Wow!!! What an outstanding sales team at Henderson Hyundai. I was given the opportunity to work with both Marland Rodriguez and the Sales Manager Gabriel. I have never had such great customer service at a car dealership until I met with Marland and Gabriel. They literally took the buying process and made it extremely easy for me. They took the time to go over all details of the vehicle, the price points, benefits and features as well as answering all questions I had. The process from start to finish was just over 3 hours and man I couldn t be happier.

No I didn t have an appointment because I didn t know that she was going to pass away. Thought maybe they could help and understand my situation. Our car is past it's warranty but we are still taking it to this dealer for service. They have been fair in their prices and service department has been professional and friendly
My AC went out in my car. Called in on a Monday and they didn t have an appointment available until THURSDAY. (I live in 108 degree weather) Chris didn t want me to die, so he fit me in same day. They didn t have the piece they needed to fix it so he put me in a rental car and sent me on my way within 30 minutes. Life saver for sure. Thank you Chris!!
I took my Genesis for service here today. I have the Platinum extended warranty so my rental/loaner is covered. They are going to keep my car for a week for AC compressor replacement. The loaner car that I got was a Kona. I asked the service person twice if I could have a similar car to my Genesis but I was ignored on my request. I guess having a Genesis does not provide you with the luxury experience that I get when I take my Lexus or Audi for service. There they provide me with the latest model of similar or better car. So much for the Genesis pretending to be a luxury brand.
Service was fine. The old service sticker reminder was removed and not replaced. I really need that so I know when service is due next. That's why it's not a five star. It's probably the third time it's happened.
My experience with Henderson Hyundai started off with lies and is now continuing with threats from their sales personnel.
I called the dealership inquiring about a car they had on their site. I am about a 5 hour drive from them so I wanted to make sure the car was present and available for sale before I started my trip. Their staff assured me the car was available and in great condition. With that in mind, I rented a car and started my trip to them.
First bump with them, they call me 100 miles into my drive telling me some story about how the car hadn't passed inspection and for me to turn around. I was obviously very upset and asked a manager to call me back. The manager calls me and tells me that the car can definitely not be sold today and I would need to come back. So I drive back to California.
2 hours later, I get a call from their sales person advising me that the car was done and I can come pick it up same day. I should have just listened to my gut and the bad experience thus far and not made the trip. However I needed a car so I made the drive anyways.
I get to the dealership only to find out that the car was not even close to being perfect condition as they described to me. The windshield had a crack in it on the driver side, the car reeked of smoke smell and had scratches on the paint. I can understand the scratches however I would expect the dealer to be upfront about issues on a customer driving from 5 hours away.
I was in a tough position with having made the drive and they seemed apologetic and willing to work with me slightly on the price. I made the deal with them, I paid them in full, took my keys and left to make the drive back. I came back and got a new windshield replaced for about double the "discount" they gave me.
Few days later, I follow up to ask about my paperwork as I need it to register car in CA. I get a story of it will be mailed out. Few days later, I get a call from their sales guy claiming that they undercharged me by $700 and I must pay that. I was shocked as I gave them full payment and why should I now pay them more. He was adamant that I needed to pay them and asked me to fill out a credit card authorization form for this. I was a bit skeptical handing out credit card info to this dealer at this point.
The sales person gave me a sob story about how he was going to lose his job over $700 that wasn't my fault so I relented and gave him the credit card number.
Next day I get a text from him threatening me that they are going to hold my paperwork for an error they caused and now my temporary registration is going to expire.
I have asked for a call back from management to make sure that this is the behavior they expect from their sales team.
To summarize, I would caution against dealing with this place as they will scam you, play tricks and then threaten you if all else fails.
UPDATE: In the end, what I learned is apparently even though I counted the money twice with the salesman watching me AND the cashier counted it herself, I was magically "short" $700 3 days after I picked up the vehicle with the keys.
Keep in mind that I left the dealership with the car, the keys, and "payment in full" receipt. All those factors meant nothing and they chose to instead threaten a customer and hold registration paperwork leaving me no choice but to fork up another $700 so they would stop threatening me and send me the title so I can go register the car myself.
I cannot stress this enough, buy from Henderson Hyundai at your own peril. Expect sleazy tactics, threatening messages and fraud that will likely never end.
MESSAGE for the "General Manager" - You forgot to mention the part where your dealership extorted and threatened to hold my paperwork unless I paid an additional $700. I also left you several messages that have gone unanswered. I guess I incorrectly gave you the benefit of the doubt that you were unaware of these acts by your dealership.
Called service for timing belt replacement. Price was crazy with huge markup on parts I found way cheaper i'm talking hundreds on the same stock parts.Ill never go there. Please call around and save yourself some money.

