I love love love this store! I usually dread going...

I love love love this store! I usually dread going to get my cars serviced but Henderson Hyundai superstore makes it so easy. The entire service team is AMAZING! From my service advisor, William to the guys I dropped my keys off with, I received nothing but great customer service. I am by no means a car expert- but this team is informative and not in a condescending way like most other dealerships are. I definitely recommend going to this location if you need to have your car serviced or if you have any concerns with your vehicle.

Debbie, Chris, Selene and the manager James were all amazing. I had a 6
week totally defective "nightmare" oil change May 18, 2019 done at Meineke. I had my Santa Fe towed here and the service was honest, professional and courteous. They helped me resolve my Meineke issues also. I highly recommend this Hyundai dealership....1000%. They have me as long am I am in Nevada.

We recently got our second Hyundai at Henderson Hyundai Superstore. The people there are super friendly and helpful. We had our previous Hyundai serviced there a couple times and the service people were extremely courteous.

I highly recommend Henderson Hyundai, and I highly recommend Hyundai. I have been driving Hyundais since the end of 2010. They are well made and have never had one break down or leave me stranded. I was even pleasantly surprised to find out that our current Hyundai was built here, in the good old U. S. of A.

The guys here need to give people their space. If someone is upset you don't need some huge dude invading their personal space asking why they're upset. Just give people their keys when they pay and let them leave. Also don't lie to customers and tell them you're going to wash their car and don't wash it at all.

They hustle you for service , make me nervous going there. They tell you you need this and that to keep your warranty in a price service that doesn't say in warranty book that you need. Any body going there for service put some mark or inspect before and after the service, make sure they don't charge for nothing done.

First I will start by saying that I gave a down payment of 1000.00 in form of check, which was collected by 3rd party in January 2016. On may 31st I got a letter from the billing department stating that the debt was unpaid and they will seek legal action. This had been paid it took my wife over 1o phone calls to resolve this, all that was said was sorry miscommunication.

Every time I come in and have work done on my car I always ask for John, that ensures that I will get the most outstanding service that a person could give. John always goes above and beyond for all his customers especially me. The entire staff is extremely friendly and more than willing to help if you have any questions or need anything at all. This is the best dealership I ve ever been to and I would recommend it to all my friends and family!!!

Our entire experience with Henderson Hyundai was great from start to finish in our purchase of our new Santa Fe. The team worked hard to get us the car and model we desired. My husband and I are repeat customers and have always had the best customer service at Henderson Hyundai. Our salesman Haroon Ansary was extremely helpful! Daniel Ramirez worked hard to get us the car we really wanted and made sure we had every piece of the deal done from start to finish. Our finance manager John Tutino Jr. Was kind and helpful in getting the deal processed quickly. He explained everything in great detail and took care of all of our questions. We love our experience with Henderson Hyundai and continue to send friends and family to the dealer!

Gabriel...You are amazing my man. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for being so patient. A big thank you to our guy Fahim for "breaking your back" to make sure we were happy with EVERYTHING! I've never had this kind of experience at a car dealer before! The experience of buying in person was so much better than online...and I never thought that would be the case. The process was easy and they were friendly. Dave was really nice over the phone and in person. Hadi took over for Dave and explained the functions of the car. I can't remember the guys name I signed papers with but, he was really nice and explained everything well. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because I initially was told they had the 90 days delayed payment but, when at signing they told me it was only 45 days. Not a big deal really but, it was a selling point that interested me.

On to the car, the 2020 Sonata Limited....excellent. It really feels like a luxury vehicle without the luxury price.

We were shopping for a new SUV and debating between a few different brands. We have had several Hyundai's since 2005,2012.

What made us come back to Hyundai was the service that we have received from Bennie Pacheco over the years. He has provided us with excellent customer service,been professional and honest with us for many years. I can trust Bennie that my vehicle is safe and up to date on required maintenance. Nice to know you have such a great and caring person working for Hyundai! Our service since 2012 with Bennie has been Top Notch!

Chistopher Stanley was our salesman and was very good at listening to our needs and finding the right vehicle for us. The price was good and Chris was very accommodating to our requests. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service.

See these reviews? LISTEN TO THEM!!!! UNFORTUNATELY my new car broke down and it was towed there. What a terrible experience. Placed on hold for 30 minutes. Didn't look at my car for 3 days and I was without one because didn't know if it would covered or not even though I have been having this problem since mile 27 and it is well documented. Yeah... terrible terrible terrible!!!!
