a gift card for Xmas. Thank god!! I may never had enjoyed this experience which would truly had been such a shame cuz I cannot describe the level of relaxation I felt, I ve never been there before! Afterwords I went home and slept for 10 hours! The staff and surroundings were outstanding. Definitely indulge if at all possible. You won t have one regret, but be sure and book with Carrie. I know there s a young girl that does facials there that isn t half as good. My boss got her, I felt bad!

Loved it!!! Spa is a must if you stay here and plan to spend extra time on all the extras included in spa treatment. Absolutely wonderful and gabby(sp) gave the best deep tissue massage will definitely do again when in town.
Rooms are clean and service is great. Plus there are super chargers on site!
The bistro happy hour makes prices reasonable and a favorite stop of ours. The restaurant is not cheap though. Have tapas and drinks.
It really isn't a kid friendly buffet. Also, it is hardly diverse of different foods. Most of the foods are Mexican food. (No offense.) There is no area where kids can walk to get to the buffet, except the carpet where the slots are. They should really fox it soon, otherwise, I would never come back there ever.
Rooms are serviced real well and comfortable beds! Buffet was excellent and ample parking. I would stay here in the future again.
Went to see Queen tribute band. Band was incredible. They use the Ball room for concerts. Seating is all level, but still was ok. Good sound system.

Great casino/hotel/restaurants. Was here for a trade show (entrepreneurship expo) in the grand ballroom. Excellent facility. Very nice accommodations.

Awful, Disorganized, Terrible!!! Totally screwed up our reservation, loooong lines EVERYWHERE, and NEVER got correct information on anything (e.g., comp breakfast, checkout, and amenities info). I'll sleep in my car in a sketchy neighborhood before I'd ever stay at this meyhem vortex.

Air filtration is poor in the casino area. Poor environment for non-smokers and those with allergies. The rooms are very clean.
Atlantis is a beautiful property. Rooms are comfortable and very stylish. Fun outside facing elevators. Good buffet. Many choices for food. Had a great time.. Very courteous staff at all levels. Can't wait to go back.
Buffet food was just ok. I suggest to drive 2 minutes and go to the Peppermill Buffet
This casino/restaurant, game room, salon sky scrapper is lit up at night. Pink, blue, purple, colors and an amazing front waterfall. Great atmosphere for a gathering, convention, first date and much more. Check it out the arcade is fabulous too. I enjoyed my time there very much and will be returning there soon.
Fun live music, arcade upstairs and nicely put together.
I come here to cash my check now. I love the Casino. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant's and bar's are always on point. Great drinks, amazing food. And the customer service is amazing. I will definitely be coming here every week.
Awesome Resort! Great food, great atmosphere, beautiful rooms and gorgeous decor. Also have to mention the wonderful casino and world class spa facilities. All around GREAT place to visit!
Tried several other hotel/casinos and found that Atlantis Casino Resort is a cut above. We found less ambient cigarette smoke in the casino area, lobby and restaurants. Food served is very good and the service was excellent. The only reason Atlantis is not a five star is because of the Covid19 protocols.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving break. The rooms were nice and they have a huge arcade which is a lot of fun if you have little ones. There is a buffet and at least one other restaurant which both have great food. My two complaints are the smoke, which is worse for me because of my asthma, and dirty grout in our hotel room bathroom floor.
Casino was nice but super smoky. Glad we only stayed one night since we head headaches from the cigarette smoke, even though ugh we stayed on the sixth floor. Other than that, the room that we stayed in was clean and very nice.
Food selection at toucan Charlie's was great. Good selection of desserts as well. Met a couple nice workers but a few of the chefs were more than rude. Food made up for their bad attitude.
The worst payout i have ever experienced at a casino. Low comps even though they claim 5 times comp pay. Poor service while gambling unless you tip huge and chase the servers down. Will never go back.
My first time there. The personnel taught me how to access all the benefits available. This casino is luxurious! Lots of slots and table games. I love the casino. I will be back when I can.
Got a room and stayed couple nights...... Great place..... Awesome..... Bad part is getting lost too easily!!!!
Very relaxing. Lots of different steam rooms and relaxation rooms. Two hot tubs at different ttemperatures. We were there for over 5 hours but didn't have the time to take a dip in the pool. But it was large and looked quite spectacular. We were there for a 90 minutes massage. All the staff was friendly and professional.
I can't think of anything bad to say about the Atlantis. This is my favorite place to gamble. The rooms are nice and they have the best New York cheesecake on the planet. The spa aspect of the Atlantis is also top-notch if that's what you're looking for.
It's a good place for fun and spend time with friends and family ... the restaurant, very good and excellent attention ..

Exceeded my expectations... clean modern rooms, nice indoor pool.
Getting an appointment for the spa was next to impossible, but after a week of trying, we finally got someone to answer the phone and the staff was nice and Jessica did phenomenal, a great experience.
A good casino but the rooms are a little expensive but that might because of the remodeled rooms. The plus is the indoor and outdoor pools!
One of my favorite casinos in Reno. Lots of table game selection. They have lots of new slots and older slots so you have a great selection and they're decent for payback.
Nice casino. Waitresses few and far between for drinks tho.
Rooms are good but fridge is extra. No microwave at all. Must Pay extra for a view. It's a casino so you're better off getting comped than paying outright. Great conference area. Facilities staff are top notch and extremely accommodating. Very clean non-smoking on conference floor. Lots of smoke free areas. Pool and hot tub area is great with indoor and outdoor options but indoor can be slippery. Bar service is good except graveyard shift. Bell desk is top notch. Kids arcade is well kept. Lots of food options from burgers and dogs to steaks and sushi
Just went to check out the buffet. It was good, alot of choices. People were kind, and the place was clean. No smoke smells, and we got Gellato that was good and they had a musician across from the Gellato area that was very good. Will go back when we head that way again. They have a great kids gaming room, although as an adult I saw alot of old favorites I have to go back and try them.

Newer and more modern casinos, there are orchestras in the lobby. The seafood buffet restaurant is beautifully decorated, like dining in the rainforest, with rich ingredients and delicious food.
The general vibe of the plane was awesome. I love the pools and the food is pretty good.
