We worked with Diane Christensen over the phone as we live in the Northeast. We were impressed from the start with Diane's ability to promptly answer all our questions and make the whole process from ordering to delivery clear and easy. We were never left in the dark.The hand-off for production and delivery went exactly as planned with e-mails updating us at every stage. We are very happy with our two swivel chairs.

We ordered a Gloster Azore table and 6 Azore stack chairs from Diane Christensen. Because they deliver throughout the US, you can wait 3 to 6 weeks for delivery once Hickory Park receives your order from the vendor. Diane explained this process throughly prior to us placing the order. There was a small issue with delivery set up which Diane took care of quickly. The delivery was almost 6 weeks from the date of placing the order. It was a pleasure doing business with Diane and Hickory Park.

Leslie and Anne were so easy to work with and never made it seem like we were working with a huge company and we were just anonymous customers. They were personable and even had friendly conversations about the weather and our hometown as we conducted our business. We found our furniture in a brick and mortar store and then Hickory Park was able to beat the pricing by over $1500! We will use Hickory Park again in the future.

I could not be any happier with the Sofa I ordered from Hickory Park Furniture, and especially there personal and continued attention I received from Leslie Dauphinee / Anne Connell, my Sales Representatives. I saved an unbelievable amount of money by ordering from these two ladies, as the area I live in, everything is overpriced. I would not hesitate to call them up and order from them again. We were going furniture shopping and went to Hickory Park looking for a Lazy Boy set of Recliners. We were met by Kirstie Waters who took the time to show us around to look at what Lazy Boy had in the showroom. She then took us to other brands as well to help us confirm what we were looking for jus where we would be certain. It was such a pleasurable experience. No high pressure sales pitch, just someone that was more concerned with what we were looking for than a sale. Kirstie is an awesome sales person. You can't go wrong working with her. She never rushed us, answered all questions and was such a joy to work with and high recommend her.

I shop online for competitive prices, but Zach at Hickory Park Furniture (one of the stores in the Hickory Furniture Mart) gave me a better price on the furniture pieces I wanted than any online site. I did have to pay for shipping, but the total was still competitive and the shippers brought the pieces in, set them up completely, placed them where I wanted them, etc. I didn't have to worry about damage from shipping because the pieces were checked by Hickory Park Furniture and there would have been no problem getting help and excellent service if anything had been wrong, which it wasn't - every piece was in perfect condition. Overall, I have ordered from Hickory Park Furniture several times and I always get a great price and personal, truly personal service. I am going to remember to just go straight through them when I need furniture and not bother with online ordering.

Trouble free process from ordering side board to delivery. Responded promptly to calls and emails. Always pleasant and professional. Look forward to working with both ladies again in the future.

The delivery was problematic: it was delayed by two days which interfered with advance plans that I had. Once the delivery men arrived, though, they were fast and efficient.

We purchased a BIG dining room table with benches and chairs through Hickory Park and found the experience to be much easier than meandering through many stores in order to find the right one. We were very impressed with Susan LeFevers in a Hancock and Moore sofa and chair purchase. We called her when we need some chairs and she provided great guidance on what would complement our Hancock & Moore furniture. We'll call Susan the next time we are in the market for furniture!

Leslie and Anne were very helpful with my purchase. They answered all my questions and provided me with the samples and specifications I requested. My complaint has to do with delivery. I was given a delivery date as the week of May 21 or May 28. Each time I have inquired the answer is "we haven't made out the schedule yet we will call you". I called today Monday, May 28, and still don't have a delivery date scheduled. I am glad I don't have a life and can be available indefinitely.

I have purchased furniture many times and never had to deal with anything like this. In making future purchases I will ask more questions and more specific questions.

I custom ordered several pieces of Hancock & Moore leather furniture from Hickory Park and couldn't be more pleased, both with my purchase and buying experience. My salesperson, Susan LeFevers, was first class in every way. She took the time to answer numerous questions I had, some which required follow-up with the manufacturer. I was also able to consult with her on design details for customization of the pieces. After deciding on details for the furniture, Susan made certain that every detail was correctly communicated to the manufacturer. She was a genuine pleasure to work with! We updated our home and needed new furniture. Anne and Leslie were fabulous in helping us finish our home. We custom-ordered tables and they turned out great! Found Hickory Park online when I was searching for a specific piece of furniture. The folks there were great in helping me order, the pricing on the furniture was much better than anywhere else and the team kept me informed of status regularly throughout the process.

worked with Leslie and Anne. basically picked up a very nice durham bedroom set at a used furniture store. I wanted a few more pieces to round out the set and ordered through these two women. did my homework and so knew the piece numbers and stains. the stores here in florida were going to have me drive to them and the total costs were still higher than having hickory park furniture ship to my door. will do business again.

I bought my beautiful sofa many years ago because I recognized it was top quality.

Regardless of the price, which I could not really afford, I was determined to get it because it was exactly what I needed in my home. In all the years it has sat in my home, every guest, without exception, heads for that piece of furniture.

Over time, my cushions have become very saggy, and definitely need new inserts, so I called your company, in the hope it would be possible to replace them.

To my surprise, I learned from Leslie and Anne, that not only could the inserts be replaced, but that my warranty would cover the cost.

Leslie and Anne have been incredibly gracious and patient in my dealings with them. I found the interaction and guidance from both Leslie and Anne, really helpful, and I have no doubt they treat every customer with the same approach.

