I bought my sectional in 2015. I was recommended here by my sister who purchased her sectional from here years before I purchased mine and it still looks so good in her home to this day. I live in Texas and so I had it shipped. It was still way more affordable than anything of quality locally. Since then I've reached out several times for additional help. I needed help getting the measurements for a move estimate, and in a different move the pieces that connect the furniture pieces together got lost and I need help getting replacements. Every time I've reached out, Diane has gotten back to me the same day with the information I needed going above and beyond any reasonable obligation. I get compliments on my sofa every time and I send everyone here. The customer service is seriously unparalleled. I feel so fortunate to have had such a wonderful experience!

They saved us over 20% off of the best President's Day sale price that we could find locally on identical furniture including the cost to ship the furniture. If possible, start by calling their online internet phone number to get prices. Online prices are better than the walk-in price (which are great) with the same service when you arrive to do selection.

This is the first time I used an 'on-line' option to purchase furniture and it was flawless. The process from start to finish was with true customer service! Recently we purchased a four piece sectional sofa for our home in Ohio and wanted to duplicate the order for our home here in FL. Not impressed with prices. Very pretty layout and showrooms. However, drive about 10 miles from the gallery and the prices are about half the price of the gallery. There are a number of furniture stores between Hickory and Lenoir with the same products.

I have had the pleasure of working with Susan Lefevers for the past few years and cannot commend her enough for her professionalism and incredible response time to my many inquiries! I highly recommend her to any designer that needs information that is timely and detailed.

I ordered living room set from Hickory Park in Nov 2016. I ordered over the phone and the ladies at Hickory Park were WONDERFUL. Treated me very nicely and did all they could to make the experience easy.

UNFORTUNATELY, the delivery company (D&D Delivery) Hickory Park has contracted with is horrible. (see my separate write-up for them at Google).

Robin Birchfield was particularly helpful. When one company's product was not going to work out, she jumped on it and found another manufacturer that was perfect for my needs.

Buying expensive furniture from a company thousands of miles away is not a gamble with Hickory Park Furniture when you work with Karen Dellinger. They stand by their word.

I ordered some beautiful Caracole furniture to be delivered across the country. I was super nervous because I was not able to inspect or see the quality of the furniture before delivery and 'what type of recourse did I have if the furniture was shoddy?'.Karen assured me that Hickory Park would make sure I was satisfied.

Well, 6 weeks later the furniture that was delivered was absolutely GORGEOUS! I loved everything about this bedroom suite. The colors, the quality--super solid, masterly constructed, and heavy! But after looking closely, there was a teeny-tiny paint bubble from the manufacturer on the top of one of the nightstands. It is just big enough to be annoying! I called Karen and Hickory Park stood by their word. They are sending out a new nightstand and returning this one. THANK YOU, KAREN AND HICKORY PARK!

Excellent service, Dianne Christensen was in regular contact and very clear in the instructions. Missing some screws and she arranged for the driver to stop back to finish assembly of dining table. Great selection and I saved about 30% even with shipping costs. I will always check here before buying a brand name piece of furniture!

I've doing business with Hickory Furniture for several years now. And specifically working with Susan LeFevers, a talented, responsive and most congenial sales/designer. I've purchased mostly high end furniture from such companies such as Lane Venture, Hancock & Moore, Hickory Chair etc. Most everything we purchased were custom designed. We are very detailed minded customers and demand the very best in responsiveness and quality. And btw, did I mention the prices we paid? We of course check prices as most others do. Not only was Susan and Hickory prices great, but they were in every case significantly lower in every case. When we had an issue with custom made leather chairs; no problem. Susan arranged a pick up and replacements were made. When we changed our mind about ordering something, we were issued a full refund on our cc before the items were put into production. And with a smile. Susan makes the tedious task of choosing fabrics and leathers into a very pleasant and fun experience. Responsiveness to our questions, comments and quote requests are always very speedy. When there is a question about any product, or we need something special to be done; Susan works her contacts at the cognizant manufacturers and works her magic to make us happy. The only problem I have experienced is that since Susan and Hickory are so good, we can't seem to stop ordering! That's the joy we have when doing business with Susan LeFevers. She is the greatest! And of course a lot is not possible without the support and backup of her managers and the customer support Dept. Susan LeFevers and Hickory Park Furniture. Take it from us......they are the best in the business!

