Due to an unfortunate accident, I ended up here buying a new car exactly a year later (what can I say? I love my Hyundais). After last years experience with Eddie, spending 5 hours in a dealership was something I wasn't looking forward to again. Luckily, I got the pleasure of dealing with Seth. He was very professional and did what he could to make me happy. The car I was looking for wasn't at the dealership, but we were able to get one from a surrounding state. There was a slight misunderstanding with there being a charge to bring it in, but he catered to my very anxious needs of wanting to know where it was and when to expect it. He made sure my car was in tip top shape when I got it and made sure I knew what the car was about. The front windows weren't tinted (due to an out of state law) and there were more miles on it than I thought there would be, but all stuff out of Seth's control. I appreciate the care he showed me and DEFINITELY made my experience a better one. THANKS SETH!

This is the best Hundai dealership in all of Las Vegas. I have gone to other Hyundai dealers and received horrible customer service. I have been coming to this dealership for 2 years and couldn't be happier with the service that is provided to me. Deborah has been there to listen to the nightmares I have had with my vehicle. Great experience! ! I was actually dreading looking at new cars. I always felt like the salesman were vultures trying to pick your bones. I had a wonderful experience with Bruce as our salesman. He didn't try to push me and was honest about amenities on the cars. It was a rather long process but I don't believe it was his fault. He was waiting on financial Dept to bring us to office to sign. I bought last car at planet hyundai and never again. We drove to the other side of city because of reviews at Henderson Hyundai and they met our expectations.

Ask for Casey Mckenna! He was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. It was my first time buying a car, which can be very intimidating but everyone on the staff took excellent care of us! They were able to negotiate an amazing deal and meet me at my asking price with a trade in vehicle. I never felt pressured into the deal. They even threw in dmv registration and window tinting!! :) LOVE MY NEW CAR!! THANK YOU!!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a car. They'll take care of you!

Took our car in for service and they broke my door. Told me it s no longer under warranty so now I got to pay for it. Told the manager about it and he told me he s not going to fix the car due to it being 7 years old. Pretty messed up to me. Will not go back and will not buy anymore vehicles from this Henderson Hyundai superstore on boulder highway. Horrible way to treat your paying customers. Wish I could give no stars.

Eugene was wonderful in helping us find our vehicle. He understood our time constraints and was empathetic. He also hustled more than anyone I have ever seen. I saw him running several times in order to expedite our visit. When we finished signing paperwork, he was right there to open the door and get us to the car and on our way. That kind of dedication and work ethic is a rarity in today's day and age. On top of that he was polite, sociable and very observant. I just wanted to say a word about a gentleman that works in the service department. I believe his job title is Porter, who greets you at the service department outside. His name is Delfino. He is such a sweet man. He always has a smile on his face when I go there, and works very hard. I can tell. I hope you guys pay him well, because he deserves it. Please let him know what a great job he does, and how he always brightens my day whenever I get my car serviced there.

They have the worst customer service. Made an appointment for 30K maintenance check up at 12PM. Pulled up to service valet and no one came to my car. I went inside and asked if I should waiting inside or outside. The lady said they're supposed to come out but its too hot. (Someone always would go up to my car when I would go in for oil changes but ok.) Made an appt with a specific advisor because I don't like some of them. She turned me away and over to one of the advisors I didn't like. Wait time said it would be done at 1:45-2pm (says on the receipt also.) At 2:15, I went up to the advisor, and he said it'll be done in 5 mins and he'll come and get me. A totally different advisor called me up at 2:45. Paid at the cashier and she gave me the wrong keys! Told me to go to "that advisor's desk." I told her idk where his desk is. Called him on the intercom. That advisor did not respond to it. So I followed her to the guy's desk and gave me the right set of keys. Left at 2:55.

Has happened at least 10 times. I dread going here. I want to trade in my car somewhere else just so I don't have to go here.

The salesmen are slimy & the service is terrible! It took over a week to buy my car & in the end I'm not happy with my purchase.

Because of lack of communication, whenever something went wrong I had 3 different people calling to tell me, not realizing I had already spoken to someone to clear it up.

What's worse is now that I have the car, every time I call to speak to someone in service or parts they're always rude & give me serious attitude!

