I wish the administration of this practice takes a look at their appointment and scheduling practice. The doctors are great, but you cannot have someone wait for 1 hour in the lobby and then another 30 minutes for the doctor to see me. Why can't they schedule appointment time with a little more leeway when the doctor may be running behind?
