I recently went to into Henderson Hyundai in hopes of purchasing a new vehicle. Upon walking up to the dealership I was approached by a salesmen named Kevin Kellow who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I plan to purchase the vehicle later this week and will for sure be purchasing it from Kevin.

These guys are amazing! Got myself in a bad situation with my 2015 and they did everything they could to save me money! Got me in a 2017 Elantra and saving hundreds a month! Ask for Ali! He's an awesome dude and takes time to go over everything!

Don't get any information from the online sales rep. She lies and tells you what you are looking for and price you want is absolutely available. When you get there it's FAR from possible! First they tried to get me to pay 250$ more than I wanted, then 100$. I walked out. I thought false advertising was illegal. SHADY PRACTICES!

Received a recall campaign from carfax and I calle...

Received a recall campaign from carfax and I called Henderson Hyundai earlier this week to fix my 2019 Tucson SE that can apparently catch on fire according to the recall. Long story short there is "no remedy" for it right now but they still managed to schedule my recall for today at 10am just for me to arrive for them to tell me that In person. Mind you I took time off from work and lost an hour or two when they should've never scheduled me. Horrible customer service with careless employees in their service dept. My service advisor told me "oh the reception lady probably scheduled you because of the campaign but didn't know the recall was not issued" I wouldn't have bothered even coming in if I knew that.

I'm surprised at these bad reviews. We take our 11-year old Santa Fe here for service and have no issues at all. Everyone is very nice and efficient. They don't push repairs on us that can wait. Perhaps the repairs take longer than some other places, but they're done well and not overly expensive. (No, I'm not an employee here.)

My 60,000 servicing took and hour and 45 minutes. I had no issues. The service valet met me as soon as I pulled up and I met my service agent who gave me an estimate of wait time and made sure I got estimate.

Daniel Mendez, a supposed to be sales manager has one of the worst customer service to offer that I've ever had a chance to experience.
I keep getting disappointed by most of the staff that only cares about closing a sale and it doesn't matter how their behavior makes the customer feel.

Anthony was a great sales person. Noticed he had received many reward for his hard work. I drove up kind of cranky because all the parking was taken by cars for sale. Anthony approached me while I was still in car and showed me that a spot would be open in just a moment. I wanted to see the 2018 Santa Fe. He guided us to a used 2017 Santa Fe with leather seats and all the latest technology stuff. Priced perfectly we took it out for a test drive and fell in love with it. We sat down and worked the deal. Definitely a clean place too. Well I can say I am happy with the whole experience. Thanks Anthony

A great experience with service writer Will. I took my car in for a safety recall inspection. He gave me a time for completion which was accurate and also provided me with a car wash which was much appreciated. This was only my second time visiting this location, but each time I was grateful for caring personnel who were interested in making each visit exceptional.

Unprofessional and rude. No communication between front desk and service department.Bought a Tucson and 2 days later the doors wouldnt open from the outside with my daughters in the car. Presed the unlock button a few more times and it opened other then the front passenger door. Called and spoke to them and took my info down for my service advisor. I called and left a message with him and never heard back. Got the run
around and never got a return call after months of messages and phone tag.Said they couldnt help me when I came in for an oil change. Was told I should of came down in person due to their negligence and unprofessionalism on the phones.

I came into this store to look around and determine what exactly I wanted in a new vehicle. Anas met me shortly after I arrived and helped me every step of the way. He walked me to all the vehicles I was considering that would meet my needs. He explained everything to me so I could make an informed decision. I left that day after telling him I was going to check out some other vehicles. He wasn t pushy at all. I went back to Henderson Hyundai to talk to Anas. He helped me get into the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. He has helped me with everything since then. Any questions he answers. He s even stayed in touch to make sure I like my purchase! Highly recommend Henderson Hyundai and Anas!!!

It's pretty disappointing if that's the case. We spend thousands of dollars, only to have our personal info sold for a few bucks?

DO NO LEASE A CAR FROM THEM!!!!!! They will say anything to sell a car to you, I was lied to during the sales process by 2 reps when at their request to turn in my lease early they hook you by saying there will be no prepayment penalties, excess mileage and no wear and tear to turn in the Car early just come in and they can upgrade me to the bigger model with no money down was there sales pitch. Now I am stuck with a 1,400.00 bill that they said I would not receive during signing and now am being forced to pay. I believe they just want to make the sale at any cost BE CAREFUL! When I called and confronted them JASON in the lease return said he would go to bat for me and talk to the owner to make it right and he never responded to me, I received a bill 3 weeks later from a creditor , I called him back again and he stated give him a day to address the issue 4 days later no call ....... They just lost a customer and the rest of my family who bought from them. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

I can t believe what is happening right now.

PLEASE READE BEFORE BUYING!

My husband took my car to service on Friday 3/8 to be service. He was upset because they told him that he would have to pay for issue to be checked when it was suppose to have been under warranty.

So while my husband was their, he wrote a review on Google and being truthful. Unlike what their General Manager Don Marino was saying.

Out of RETALIATION , they stole my keys off the key ring and gave my husband the car key back only. They claimed they have no use for it. But they do know how important it is when you don t have your house key and mailbox key.

As I am six months pregnant, I have to come home and wait for someone to let me in.
I can t believe they would go this far to hurt us because of a bad Google review but was honestly true.

I urge you to find another dealership that has better professional etiquette.

As for Don Marino response to his review which you will see. He is correct that we didn t buy the car there, but our vehicle that we bought is a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe and had to be taken to a Hyundai dealership.

