I have been going to HFM for four years, and couldn't be happier. Dr Lee is one of the warmest, most caring doctors I have ever met. His entire staff has always been very accommodating, and on the rare occasion I haven't been able to get in with Dr Lee for an immediate appointment, his associates have been wonderful as well.

Don't go to this facility. I call the office looking for a new primary care doctor for my wife who need her prescription refill. I was told by the staff to schedule an appointment as a medical follow up that I would be only charge a $20 copay nothing else. As it turn out I receive a bill for a deductible charge of $157.00. I specifically ask the staff prior to making the appointment what charges my insurance would cover so I can make the appropriate appointment. Anyway my wife spoke with the nurse practitioner Jaclyn Hamlin for five minutes and she sign a prescription for two lousy pill. Where my previous doctor had no problem giving her a prescription for 12 pills. Five minutes with a nurse practitioner, to have a prescription refill for two pills should not be a $306 bill. We initially select the facility for the great review of the doctors they have at the facility. Unfortunately we only encounter ill advice staff and billing department. Don't make the same mistake we did. We will continue our search for another health care facility.

I normally see Dr. Cooper I had to see a new doctor this time however this turn into a horrible experience.

I normally see Dr. Jason Cooper whom I prefer and trust however he is always super booked. Since I was overdue for my physical I chose Dr. Mina Scott. I was impress with was her thoroughness in paperwork. I left with my blood test order in hand. I wasn't pleased that I had to recite my medical history because my records per Dr. Scott wasn't transferred over to the new system.

To my surprise my physical was billed as a physical and a sick visit. Not sure why I as always came with a list of routine bloodwork that I wanted. She checked my temperature and blood pressure. Didn't check my neck to feel my thyroid nor my reflexes. She sat behind the computer most of the time. I figured well it's a physical. I guess that's fine. But to bill me for a sick visit and she didn't check anything else??

Most doctors respect their patients and will disclose this. It isn't about the money more about principle. I feel with her it's more about money and not about patients well being.

My insurance doesnt require referrals. She wanted me to come back in just to tell me to see another doctor??? Why??? I wish I saw Dr. Cooper. I have been doing to him for years and he is very patient.

Stay away. I have been with them for over 3 years ...

Stay away. I have been with them for over 3 years and they SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. They don't bother to call you for your annual physicals. If you try to call them, there is this one guy who sometimes picks up the phone. He will talk to you like you owe him something. Very RUDE and totally unprofessional.

Here is my main reason that I am giving such a negative review. There is this one medication that the doctor there prescribed for me and have been on it for 3+ years. My insurance people denied my prescription request this year since I am on a new plan and asked for more data from the doctor's office via fax. They had 5 days to respond to the insurance company. They didn't care to respond. Instead, they simply told me that they will put me on an alternative medicine which will be approved. Huh? How difficult is it to just send the insurance company the data they need (simply my past medical records) so that I can have the originally prescribed medicine?

I wish I could give zero rating. I am going elsewhere. Again, stay away! You've been warned..

We had worst experience with this office.. Doctors prescribes some medicine.. when you are having some issues with medicine they prescribed and call the doctors office.. They would say they ask nurse/doctor to call you but they don't really care their patient's urgency and return call right away. We ended up going to the patient first clinic for two times after first visit to this office doctors.. I would not recommend this facility if you are looking for doctors to return your call.. My insurance covers all expenses so ended up paying $10 for additional visit to other facility to get the immediate attention.. Worst experience and will not go to this office again..

I went for my Flu shot today. I was asked to me sign a form that will pay any charge not covered by insurance and waited for my turn. When I was inside ready for my shot, I was presented with the charges $42 for the Flu shot PLUS $73 Administrative Fee. I felt that this is a new low for the medical profession. I feel that this is their business and they know insurance better than any patient does and should not stuff the bill and expose patients to greedy charges.

We are seeking new doctor . Referred by the BCBS and a good friends of ours to make an appointment with Dr. Cooper . When I called to the office initially, a young lady Kris was very helpful but could not make an appointment that time . She advised me to call back but at second time this very unprofessional , condescending and unpleasant front desk woman named Valerie answered . She said , she will rely message to the doctor but were not to make an appointment. Due to our age , we were considered the high risk .She too one day , she will be that high risk old unhappy woman . We did not appreciate her entire attitude what and how she said to us we are new seeking patient . Dose she owns this doctors office ? It is sad those front desk people are representing the doctors who practices at this location but due to the front desks unprofessional and uneducated people can ruin their image . And unfortunately this woman Valerie just did that !! Because of her we will NOT going to contact this office . We will seek other doctors . We have lived in Herndon over 37 years and this front desk person can ruin all the respect that you had for this office .

