I have worked with Diane Christensen for the last several years and she is beyond phenomenal! Communication before and after the sale is exceptional and I cannot begin to tell you how happy you will be with your furniture! No surprises, furniture is flawless and talk about savings! I don t go anywhere else for my furniture purchases. Diane is the primary reason I keep coming back, I trust her - and quality of furniture and care in delivery is second. Hickory Park Furniture Gallery is THE place to buy beautiful, excellent quality American made furniture. Jon Zimmerman was our salesman, and he went above and beyond. He gave me the time I needed and helped me select the furniture; moreover, he sent pictures of the leather samples right away via email; then, sent them via mail to my home. I purchased a Classic Leather sofa, chair, and powered recliner. Everything was made and delivered in room as promised, and the furniture is beautiful. Now that I know this furniture company exists, I can never go back to buying online, having it made cheaply overseas no matter the brand, and have it fall apart in a few years. This furniture is solid, impeccable, and built to last. Do yourself and favor and call them up. This company is a top notch operation, and they truly care about the furniture they make.

I purchased two matching chests from Hickory Park Furniture. I worked with Jerre Rhoney, and she was a delight. She stayed with the order from beginning to end. I was never given the run around, every time I called Jerre knew exactly who I was, and she knew all about my order. As a result, I always felt 100% confident that I was in good hands and that I never had to worry. Furthermore, Jerre always gave me updates as the manufacturing and shipping process went along. This is a level of customer service that is so rare today that it truly deserves a five star review! This morning, both chests and their tops were delivered (the tops are separate pieces that go on top of the chests). The delivery guys from D & D Delivery Service, Inc were wonderfully helpful. The guys asked if I had felt pads and, when I produced them, they took care to personally place them on the feet of the chests. Unfortunately, one top did come in broken, but the delivery guys were on top of it. They wrote it up, and assured me that they would bring a new top on their next trip. I then called Jerre, and she assured me that I didn't need to do anything else; that it would all be taken care of, and I have no doubt that it will be. I would absolutely order from Hickory Park Furniture again, and I would highly recommend them.

We spent a day there on two occasions to furnish our new home in Florida, and I've made two requests for assistance for orders we had placed there. The response on both was swift and top notch. In our experience there, from maintenance, coffee shops, and sales; the people who work here are top notch professionals who really want to help you.

Bought a lot of furniture here to completely furnish our FL condo. Our experience was first-rate from beginning to end. Leslie and Anne were wonderful to work with, the free designers were great, and the price was 40% less than the best price I could get anywhere else, retail and online. I would not have thought that we could have done this online and over email but it was so very convenient. I've already recommended this company to a bunch of our friends.

We decided to buy a sofa for our FL home that was the same mfg and model as the one we have in our PA home. Due to the "Virus" we picked Hickory Park Furniture rather than looking for a FL dealer of the mfg. When we called HPF we were transferred to Jerre. She was fantastic. Plenty of parking, handicapped parking spaces available. Wheelchairs available at information desk on request. Multilevel with elevator. Shopped primarily in Lazy Boy. Found an awesome multiposition power recliner long enough to accommodate me. Staff very helpful, made several phone calls on my behalf. Got the chair ordered, they gave me a discount. I recently contacted Hickory Park Furniture to inquire about a replacement spring for my Flexsteel rocker recliner. Within a few days after corresponding back and forth with Tina, I was informed that the manufacturerer would send out replacement springs, which I received in a timely manner. Last but not least, I was pleasantly surprised that I actually received 2 replacement springs, although only one of my had broken. Tina went over and above any expectations that I had in helping me with my problem.

I knew exactly what I wanted but I was worried about all of the little details since I had never ordered a piece of furniture from North Carolina. Jerre could not have been more patient with me and explained all of the details and process involved in ordering and delivery. I was so reassured by her that I knew this was the right company to work with. Everything went exactly as she said it would. It was a breeze. I love my furniture piece and I think fondly of her when I look at it.

