Top company with great bikes and committed, knowledgeable and friendly people, from management to mechanics. My wife and I both bought a Pilot Vamos (pinion 1.18) and cycled around the world with it. Finally, with 34,000 km on the clock and 35 countries behind us, we returned. Pieter and Jeroen were always available if we had a question or request, anywhere in the world. When we got back to the Netherlands, we were immediately invited by Pilot for a cup of coffee and a 35,000 km service . The titanium bikes are perfect, strong, reliable and beautiful too! The attention and service you receive and keep from Pilot Cycles is very pleasant.
