We bought an "Ultra Comfort" lift chair for my wife. We did the entire process on-line due to covid-19 concerns. Everything was handled flawlessly by our salesperson, Gena Powell. She sent photos of the choices of fabric color which we actually saw in person when the chair was delivered. It is exactly what we wanted.
Also, the delivery process was excellent. The men wore masks throughout the delivery and placed the chair exactly where we wanted it.
This is truly 5 star service.