Their phone system is bad and people on the phone ...

Their phone system is bad and people on the phone are rude. Most of the time it is impossible to be connected and talk to the right person. When somebody picks up a phone you will hear his/her 1st question "what is your date of birth?". It is very hard to deliver a message for my doctor and have a response from him. Also they never contact you to schedule an annual check up appointments.

I have always had great experiences with Herndon Family Medicine! The practice has definitely grown but I have not experienced any negative side effects from this. I started as a pt about 6 years ago, left for a few years and came back once I returned to the states; re-enrolling was easy and they had all my previous medical history which was great! I normally see Dr. Lee but I have seen other doctor's at this practice However Dr. Lee is my primary; he is always punctual, attentive, and able to provide insightful information for any concerns I have. I recently had to see N.P Po Storrs for a sick visit and she was amazing as well; she got me meds that worked effectively and when I had a concern I was able to send a msg via the portal and got a response in a timely manner. My daughter has seen N.P. Colcher for her well child visit and that was a pleasant experience considering this was her first time not being seeing in a pediatrician's office. I've met with a lot of the nurse's here and they have all been phenomenal, always happy to see you and willing to go above and beyond to make you feel more comfortable. The front desk is always kind and cheerful, and calling in to schedule is usually always quick and easy. I would recommended this practice to anyone looking for a new doctor!

The negative; for 5 years I have always experience...

The negative; for 5 years I have always experienced long wait times both in the waiting room and in the exam room before seeing the nurse followed by an additional wait to see the doctor. To me this is a critical indicator of the mismanagement of the practice by overbooking the doctors. The nurse practitioners are a waste of time ; I would always insist on seeing a physician.
The positive aspect is all of the doctors are excellent and take their time when engaged with their patients. I would blame the practice manager for the negatives not the physicians.

Met with NP Po and had a great experience. From scheduling the same day appointment to getting my diagnosis it was easy, efficient and extremely helpful. I was able to get an appointment early in the morning and was called back right away with almost no wait after checking in! My diagnosis was quick and the nurses and NP Po had wonderful bedside manner and I felt very taken care of and listened to. Can t recommend this practice enough! My husband and I have been with them for over 2 years now and we are happy with the care we ve received.

Nothing but good experiences here. Dr. Weaver is great. The wait times have always been short, and they are very professional and polite. Sure, the waiting room is usually crowded - they have a lot of patients - but over about 10 years, we've gotten in and out quickly almost every time.

Go somewhere else. This practice turned my boyfriend away because he was less than 10 minutes late for his appointment. It was unreasonable. Not caring that he was ill, the front office staff was rude, the manager didn't help, and they said they would ask Dr. Weaver if it was ok for him to be seen, but then they didn't get back to him even though he waited over an hour. This seems like the type of practice that has forgotten that practice of medicine is supposed to be about caring for people. On top of it all, they were going to bill him as a new patient because he hadn't been seen in a while, which is just another way to make more money. Next!

Got an appointment with a nurse practitioner (NP) for a sprained ankle. It was so painful I had to go in with crutches and to keep my foot aloft in the air. She gave me some prescriptions for total of nine days, including pain meds. When I asked if I could get a note for sick leave, she asks me what kind of work do I do and says I need to come back (another $30?). And no note for sick leave.

I wish I could give this horrible place less than 1 star. Herndon Family Medicine is the worst practice I've ever been to. They never call me back, cancel my appointments without any notice, and are terrible for scheduling. I had blood work done once and was waiting for the results that took between 1-5 days. I was in the worst pain I've ever been in and called everyday to see if they had the results so I could get treated/a prescription for painkillers. After calling for 10 days straight, they said, "We've had the results since three days after your appointment, you need to get treated ASAP!" I switched to a different practice and I never intend to go back. Worst experience(s) of my life! DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been going here for years and did not expect this to happen. CVS sent in a request for my medicine around 9:30 am. Through out the day, I called the doctor office 4 times to confirm the prescription and everytime I was told it was pending. I told them it was urgent and I need the medicine to relieve the pain. The the end of the day, no one called me back. I am in so much pain without the medicine that I think I need to go to urgent care... they need better process to handle this type of situation.