Steer clear of this place. Full of broken promises. They make it seem as though they have a great warranty but try everything they can to not honor it. I bought a car with an extended warranty here and after 3 months the battery died. I spoke with over nine people about getting it replaced under warranty. It was on a Saturday and after getting tossed around to different people and departments the service department was closed. When I called Monday to explain my situation the manager said my warranty expired "today" and that I would have to buy a new battery myself (Which is almost double compared to Walmart). One would think after buying from a dealership so proud of their warranty and buying additional warranty coverage that they would at least have replaced it as a courtesy or give a decent discount. What's a battery to them? Obviously losing a customer for life. My family and I will never buy another car from this place again. And if there is anyone I hear looking to buy a new car I'll gladly warn them about how they do business.
I called for an oil change appointment as I have free oil change for life on the car I purchased. Always has been good service in general. Something major awry there now. You call service and NOONE picks up, leave message. Then wait. Then call back. Then someone tells me 2.4 weeks wait for an oil change? Really? I'll go buy my next at Centennial Hyundai who I took my car to for warranty work and they were very efficient and professional.
I absolutely recommend the service center. They were so polite and very helpful. It's such a relief to have a place that is honest and professional for our car service needs. An overall great experience.

Jared is a great service manager. This is the second time he's gone above and beyond. We lost the spring in our keyfob and he found an old one to cannibalize and trade backs so we wouldn't have to buy a new one. I've meant to contact the dealership to put in a good word for him so I'm grateful this survey was sent out.
I have visited many dealer even in other states but this one is the best dealer ,at least by the service area I give them more than 5 stars ,very professionals easy and fast without any blocks , I have to say thanks BENNIE PACHECO for all your help ,also I want to mention CHRIS STARMER he always assisted me in my previous services but he is not any more in the service area ,I do not want to go without saying thanks to the person who is always outside when you arrive at the dealer service area ,I do not remember his name but is always the same person .

Purchased a new car for my mother. Got a decent deal and our sales officer was great.
The one star is because of the phone call we received several hours later from our finance officer. My mother lives in Las Vegas and I live in Los Angeles. I came to help her get a new car and decided to spend the weekend with her. Booked a few shows and outings. Before leaving for a show, the finance officer calls and says he forgot to get us to sign a document having to do with confidentiality. He said we have to come back and sign or the bank will not approve the loan. Mind you, we have already taken the car home. Doesn't he have a checklist of things that needed to be signed before the buyer leaves? We live 40 minutes away from Henderson and I told him the soonest we would be able to get there that does not disrupt our schedule is on Sunday. He said it's fine. 30 minutes later he calls back and says the dealership is closed on Sunday and we have to come now. I lose my cool and express how much he is disrupting our schedule. He says he will have someone come to the house and bring the paperwork and he'll call me back to confirm. No call back. Left him a message and still no call back.
The next day, left him another message and no call back. I call his manager who said he would call me back. A few minutes later he called me back and apologized. Apparently we did sign the correct paper and it was stuck to another piece of paper. Additionally, the finance officer didn't want to call me because he thought it was too late, and didn't call me the next day because he didn't get into the office until noon.
Completely unprofessional. Again, our sales officer was great. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by the finance officer.
One of the best dealerships to deliver vehicles too. They have it set up right. I have been there several times. Delivery is done on the lot next to the main dealership. There is no interference as every delivery goes quick along with smooth
I have been all other Hyundai dealers in Vegas and HH is the best one so far. I just drove 20 miles to get this dealer and highly recommended. Marion did wonderful job taking care of my Sonata and his costumer service is the best so far i ever seen in any dealer. Small dealer but we all know it's not the size, it's how they treated you Thank you HH team and keep up the good work. PS. It will be nice to have coffee or tea station back and free bottle water for the costumers will be perfect.