Flawless condition... we are very impressed with the Hickory Park online ordering process (Diane Christensen) and Home Delivery Service (Donna Keller) process. We saw this as an experiment... it was the first time we bought furniture using an online approach. It showed us that high-end things like expensive furniture has an "Amazon" equivalent. I ordered furniture from Hickory Park 3 1/2 months ago. They use D&D Delivery for transport. If you live in the Western U.S.....shop elsewhere. After D&D Delivery got my furniture, it is sitting in there warehouse for 3 weeks now (said it won't be loaded for another week) and will take several weeks to get to Scottsdale. This is bad customer service on steroids!!!

I had a great experience with Hickory Park! My ordering experience was very easy and the sales rep was familiar with the product line. I ordered nursery furniture, so this was a purchase my husband and I were very excited about but didn't have a lot of experience in purchasing. As soon as the furniture arrived in their warehouse, a very friendly staff member called to arrange delivery and they were very accommodating to my schedule. The two gentlemen who did the delivery arrived on time and were very nice and helpful. Top notch furniture with a great staff of designers. They were absolutely wonderful!

We traveled several hundred miles to purchase leather living room furniture at Hickory Park. Sales consultant Andy Lominac was extremely helpful in advance of our visit and when we were in the showroom. After talking with me and learning that we were looking for traditional, smaller sized pieces for our historic home (no great room here) he pointed us to styles on their webpage that he felt would work. When we became interested in several Henderson and Moore styles, Andy arranged for us to visit the Henderson and Moore plant when we were in Hickory to see them and sit in them. We were greeted by Mr. Moore, long time owner of this fine company, who gave us a tour of the plant. We tried out several sofa/chair styles and found the one for us. I'm so glad we did this because the size/style I thought I would like turned out not to be what we wanted after all. Back in the showroom, Andy was extremely generous with his time and expertise. He gave us great advice on selecting the best size pieces and, especially, on what leather grades/finishes and colors would work best for our lifestyle. He sent us home with leather color swatches and, later, arranged to mail us wood finish samples for the legs to try out in the natural light of our living room. This made a big difference in our choice of colors. ndy's knowledge of his products and how they work in a home was invaluable. He kept us from making expensive mistakes and saved us money with his practical advice. Our furniture was delivered on time and in beautiful condition. The Henderson and Moore pieces are of the highest quality and we are thoroughly enjoying them. Andy was truly a consultant, guiding us with confidence through our dozens and dozens of questions. We never felt rushed or pressured and we feel we got great value for our money. We felt more than well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed the process of the purchase. Thank you Andy!

This is the best place to buy furniture in the country! I have been shopping here for 18 years and I would not consider shopping anywhere else now! Since moving last year, Anne Connell has chosen the perfect fabrics for my new couches and chairs. I can send her photographs of my rooms and she works magic. Most recently, I had fabric that I wanted to match on my couch and pillows and she was able to pick a PERFECT match! It is amazing. Not only that, but she took the dimensions of my living room and designed a sectional couch to fit perfectly in my room. She has been able to find discontinued fabric for me for an older couch I needed slipcovers for, and she has searched for coffee tables, dining chairs, and all sorts of other items. My husband and I can trust her choices completely-and I used to be a designer myself! I don't even think she knows this. I am not easy to please-but she pleases.

I was so excited to purchase my favorite Kingsley Bate high end outdoor furniture for a huge discount and get top notch service along the way. I fell in love with a teal blue velvet sofa but it was a bit out of my price range. I did a web search and came across Hickory Park Furniture. Reached out to Diane Christensen who gave me a quote on the exact same sofa for significantly less money. She told me how the process worked...a bit more complicated but well worth the effort. The sofa arrived, a week later than expected but other than that the process was exactly as stated and the end product perfection. I ended up with the sofa that I fell in love with for a lot less money. Wouldn't hesitate to do this again next time I am in need of furniture.