Have had an opportunity to place three orders with them. Excellent customer experience. They are easy to reach, possess good product knowledge, provided fair price flexibility. In my mind, there no reason to call anyone else. Special mention for Jerre Rhoney, who provided superior customer service throughout the interactions.

Diane Christensen was the most patient person for me and that's exactly what I needed. It's so hard buying a piece of furniture over the internet. She was wonderful sending me as many fabric samples as I needed as well as giving me her knowledgeable opinions. My husband and I would successfully find the furniture piece nearby and actually go and sit on it (a leather recliner). Not sure how ethical that is, but that is the way we did it! Hickory Park's prices (even with shipping) were MUCH better then local places in Massachusetts. Delivery was earlier than quoted which made us very happy. All in all....we couldn't have done it without Diane and will go to her the next time I need a piece of furniture.

This was my first experience with the Furniture Mart in Hickory. Since I had already zeroed in on the Rowe product elsewhere, it was easy to stay focused in that maze of manufacturers, even though it was fun to check some of them out. Provided with photos, fabric swatches and color preferences, Lisa O'Hair was able to recommend several fabrics for the chair that I had selected. In the weeks that followed, she had Rowe send me swatches and even sent me larger samples of some other fabrics that we hadn't looked at. Talk about getting me to think outside the box! And I'm glad she did because one of the more colorful patterns was just what the room needed. Delivery was handled professionally, without incident.

Just spent two days (9 hours) with Susan Seagle at Hickory Park. This was our second trip to work with her; last trip four years ago and we still love everything we bought from her. Susan is a genius at putting together fabrics and colors! She doesn t miss a trick and somehow remembers everything. She juggles rooms, measurements, colors, textures - and keeps it all organized. We trust her sense of style and knowledge of all furniture lines. If you re looking for that special look in your home, go see Susan.

I identified several styles I liked and the team worked with me to identify the best option for the space I was working in including (calculating space, color options, as well as best mfg for my room goals).

Well, our experience started off pretty badly. Things went badly and my wife was even treated badly. However, once there was a recognition that something was wrong they worked hard to keep our business and to get us what we needed to get. We ended up better off than we were in the first place.

David and Brian did everything they could to make things right. If you have Christian values you have to be willing to allow a person or a business a second chance and we are glad we did.

Waiting on the recliner now but I feel much better than I did. Grateful for their efforts.

Made my purchase over the phone back in April 2015 for one night stand to match my existing bedroom set of the same model. Since I lived about 1.5 hrs from the store, I chose pick up option in order to see the piece before getting it to my home. The first nightstand arrived broken when unwrapped in their warehouse. Less than a month later, I received a call to pick up the replacement nightstand. It was already unwrapped. I noticed immediately there was a huge drill hole bored into the left side, and the front face of the cabinet did not smoothly align with the rest of the cabinet...stuck out about .5 inch on either side. Since I already have this particular model at home, I shared it wasn't what I ordered and paid for and rejected it. It is now Sept 2015. I am still waiting for my purchase that has been paid in full since June 2015.

Every step of this process from placing our order with Chuck McLeod to delivery and set-up was flawless. Just received my furniture......and I love it..... lazyboy I clean fabric... absolutely perfectr..Jerre helped me and I would recommend her anytime... she is very professional and certainly knows her business... the cost of the loveseat is what our local store had quoted me for a recliner... I purchased 2 loveseats and one recliner...excellent purchase... . very happy

My sales rep Diane Christensen has been wonderful through the entire sales and ordering process. My furniture is scheduled for delivery next week and I'm so excited for it to arrive. I'm so happy to have had Diane to help me through this whole process.

About a year ago, I purchased a sofa and 3 recliners from Hickory Park. I was a bit hesitant to purchase out of state and sight unseen. However, the Sales person, Jerry Rhoney, was so helpful and polite, I felt comfortable ordering from her. She was informative and responsive throughout the entire process. Not to mention, their prices were better than anywhere else I could find. Then I received the furniture. We had a couple of issues with the sofa. Jerre put me in touch with their service dept and Mary Lineberger. She had a service technician out to fix the issue in no time. After another few months with the furniture, we encountered another problem with the leather (this was nothing to do with Hickory Park, this was an issue with the manufacturer). Again they were very responsive and ready to resolve the issue even if it meant picking it up and taking it back to North Caroline from Texas. By this time, we had come to realize the sofa we selected was not as comfortable as we expected. Our necks would hurt after sitting on it for any period of time. This is something you don't realize until you have your furniture for awhile. Well what happened next was nothing short of amazing. This company, Hickory Park, allowed us to return the sofa and re-select another one after months of ownership. We chose a less expensive model and they refunded the difference. I don't think you will find that with any furniture store in the nation. We have now received our newly selected furniture and love it. Again Jerre and Mary are the BOMB. They understand the importance of OUTSTANDING customer service. And I have to say they must have an owner who does as well. Mary listened to our problems and concerns and instead of saying sorry, she went and approached the owner. She did not take the easy route. She went to bat for the customer. The efforts of these two ladies and the decisions they were allowed to make resulted in a lifetime customer. But more importantly is word of mouth. And we will be telling everyone we know about our experience with Hickory Park Furniture. It is refreshing in today's world to find a company who really gets it.Thank you Jerre and Mary and Hickory Park.

Highly recommend . Leslie and Anne are so easy to work with. Not always even sure which one is helping you, but it doesn't really matter. They have made the process of ordering from out of state very easy. We will definitely order from them again, and we plan on stopping in when we get down that way.

He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, communicated with Kincaid and gave us updates along the way.