I've had outstanding service at your Service Center going on 8 years now. Friendly, courteous & professional. There is a man though, who does the expediting of vehicles as you enter the Service area that deserves recognition. He has been working there since I purchased my vehicle in 2013. He is a shorter Spanish Man, approx 5' 4'', 140 lbs. I don't remember his name, but I would like to applaud his work ethics. He is a welcoming sight on the way in, always smiling & hustling during the wait time & gracious on the way out. We could all learn a thing or two from this man's outstanding Customer Service in the work place. Thank You! . Sincerely.
My Husband and I are a Newly Wed same-sex couple. We were financing a 2007 Suzuki Forenza from another Dealer. A car we owned for about 4yrs! After going to many dealers trying to upgrade, we were sent a letter in the mail form Hyundai Henderson. My Husband an I were taken back that they offered to buy our car with still owing almost five thousand! So we took the drive! When introduced to Josh our Service Rep., we were approached with Class and Professionalism! He began asking in great detail what it was we were looking at getting, including the color of the car! The one question I respected as a Fist-time Customer was "What do you want?" Soft and direct, which was great for clients like us. He informed us as we were out looking, our car will be getting appraised! So we started with the used lot, I requested due to comfort in price. Although my Husband and I were not too pleased, Josh immediately informed us he has a Brand New Black (color we requested) 2016 Hyundai Elantra! We feel in Love! He insisted on us driving it, and then make a decision together. We respected his opinion, so we test drove! Later coming back and witnessed a couple sounding the Gong due to the signing on their New Car! My Husband says he'd Love to sound it himself, and sure shortly after Josh came over and said "Congratulations on your New 2016 Hyundai Elantra and out with the old car, Now go sound the Gong!" We were shocked and excited at the same time! Overall Service was Fast, Fun, and Easy! Thanks to Josh Wootton and the staff of Henderson Hyundai!
I am a very happy to say this dealership and its staff has always gone above and beyond for me. From the 1st day I came in for service of my then new 2015 Equus to today. I've always been treated fairly, consistently, genuinely and with sincerity. Their honesty and integrity has always sold me on them and its why i have had friends and family purchase from them as i know they will and actually have been treated exactly the same. My prefered specialist Benie Pacheco has been with me the entire way and stands as a testiment on delivering outstanding customer service to everyone he meets. Sammy and the new courtesy shuttle driver I met today Mike are additionally some topnotch service technicians you want on your team.
I would also like to take this time to apologize to Benie, his team and the entire Henderson Hyundai Superstore family as well as Don the GM. My representitive who brought in my car for a tire change on an off appointment day made there day miserable for no reason at all. Great non pushy staff. My Saleswoman Marland Rdz was very helpful & knowledgeable on the vehicles i was interested in. She when above and beyond helping me in this process. Also was fun to share this buying time with her, she is very friendly and caring person . Finance department was extremely helpful in getting me the best rate. Great all around staff willing to help & listen. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a great price!! My service rep. does not push to do things that are not necessary. She keeps me informed as to the progress of my vehicle and let me know when it is ready and what will need to be done the next time.

CRIME STARTS AT THE TOP AND TRICKLES DOWN TO THE FINANCE MANAGER. After catching the finance manager in fraudulent and criminal behavior, I brought it to the General managers attention, and he proceeded to want to push it under the rug and try to placate me with a very unfavorable deal. It is quite clear, that the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior that is exhibited by yet again, another Hyundai dealership, says that CRIME STARTS AT THE TOP, and trickles down to all that are employed. The manager made no reasonable attempt at trying to make the crimes that I caught right.
They tried to slip in a 1k (gap insurance) policy, I neither needed or wanted. They slipped in a 1k Simonize package which keeps the smell out of your carpets and vents. The manager says "come on in and I will give you the premier service" but unwilling to put it in writing. They offer a 300 off of a ridiculously overpriced 60k mile service, then when I decline the criminal and fraudulent addition of products on my bill, they state "we are not going to give you the discount off of your oil change".
This is what you get when you deal with people who are thirsty for business, but will do whatever it takes to get you to be screwed, but don't realize there still are a few smart cookies out there. Please check back frequently to always see what companies are treating the customers well, or trying to rip them off. You will always see an honest review and one with great explanation. You can be assured I am always looking out for the customers best interest.
Dealerships are always dishonest, you just need to catch these crooked activity before you sign on that dotted line. It's best to always have a second eye review all charges at the end so you don't overlook something when they rush you out of the finance office after they don't even let you see what you are signing. The push all the signed paperwork over into a messy pile hoping you will not read it before you leave and then get buyers remorse over their dishonest behavior. Caveat emptor
My experience at Henderson Hyundai was excellent. My sales representative Joshua was extremely accommodating & knowledgeable. I appreciated the amount of time he spent answering questions and making my purchase as easy as possible. This is my second purchase from this location & will return for my future purchases as well.