We shopped for a bedroom suit and needed to blend a Century armoire. Talked to two or three others and were disappointed by their response. Called Hickory Park and talked to Jerre and what a positive difference. Jerre had time and took interest in our project. She listened carefully to our needs and requirements and sent great options. She assisted us through the decision/selection process; sent a sample; took pics to confirm what she told us. Their selection is the best I've found in our area, and we looked quite a bit before going to Hickory Park. Our salesperson, Robin Birchfield was very knowledgeable and patient. This is our first purchase from Hickory Park and thus far the experience has been nothing but commendable. We were looking specifically for a Lay-Z-Boy sofa that my wife had seen previously at a showroom in the Charlotte area. We worked with Kirstie who assisted us with ordering the same sofa my wife found in Charlotte. Kirstie was very helpful and assisted with fabric selection to match our living room and existing chairs. We ended up ordering a Laz-Z-Boy reclining chair as well AFTER we had just finish placing the order for the sofa. Needless to say Kirstie had no problem going back and adding the chair to the sofa order. She has been very helpful and patient throughout this process. There was no pressure at all and the selection and order process was seamless. Our latest update from Kirstie was informing us our furniture had arrived from the manufacturer and someone from the delivery company will be in contact with us within the next couple of days. I was shopping for three pieces of Bassett furniture at various stores and online. I called Hickory Park Furniture to check on prices and availability; the furniture was on sale for $800 less than my lowest quote, plus qualified for free delivery to Florida. Diane Christensen made purchasing my furniture a seamless process. I e-signed a contract, made a down payment, and she called me when the furniture came in. The delivery company was great. They have guided me to other referral services as needed (e.g., bedding design) and have pulled me off the ceiling when I thought I could not make one more decision.

We are so glad that we made the trip from Delaware to shop for our Hancock and Moore leather recliner. The showroom had so many styles to try which was far more than other stores offer Kathleen our salesperson was very patient and gave us plenty of time to make the final decision. The only mistake we made was not understanding the options for seat comfort and after sitting in the chair at home for 6 weeks we decided we needed a firmer cushion. Lindsay was so great in helping us with this and an extra firm cushion is now on order, all of which was handled by phone calls. Kudos to all of you. A fantastic buying experience.

I live in NJ and ordered a beautiful bassett dining/kitchen table and chairs through Hickory Park, for our house in FL. Leslie and Anne were awesome throughout the entire process, first, helping me find the exact color, style and fabric that I wanted. All the way through the white glove delivery (when it was convenient for us-since we were not living there) and in time for spring break (when additional family would be there). After months of searching for the perfect recliner we went to Hickory Park Furniture . With the expert help of B J Holder we found exactly what we were looking for. It has made a perfect addition to our family room.

Sent an email Oct. 26, 2018 requesting a price quote for a specific chair and to-date (3 wks later) we have heard nothing beyond their automatic receipt of our email. Their statements are quite misleading: (1) "We've built our reputation on...excellent service for over 30 years", (2)
"Your email is very important to us and is currently being assigned to one of our professional sales consultants", (3) "Please allow time for us to research your request...", and (4) "We promise to be worth the wait!"

This is a fantastic store to purchase furniture. I just give Leslie or Anne a call and they take care of what I need quickly. I will buy all of my furniture from the store and only through Leslie or Anne. They are wonderful. Also, the prices a very, very reasonable.

When we needed a new sofa for our living room we decided that we would shop in the stores near us. However, the one sofa that we liked did not come in the color we needed. We decided to take a trip to Hickory and shop in the many furniture stores where Hickory Park is located. We met Chuck McLeod and he was able to explain about the color and style options and the quality and we learned a lot about the furniture. He gave us space to take our time and yet was available when we needed him. From the initial ordering to the final pick up from the warehouse, everything went just as expected. Our sofa is beautiful and we will not hesitate to shop there again. Thanks Chuck!