This is probably the worst front and back office staff I've ever experienced. They struggle to return calls, schedule appointments, or help with anything. The doctor is ok but dealing with his staff isa joke. I've filed a complaint with the state medical board and found another doctor near my job.

I wouldn't ever recommend using this office.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service and staff. They do not know how to schedule appointments for available times. The front desk consistently gets the basic information for the practice incorrect, such as available appointment times. They told me that I would have an 8:30am appt as long as I called when the phones opened at 7am. I was on hold in the call line for 20minutes, until finally someone answered and informed me there are no such thing as 8:30am appointments as I am crying in excruciating pain.

Wait times are long (in the lobby and in the rooms). Doctors and Nurse Practitioners (I actually don't think I've ever seen a doctor there) tend to just keep their noses in their computers. Expensive.

Thought I had a throat infection, so I got a strep test and was told to alternate Advil and Tylenol because it was probably just a cold. $260 later, I decided to go elsewhere next time I need a doctor.

Nice people, though. Friendly and helpful front desk workers.

The provider invited me to have the tick tested insuring me the insurance covers. I trusted her and she also never gave me a lab code. Turns out I have to fully pay the lab the 521.93 USD, so no insurance coverage. Next Herndon Family Medicine admits the provider should have never said what she said but they decline any financial responsability. I call this bad practice. Be aware and go elswhere.

Longer wait times. I went to this facility this morning for sick visit. I had to wait for 25 minutes for Nurse to be called for primary checkup and waited for another 30 minutes in Examination room for Doctor. Total waste of time. Please respect your patients time.

This is my last visit. I am not going to this facility again.

All the doctors that I have seen are kind and knowledgeable. They listen and offer solutions. The nurses are quick and very helpful too. The front desk people are always a bit on the rushed side, but I think that's everywhere. You can sign in on a kiosk if you want.

Dr. Lee is awesome. My family has always had a good experience here. LabCorp on site is very helpful. It does have more of the feel of a larger organization where you are more of a number than a name. But that being said, you also experience the benefits of a larger organization as well, like lab work on site.

Please- if you have any self respect do not go to this place. They were rude- not- caring, cold and not helpful. Probably more concerned about their next lunch break than my health. They ordered blood tests after I explained I had just had blood tests done at my other doctor, refused to allow me to cancel the tests, took the blood, and then my whole arm turned into a horrible black bruise. I had explained during the process of having my blood drawn that it was hurting- and the nurse just got mad at me- I had to call out sick for work "because" of the horrible bruising. When I went to the doctor and showed them what had happened- no concern, no refund. Ridiculous. I can forgive this, but to take children or family there would "never" happen!

Professional Warm Customer service and the Doctors have been nothing but attentive. It's a bit of a hike for me, but worth it. Spent many years with a more conveniently located doctor and Finally switched about 2 years ago and Am SO glad I did. Very appreciative for care given

Doctors are phenomenal, especially Dr. Plescia. However, receptionists are the laziest group of people I have ever seen in my life. There are times when they literally take the office phone line off the hook just to avoid putting in a few extra minutes of work. Not to mention, getting something simple like a prescription printed once a month is like pulling teeth. Please hire new receptionists that do not take their job for granted.

If your primary care doctor is in this practice, you most likely won't be able to see him/her if you have an urgent medical issue. Instead, you'll have to see the doctor on call, who is either incompetent and/or unconcerned with you, and will cavalierly prescribe the first thing that pops into their head, just to get you out of their office. There are some good doctors here, such as Dr. Plescia or Silverstein, but who can usually wait a few weeks to see their doctor of choice? And I don't want to have to go to the Emergency Room every time I have a non-critical, but relatively urgent medical issue. (That's why I transferred out of this practice.)

I have been going here now for just shy of two years and always get quality care from my PCP, Dr. Rentz. She is very responsive and takes the time to address any and all issues no matter how small. Her intake nurse, Brittany, is wonderful and always makes me laugh!

Like any doctor's office, there are usually delays-- but the earlier you go in the day the better.