I had an extremely bad experience in January 2012 with Henderson Hyundai that made me have a strong dislike for Hyundai in general. I recently tried to get my vehicle fixed and found that the warranty paperwork was different than what I signed and had in my possession. In addition to that, I found out the actual manufacturer said the vehicle was salvaged.
I of course fired off emails to Corporate Hyundai who apologized for my troubles and told me to contact the warranty company. I advised them that I already had and they blame Henderson Hyundai for the problem and that is who I had to deal with.
Shortly after that, I received an email from the Finance Director Vicki from Henderson Hyundai asking to set up an appoitment to sign the cancellation of the warranty. Of course as irrate as I was, I set the date and time for the next day in the morning. Now let me tell you, I have put in a number of phone calls to the previous GM with no return phone call. Henderson Hyundai prior to Friday, August 22nd could do nothing to make me happy. They didn't care about a thing.
So I met with Vickie on Friday and was suprised that no previous faces were in the building. None of the scumbags that forged docs and mislead their warranties, etc... She was extremely nice and approached the situation in the right way. Being that I deal with the other side of what she does, I was appreciative of the fact it was handled that way. By the end of the complete story of what has transpired, she knew that a different car would be my only way of being righted.
She then set me up with Brian who was great. His personality and humor meshed with mine so well, that it wasn't like I was even looking at cars with a sales person. Of course, Brian is the sales trainer and I can completely understand why. He then picked a 2014 Hyundai Elantra 6 speed. We took it for a drive and anyone who loves driving a stick can appreciate the newer sticks out there!
They crunched the numbers and made right by the mistakes of the previous jerks who ran the store, and I ended up going with the Hyundai. All said and done, even though I have what I didn't want (higher car payment), I feel as though Henderson Hyundai has changed their culture for the better.
Thank you again Vickie and Brian. I'm glad the owner finally made the right decision. Henderson Hyundai was fabulous before this owner and hiring you was probably a wise decision to make it back to the way Henderson Hyundai used to be in the early 2000's!

4/11/2020 I visited Henderson Hyundai s Service Dept. for Squeaky Brakes. I am a Healthy Care Employee For UMC Hospital. Henderson Hyundai advertised a free service for healthy care employees, fire fighters, frontline health staff and basically anyone who was mandated to work during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I have to say that I was pleasantly pleased with the service that I received! Not only did they fix my squeaky brakes, they reattached my bumper, that was hanging off, all for free! I work 12 hour shifts and it s difficult for me to get my car serviced when I need it. Thanks Henderson Hyundai! you guys are A #1 in my book!
This place like most dealerships are rip offs 400 dollars for a fuel pump. Alone the assembly costs 300 bucks but they wanna price out a pump alone for 400 bucks .. Scam
The first time I went to this dealership, I had a very bad experience with a really pushy salesman who kept trying to sell me a used car with a ton of mileage. Granted my credit was not stellar at that point, but he just kept saying, "bite the bullet!" My wife was so irritated with him that we left the dealership frustrated and swore we will never go back there again. 2 days later, we bought a brand new car elsewhere.
Fast forward to 5/15, which was also my birthday (yey!).. We have been looking around for cars the past couple of weeks. Despite meeting a bunch of nice salesmen/women We haven't been satisfied with our options and the pricing just wasn't in our budget. We were just gonna look and maybe test drive, then we met Noli. He greeted us at the door, and of course we were apprehensive. But, we told him what we wanted and what we were there for. He took us on 2 test drives and was very knowledgeable! This man knew every single feature of the vehicles!! He definitely did his homework and it showed. He gave us a rundown of features, driving style, mileage, EVERYTHING! Then he played a little hard-ball, but in the end, he got us where we wanted. This man stayed way OVER time to wait for us because we had to leave to go to dinner. I would say that ONE of the reasons we decided to buy is because of him. He was patient, welcoming, and he just knew his stuff. I can see why he's won awards. He is a hard-working man and it really shows. From his demeanor, up to his deal-making skills.. he is a man to be respected and we are grateful that on my birthday, Noli came to the rescue and gave me my very first brand new car. Thank you, Papa! It's a birthday I will not forget!
John in finance was also really cool! He has an easy laughter and a warm smile. He made sure we got the best bang for our buck... even if he wouldn't give me his desktop computer thing! haha! I'd also like to add that Dave Neyman-- such a sweet man! Thank you for singing to me!

Everytime I go in for service I am treated like an opportunity to make money and they don't even check my car or half the stuff I say I am having problems with. This last time, I was told I would have to pay a diagnostic fee on a problem that I have had since I bought my Hyundai (now only 13,000 miles and 2yrs old) if they found the problem is because of tire sensor being replaced.. Plus I had a bad break sensor and they ordered a new one and I still have not been called to get it replaced (almost a month now). It is not my responsibility to check in everyday to see if they have a part. To get a loner car is next to impossible and you have to return it with the same amount of fuel, but they used like 5 gallons from my car and didn't refill it to the same level. I had to ask and it was like I broke the law. They wont honor any of the services from United Hyundai (which closed). Also the last time I came in for service they took 6 cars behind me before they finally took care of my needs. Yeah I bet the sales department is just great (like United was when they sold me a car and a couple extra packages then closed 2 months later), they will kill to sell a car.

I always have a great experience coming here. The older gentleman that greets you at the front is always so nice. The rep at the service desk, Will, is always helpful and listens to my problems. He alway makes sure I understand what is going on and that I'm happy with the services. It's really changed my perception of going to the dealership for service.
Haggle store and do not allow them to put Simoniz on your car. They over charge you and claim it's good for the paint, when regular washing and waxing does the same thing.