Noli was absolutely AMAZING!! Not only did he get me a new car, but he got my sister and her husband a new car also! He was so fun and easy to talk to. He didn't make things seem like he just wanted to sell a car to make his quota for the month. He listened and joked around with us. We all were so happy and pleased with how much Noli helped us all out! He went WAY above and beyond and made us feel like we could trust him...and we did!!!! I highly recommend Henderson Hyundai the the staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home. Every time somebody greeted myself, my husband or my daughter they always had a smile on their face , it was visible even though their masks. Our family has purchased a total of 3 cars from Henderson Hyundai, there is no high-pressure sales pitch you get the overall sense of the the staff going out of your way to make sure you're comfortable in your decision. I would not hesitate and going back to Henderson Hyundai. Fahim was our sales associate, he was very gracious and helpful. The Sale manager Gabriel did an amazing job in getting our monthly payment were we were comfortable. We went to a Honda dealership a few months earlier just to browse and it was a very uncomfortable visit, needless to say we did not go back there. I am so glad we found Henderson Hyundai and I will recommend it to everybody I know.

Customer service here has SIGNIFICANTLY improved since the last time I was here. The sales staff helped me resolve a somewhat complicated problem, and while the final deal could have been better, so far it is the best solution. Overall, given the difficulty trading two relatively new vehicles in for an even newer one--my experience was excellent. I have my fingers crossed that they will be able to lower my interest rate, but we'll see.

Last Saturday, my husband & I go in to look at a 2011 Scion. The sales guy was literally standing at the entrance and waived us in. When we walked inside it was the same old spiel. However, the allure of owning a car only 1 year old when I'd only ever owned cars 4yrs old or older was high. "Well, maybe, let me check with my manager..." an hour & 1/2 later we tell them look, give us this & we'll sign right now. They said no. We left.

Monday - the salesman Ali calls me three times. The 3rd time I thought it was a work call so I answered it. I tell him I found an older model that I like better and that I'm not really in love with the car anyway. He proceeds to talk... long story short after another phone call & a few texts, he agrees to give us the price we asked for on Saturday as well as match my trade-in price that another dealership gave us. So I said I'd come in after class and sign.

I drive 30 miles (one way!!!!) down to the dealership, take another test drive of the car & waste another 45 minutes in which Ali tells me that he can't match the trade-in price. I told him that's not what he said in his text & that's the reason I drove all the way down here so if he can't give me that then thank you for wasting my time, give me my keys back and good day. He disappears for a few & another guy comes over to talk to me. I tell him the same thing multiple times - "I drove all the way down here because Ali told me he could give me that deal and if he can't then that's all. I don't want to bargain, I want the deal that he promised me."

I went down the street and bought an older model (2008) TC from Carmax.

What an awesome experience I received from Henderson Hyundai and my sales guy Anas Ghafoory! When I walked in they were super busy, but Anas came right over greeted me with a smile and offered me a bottle of water. Said he would be right back to help me and within a few min he returned. He was friendly, helpful and patient and I could tell it was genuine....I could tell his #1 goal was getting me into the vehicle I wanted and making sure I was happy with my decision and the service he was providing. He wasn't just "trying to making a sale" which I really appreciated. On the test drive, Anas explained all the options of my 2019 Tucson and when I purchased my vehicle he took the time to help me get my personalized settings set in my vehicle, and explained Apple Car Play in detail. I've bought several cars over the last 10 years, but this Henderson Hyundai car buying experience exceeded my expectations. I had always heard that Hyundai is a great brand, top of the line when it comes to safety ratings and just overall reliable well-built vehicles. I admit its my first Hyundai but certainly not my last. I'm so excited that I bought a Hyundai, but I am even more thrilled (and appreciative) that I had such an awesome and knowledgeable salesperson!!!! Anas YOU ROCK!!!!!

I was looking for a used car and back in early November of 2011 I was helped by Allen and sergio looking and bought a 2006 Hyundai Sonota. For a very resonable price even though I had to put down a large down payment and high interest it wasn't there fault it was mine lol but they were great through the entire process they took care of everything over the phone with me so all I had to do was come in and sign the papers 40min in and out they even picked me up from my house to go to the dealership. And I got the warrenty added on to the vehicle. For $70 more a year it wasn't too bad I just like to have the extra security even though they told me I didn't need it, it was very thoughtful of them they were not pushing anything on me at all but best of all they remind me if things I need to get done for my car or new offers it was a pleasent experiance. Thank you Henderson Hyundai TEAM .

A light had been on my vehicle for 2+ years that indicated a airbag malfunction. I had questioned prior service centers both Hyundai branded and non Hyundai ones about it. They said it was a computer error and not to worry. At this visit your team called me and informed that in fact due to that malfunction my airbags are not functional. Thankfully this error was covered under an extended warranty and they were able to repair the issue. Thanks to the team at this location I am now driving a safe vehicle again. Thankfully nothing went wrong in the past years that would have required the air bags, but it's scary to know that if it had I might not be around to have it fixed now. Huge thank you to this team! You're amazing and I'll definitely be back!!