The only negative for me is the waiting area, it is always very warm and the receptionists should have a glass separation window for better patient privacy

I never had a negative experience with the front desk or anyone here! I'm actually surprised to read all these negative reviews, so when I went for my check-up this week, I paid more attention to everything and everyone this time. First of all, they are doing amazing being safe during Covid pandemic. You wait in the car instead of the waiting room. They take your temperature and do a screening before you go in. Front desk was quick scanning my insurance. Check up went well and I left happy again. I had to do a blood test at Labcorp. The system was down there so I called family medicine and the front desk faxed the doctor's order in less than 2 minutes. I also never had issues with scheduling an appointment.
And yes my favorite doctor, Dr. Cooper, works here. I did my GYN check up with a nurse practioner, Katie, and she was fast and great!

I really wanted to share my experience because they don't deserve a low rating. I have been in doctors offices where they made me wait for hours, people were really rude and even messed up my insurance cost. But people are really nice at Herndon Family Medicine.

All the staff is very wonderful & doctors. The nurses are very good We know them personally by names after a year and a half. They care about my children. My children love seeing their doctor. Dr Cooper. The other Doctors are great when he is booked. (because he's a great doctor so he does get booked up quickly.)

My family & I have been coming to Herndon FM for over 20 years. Before that, Fairfax Family Medicine and Vienna Family Medicine. During a change of insurance, I had to go to another group and was so happy when I was able to come back to HFM. Dr Leavens, her colleagues and the staff are the very best!!!

Went to get blood work done at HFM and waited 45 minutes even though I was told that if I get there early (at around 7:15am) there would be no wait. Nurse who did the work had zero personality, and the front desk people are a joke - very unprofessional and unpolished, and very poor customer service. Both young-lady receptionists were rude and couldn't care less that I waited 45 minutes. Awful place -- never going back again!

I have have seen many practioners at HFM and have had a great experience with Po Storrs (Soo Hoo) and Jason Cooper. When I have met with them, they made me feel like I was the most import person they had to meet all day. I can extend this experience to other staff as well, including the nurses and support staff. They are also very responsive and call back on the phone quickly.

I trust them.

Our family has been coming here for 13 years. We have never had a bad experience with any of our service providers. I have been helped by many of the doctors and nurses on staff and have found them to be generous with their time, attention and guidance. My personal doctor spends more time on wellness than disease management - and I really appreciate that approach. As I get older preventative guidance, nutrition and fitness requirements have changed and having a professional willing to take time to review these things with me has become very important and greatly appreciated. Front desk staff has gotten better. They are more friendly and polite and very competent. The office manager is excellent. But I go for the doctors anyway -

I think this practice is great, specifically Dr. Leavens. I have had significant health issues and she has managed my complete healthcare serving as the central point of contact/health manager between all of my specialists. She is typically running late, but she always spends as much time with me as needed so I can't fault her on this. The person who answers the phones and takes messages, and the nurses, are all helpful and responsive. This is the best practice I've ever been a patient of.

They certainly know how to make you feel unwelcome. NP PO stormed out of the room after I told her that I shouldn't have to battle with her for a holter study. To which she replied, if I'm dissatisfied why do I come back? So, as soon as I can, I will not be returning or if I have to I will know that I will most definitely be treated with insincerity and insuniating glances of whatever it is that certain people at this practice believe they can treat others with.
Thank you kindly for showing me this disregard, it has taught me not everyone deserves equal respect but people who have charity within them, still abide by rules in society that money is not the great equalizer but it is character that makes us who we are. If I see a man downtrodden and hurt I choose to assist not spit on their face.

I have been going to HFM for almost a year now and absolutely love this place. They're the best place I have been to so far. I am taking my son here now and he has severe ADHD with tendencies of Autism and any time I need to get a quick appointment in for myself or him, they're able to do so. They have great hours and prescription pick-ups on a Saturday (his medicine is a controlled substance), which is super convenient for us. I love all the people here, the front office staff are always helpful, super friendly, and always have a smile on their face.

I usually see Dr. Colcher and she is amazing and the website is great for sending messages and they get back to you same day (normally). If I have any questions or any other refills automatically, they send these in as well. They're great and we love this place!

