I started out speaking with Diane Christensen over the phone and ended up taking a trip to North Carolina so that I could actually see things in person, as I wasn t really sure of what I wanted. I also wanted to see Caracole products in person. Diane worked with me and was so pleasant and easy to work with. She has a great eye, and listened to my vision. I took a long time to make decisions, and I changed my mind more than once, and I never felt like I was being rushed into a decision. I loved the selections, everyone was pleasant, and Diane went above and beyond! She has been clear on the process and has kept me informed. I cannot wait until my purchases arrive, I just know I will love them! My experience with Hickory Park and Diane was beyond my expectations!