Just because we didn t buy the car there doesn t mean you could treat us this way. My husband has been looking through the car constantly to make sure he missed a spot but the keys are nowhere to be found.

Believe me people, the keys were not lost, they were purposely stolen. They were suppose to check their cameras to see who took the keys. They have chosen not to contact us or return our phone calls.

Only thing we could do now is file a police report for theft.

Just like husband has said before.

DO NOT BUY FROM HENDERSON HYUNDAI!

I got a great deal. Anthony was 5 stars all the way. However, We were about to close the deal when some bald guy came over and started insulting my intelligence (making up laws, poor logic, condescending tones, etc.) I almost walked out, but It felt wrong after all Anthony had already done on the deal. Again I got a great deal, 20% below blue book, and Anthony is work working with. Just avoid the bald skinny guy.

Service department and finance manager are both extremely helpful. They do what they can to help and even go out of their way sometimes

I was in the dealership on Tuesday 1/14 for 45,000 mile checkup. Bennie P. made sure that I got all discounts available and service even caught a tire sidewall problem due to wear.

I was at the dealership again on Thursday September 10, 2020 for 55,680 lube and oil change and again Bennie P. went out of his way to give me alternatives to choose for the next visit. Unfortunately it will be an expensive visit due to what needs to be done at 60,000 miles.

I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever ever. The customer service and the professionalism is not up to par. I bought my car two weeks ago and I have had problems like no tomorrow. When I bring it into service they always have a problem with the vehicle and take up to three days to get it fix. The only service advisor I recommend is Debra, she is thorough, has excellent customer service and has attention to detail. My last time I got my car serviced was with Jared and he is HORRIBLE. He gave me my vehicle back completely dirty and never updated me with the problems of my vehicle nor the time frame until I had to call over four times. I am in absolute disgust with this dealership.

They tried to rip me off by giving me this "60,000 mile" deal. Most of the items that were included in the service already had been done to my car (battery change, cabin filter replaced). In addition to trying to charge me $579 so they can do some redundant tasks they returned my vehicle and didn't let me know that my brakes were shot and my tires were just about bald. They were professional and the building was clean, but they truly don't care about safety as much as they care about money.

I've bought 2 cars from here, one brand new and one used. I love this place, everyone is so nice! I can't remember my first salesman name but my recent salesman davion was great! He found me a nice car and worked with me. The whole staff tries to make everything smooth from choosing a car to getting financed. I've had decent credit to troubled credit and they were able to help in both situations. I would highly recommend this center.

I was screwed by their Finance Dept. I agreed to $429 for 60 months but I when I returned to sign the paper work, they had switched the terms without telling me (Bait and switch tactic).
When I reviewed the paper work at home I noticed they had me signed the paper work for $429 for 75 months.
I got a call from Nick the finance manager after seen my review, he told me that he would call me Monday, but he never called me back and that was 5 months ago.
Henderson Hyundai Superstore you can scratch me off your future victim list, I refused to be a victim again.
To future customers, is not the sale advisor who going to screw you is the finance department because of their deceiving tricks.
They will make feel at home, you will hear the sad stories about they re not making any money because of the competition, but just look around their lot.

As always, Mr. Benny Pacheco goes over and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of regarding my car. He keeps me posted, fixes recalls, washes my car and gets me out in a timely manner. I am always satisfied with my experiences at the Superstore!

I went to Henderson Hyundai a couple of years ago and things were NOT good. Recently I returned for another try. I found everything different, new service manager and I got a new service advisor Jared and he is very helpful. I would highly recommend them. Customer service is becoming a lost art these days, but these guys have it going on. Great place.

Awful service center. Damaged more then they fixed, and was a nightmare to deal with. Will never recommend them to anyone again. The customer service throughout this whole ordeal was abysmal. I am now out 200+ because they can't do a simple repair. They didn't even tell me about the damage until after the car was returned. Both service manager's act like you are trying to inconvenience them by having their service reps actually complete the work that you paid them for. Use another dealer, this one will manage to just scam you.

Stay away from a man named Carlos who is some sort of manager and Buys cars he wears an all white long sleeve shirt. The guy looks like he came right from the penitentiary.Horrible customer service rushing me and acting very, very rude. I don't know who hired this man, but someone must of done a phone interview with no show to hire someone like that. Big bosses should review this guy he's not someone I would trust buying a car from or selling/trading my car. I'm being honest as long as he's working there I won't ever step foot at that dealership he looks like a gangster and with that messed up attitude huge liability. Tough guy attitude never lasts matter of time he's going to set the tone wrong to the wrong person.

Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! After a horrible experience and wasting 2 days at ABC Hyundai, I decided to go to Henderson Hyundai to see if the situation would be the same. I found that my experience was totally opposite.

I met my salesman Chris Stanley while walking to the door as he greeted me and my son with a smile and a no pressure attitude. From the start he was very kind, patient and concerned in regards to my needs. I briefly explained my situation, the criteria in which I had planned to stick to and was pleasantly surprised with the no haggle, no back and forth a thousand times to make better deals situation. It was a one and done deal, after being offered such a great deal i took a day to talk it over with my wife. I called Chris to take some time to go down and speak with him to have a few more questions answered. I was shocked to find he found a model with more options and the same amazing deal. The finance dept was able to grab a super awesome interest rate and Boom!!! The deal was done, I rang the gong, signed the papers and never once felt pressured. We joked around, laughed and had a little time to banter about our football teams. Chris was amazing and I recommend everyone looking for a car to go see him. I cant say enough to express how awesome my experience was.

Thank you Henderson Hyundai and a big thank you to Chris Stanley for his amazing personality and no pressure attitude.
