Visiting their web site, we selected a leather recliner that we liked but found out when we arrive at the show room that particular recliner had been recently discontinued. Our sales person, Connie Jenkins, was very helpful is guiding us to similar recliners pointing out their features. We were not aware of the complexities of a recliner. We selected one that we liked and ordered a pair. Connie was professional, patient and courteous through out the process. We will seek her out to help us with our next furniture requirement.. ,