I had an issue with an extended warranty, but was very impressed that the management team at Henderson Hyundai responded quickly and productively to remedy the situation. I greatly appreciate the attention and service that we have received over the five years that we have owned our vehicle, having purchased it in 2015 at the Henderson store. We have received consistently gracious and competent service from our adviser, Bennie Pacheco, someone who has come to know the history on our car very well. Even the fact that he has so consistently been our adviser says a lot about the quality of the service department.
Bottom line: In this world of seemingly short-term, churning relationships, this is one company that clearly believes in maintaining a long-term, positive relationship with their customers, and I greatly admire that!

Don't waste your time. Lied to me just to get me in the door. UPDATE PER RESPONSE. They/You hardly looked at the vehicle and told me it was in great shape. You offered me $400 as your top offer. Your paperwork (which I still have) even says it. I took my car to another dealership and got what I was told over the phone you would offer me. I told you I did not want to drive all the way to your location only to be low bald and you insured me I would probably get more then the KBB offer. The $802 and $900 is another lie because I told the guy I would take $550 and he rejected that again saying $400 was the best. So yes you do lie!!!

I walked away thinking I did alright. Happy with my purchase. It wasn't until i slept on it and woke up the next day that I realized what a fool i had been. Bait and switched twice on the car. The one i ended up with didn't have the things i had agreed to pay for. and their attempts to make it better were laughable. The car itself is great. Nothing bad to say about it, but boy do i feel like i need a shower from all the working over i got.

***Update*** After posting my review and also reviewing on another site, the service manager from Henderson Hyundai called me to apologize and offered compensation. Because of this I have changed my opinion and now again recommend Henderson Hyundai as they clearly will respond and do the right thing when a customer has been wronged.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I scheduled an oil change appointment for Saturday 3/3/18. I had been having issues with one of my tires as well and had a slow leak so I planned on having that looked at the same day. When I got there Saturday 3/3/18 I explained to them about my tire and they also mentioned the recall procedure that needed to be done. After about an hour and a half the person who was in charge of my appointment calls me to tell me that I had a small nail and small hole in my tire. He told me they could patch it but also recommended that I get 2 new tires because the tread was worn on 2 he said. I told him I would go with the patch for now and then I would be back to replace the 2 tires. He said okay and that he would get it patched. Another 2 hours go by and my car was done. I was told that my tire had been patched. I had to pay $29.66 for the patch. I set up an appointment for 2 weeks later to replace my tires. So, later that evening around 6pm Saturday 3/3/18 I get on the highway, as I'm accelerating I get to about 50MPH and my anti-skid light comes on and stays on. I can't accelerate or do ANYTHING. Not really sure what was going on all I could do was take my foot off the gas and hope no one slams into the back of me. I get down to about 35mph, on the highway and head towards an exit. After I get down to about 25mph the light goes off and I can accelerate again. I drive home hoping I would have no more issues. Next morning my tire is flat!!! Luckily tire works is open Sunday. I have them give me air and the guy also told me my tires were over inflated to 45psi. Monday morning, today 3/5/18 my tire light was on once again and my tire is going flat. Obviously i'm pretty upset as this put my life in danger when I was on the highway since they didn't properly patch my tire, also I had to call my job to tell them I'd be late. I get to Henderson Hyundai and explain the issue and told them I didn't have another 3 hours and need this fixed. There was no priority put on my issue. An hour and half later, the guy comes and tells me they can't patch it and I needed to replace it. If this was the case why did they tell me they'd patch it Saturday!!!! Was this the plan to have me come back Monday to pay for a replacement? The only thing I was offered was to deduct what I had already paid for the patch! The faulty patch they didn't even do correctly which put my life at risk! And on top I had to spend another 2 1/2 hours waiting! Terrible terrible service and to only offer me to deduct the $29 I paid for their faulty work is ridiculous. Beware when you have work done here. Also, anytime I have EVER done an oil change it's a minimum of 2 hours waiting even with your appointment. I'm done doing any service with Henderson Hyundai.

I bought a Hyundai Ellantra in 2013. First they told me after 1 year of on time payment I can re-finance the car with them. I go in year later, and they state they do not do refinancing.
Lie #2: The LIFETIME oil changes is a LIE. The ONLY way you get this is if you get ALL your maint DONE THERE! If you take your care somewhere else to say get your 15k maint done, you NO LONGER WILL GET THE Oil changes. No where does it stipulate that!
Lie #3: I had my battery replaced July 2013, it was STILL under warrenty. My battery just died, not even 2 years later. THEY WILL NOT replace it due to my CAR has EXCEEDED the milage warrenty. Now does batteries not go by YEAR warrenties? Well apparently, if you replace an item that is under warrenty, you NO LONGER have a warrenty ON that part!
The car is good, the company BLOWS, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Go to Planet Hyundai, they are much better and friendlier. I have had experience with them, so I know