We have been with HFM for many, many years and are looking to leave. When dealing with recent medical issues , they know our medical network and certainly know what it means to be in network and out of network better than us) sent us to what we were told an in network labwork (which btw way told us nothing) . We now we have over $1K out of pocket expenses (just for one lab visit) for one visit because it was out of network and we are UHC, a big insurer. In her consultations she was not given anything substantive or helpful towards what was a 9-10 week illness and she's never been sick for more than week or two in her life.

Dr. Marc Plescia has been our family physician for over 20 years. There is no better physician than Dr. Plescia. I go to Herndon Family Medicine medical practice due solely to Dr. Plescia being in their medical practice. Highly recommend Dr. Plescia.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin M. Weaver, MD and consequently at times see all other doctors at HMF when Dr. Weaver is not available and I have a cold or some other ailment that requires an immediate appointment. I must say that all doctors are fantastic. I prefer Dr. Weaver just because he knows all my history, but have no problem seeing even the registered nurse. They are all fantastic and this is based on 23 years I have been going to this place for everything from the flu shot to grave injuries. Strongly recommend. Since they merged with Privia it would appear their on-line appointment management system has improved. It shares it with other doctors in the same network, like Dr. Thomas LoRusso who I also use. I wish the administration of this practice takes a look at their appointment and scheduling practice. The doctors are great, but you cannot have someone wait for 1 hour in the lobby and then another 30 minutes for the doctor to see me. Why can't they schedule appointment time with a little more leeway when the doctor may be running behind?

The front desk and office manager are horrendous m...

The front desk and office manager are horrendous monstrosities of customer service. They have all apparently lost their minds and believe being rude and cold to any client is not only their right, but also their duty.
If you can get past these catty group of women without being thrown out after coming to the practice before half of them were hired, then you are okay (depending of course on the doctor you chose). If I had a choice (my doctor worked elsewhere), I wouldn't be caught dead in this place.

I have been going to Herndon Family Medicine since 2001 but after this recent experience I will be seeking a new practice. They recently moved into a new office and are completely in over their heads with the number of patients. I no longer feel like my treatment matters to the office as they just try to get as many people through the doors as possible. Calls to the office will not be returned within the 24 hour window and you can expect to sit on hold for 5+ minutes any time you want to call in for an appointment/anything. Very disappointed as they have some good Dr's on staff.

This is the worst medicine center i had seen so far regarding appointment cancellation i wish i can select 'No star'

I called to cancel an appointment which they confirmed they did it then later i got a automated call that i didn't showed up and i will be charged $ 50 call the representative they put on hold me for few mints and hung up on me then i called the person who actually confirmed my cancellation and now telling me a story it wasn't cancelled and i have to pay $ 50 when i told him it was confirmed for cancellation he told me it has to be 24 hrs now when this process changed? i cancelled before also
and it was cancelled now he is telling me we have new system. So do i have night mare for that they have new system really ridiculous.

I am not going back now and will be telling my friends and family about this rip off.

This is really disappointed are you kidding me $ 50 for no show even its not my mistake i attempted to cancel the appointment if someone did a job correctly not my problem.

I would give all ZERO star.

Dr. Leavens was my mother's doctor, and when she was very sick and dying Dr. Leavens paid a house call. I love her for that. Dr. Leavens has become my doctor since then. She's very caring, and seems to keep up with new developments in her field.
It's true that HFM is not cheap, and the wait can be an issue at times. Still, the excellent care makes up for that.

This practice is complete garbage! I had been going there for years years! They don't care about you they don't care about anything but taking your money!!!! They will say they take insurance (even when it's on their site) then u go sign up for said insurance then they say sry we don't take that insurance. They will say u owe money when u paid already (kept receipts) say u haven't had a visit in a year (again kept receipts) all out bad business. I wish I could give lower than 1 star. I visited this place just once. And I am never coming back. This place is a complete mess. The staff are extreme unfriendly. They are just like heartless robots treating you as a piece in a conveyor belt in manufacturing plant. I saw only one doctor so can't say much about the quality. But at least from my experience with one doctor, I seriously question the quality of service. Also the Labcorp people are very unfriendly and question the ability to do the test. I decided not to draw blood because I noticed the lady who was going to draw my blood was shaking her hand. Overall, I am very frustrated by this place. Never coming back!

My husband and I decided we'd like to join a family practice since the new addition of our baby. We all see Dr. Weaver for pediatric care and regular checkups for the adults. Dr. Weaver and his nurse are always very helpful and spend plenty of time answering our questions. As first time parents we have plenty! And if a specialist is needed he always has great referrals. No issues with booking appointments except some wait time on the phone. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment either. Overall we've had excellent experiences.

I have always had a good experience at Herndon Family Practice. Dr. Ragland is wonderful. She takes time to get to know you personally and explains the "why" of medication and referrals. The Receptionists are not terrifically friendly but they seem efficient.

I only give them 3 because the front desk staff is not very nice or courteous. When you call it feels like you are bothering them. However, NP Po is amazing and is very profesional and listens carefully and gives great feedback! She s the only reason I keep going back here.

Been going here for 7 years. My Last appointment ...

Been going here for 7 years. My Last appointment I did not have health insurance. So i paid cash up front or so I thought. $75 seemed reasonable for my 10 minutes with a Doctor. But surprise in the mail, i owe additional $225 for my regular visit. I had no idea my insurance had been paying $300 per checkup for so long. I suggest Herndon family be up front, they knew i didnt jave insurance, so why would they not tell me the price of this visit up front? It was no different than the visits I had over the last 6 years.

Dr. Plescia has been my family doctor for close to 40 years and I have had ZERO issues during that time. He is an incredible doctor who attentively listens to his patients before coming to a final conclusion. Through travel for work and other issues I have had to see other doctors over the years and none of them came close to the level of care Dr. Plescia provides. I have also had appointments with other doctors in the practice and they are all top notch as well!

If 0 stars were an option, I would give HFM 0. During corona, the front desk people told me to make an appointment to which I declined because I didn't need an appointment. Then I was told the doctor wanted to talk to me to know my health progress. After declining and saying I didn't want an appointment made, they made an appointment themselves and required me to get on a phone call with Dr.Mina Garrett Scott. After a two minute call, I got a bill 206 dollars. I did not receive any prescriptions, medication or recommendation because I didn't need it. However, they still went out of their way to charge me 206 dollars for a 2 minute phone call which is absolutely absurd. After contacting them several times to resolve this issue, their respond has been horrible. They tell me they will look into what can be done but I am still receiving collection for service I didn't ask for. I don't recommend going here because they will do nothing to help their patients.

Dr. Plescia is the best doctor I've ever had! He cares, he listens, doesn't rush you, and he breaks things down so you understand what he's saying! I very much enjoy my visits to his new and clean office. The lab on site is super convenient too! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great primary care provider for the whole family.

I wouldn't trust for sensitive sports injuries. $300 for a nurse and a student (never saw a doctor) to tell me my that knee pain was "overuse" after a 2 minute diagnosis and refer me to physical therapy. Disgraceful.

Love my doc, but the bureaucracy and ineptitude of accounts payable is infuriating. Be ready to waste your time filling out the same paperwork every visit, even after they ask if you want it kept on file. Your time is theirs to waste, and they are generous with themselves.

Herndon Family Medicine practice is all about making money! We been going there for many years but one time we had question about their bill, they could not explain it and just wanted their money! They send me letter that if we do not pay their bill they will dismiss us as their patient and tun us over to their layer over $106 bill.

They told me that how I was treated will not impact their practice and just pay the bill and go find some other practice that will meet my need. Bottom line, they want our money but does not care if we are happy with their service.

This is my first post of any kind but I was compelled to do so after my treatment from this office. They are under estimating the power of social media!

I used to like Dr Lee but after today visit non of my family will go back . I was less then 15 min late as I had to change my 1 year old daughter in the car. Front desk informed me that I had to reschedule per doctor request . Apparently the doctor was in rush to go to his lunch and that was the reason he refused to see me . Really doctor? I hope your lunch was good at least ! After arguing with front desk for some time they agreed to put me with NP . Thank you front desk , how generous! At least other sick people in the waiting area supported me saying that they were late too but not denied by their doctors and another patient told that she was waiting already for 1,5 hour for her doctor. I guess in that practice it is okay to wait long for a doctor but if you late 10-15 min they will send you away . Very rude and unprofessional !

I feel so lucky to have Dr Jason Cooper as my GP. He is highly gifted diagnostician and his advice is always effective. He is also a joyful human being who can lift my spirits even in difficult circumstances. By far, one of the best doctors I have ever encountered.
