The following is an overview of my experience here...

The following is an overview of my experience here that involves negligence that resulted in my wife and newborn going without air conditioning this summer until August.

First time buyer from a Dealership. Purchase of a 2006 Sonata in Jan. 2013 for my expecting wife. Overall a bad experience. Cars are overpriced; salesmen are all about selling a car to maximize your spending. This one sided deal ership pushes cars that they deem are quality cars so that they can put their focus on the quality while trying to get you, the customer, to spend more money. (The unstated deal here is, a supposedly nice car for lots for whatever you can afford) Give them a budget and they ll be sure to try to maximize your financial loss. I believe that this is a financially respectable business model on their part but don t let it catch you of guard into spending more than you should. I have dealt with 3 sales managers; 2 of which I can pin actions to which I disagree greatly with and I feel bring dishonor to the company.

For example. Don't expect them to follow through on their word with price (agreed to KBB price of $6200 but ended up gouging me more with a $500 paperwork fee (it is less than $40 in CA) and $800 cleaning fee which should have been included in the KBB price, then tax was added to the total) or other extras such as keys (gave us 2 extra keys that don't start the car) and rubber floormats (they delivered carpeted ones a week later and wouldn't work with me for to get the rubber ones we agreed one but settled with giving me an extra thin plastic set) and key-less entry systems (had to fight for more than a month to get these and only after more problems caused me to come back and be more forceful.

In order to get me to sign the papers and agree to purchase this car, I was promised that all problems that I found with the car within 30 days of the purchase would be fixed. That list has largely been left unfixed: chipped windshield, clunky transmission, missing right side view mirror cosmetic piece, and rust to doors. At least the middle passenger A/C vent was fixed promptly but the A/C leaked freon and was weak from the start. Adding freon was a temporary fix. At least it was cool in February. But as time went on, the lack of A/C prodded harder for a resolution.

Salesmen are polite and will ask how the car is but don't want to hear that things are wrong or do anything about it when you persist. I said the A/C is weak but it took until Aug 3 for them to get our car's A/C fixed. The Sale's department still didn't own up to the deal of fixing any problem reported within 30 days and refused to fix it. The only saving employee there was Tyrees from the customer service dept who prevented/postponed a lawsuit by eventually fixing this A/C the correct way.

The first time they tried to fix the A/C, my wife and newborn were left without a car for a week. Extra work had to be done to travel to work. We were happy and hopeful that they would finally have a car that has A/C (mind you, my car had no a/c either but I was dealing with it as I had for the past 2 years). They said they would get back with us in one to two days. It turned out to take them more than a week to replace an o-ring that didn't solve the A/C issue but they managed to break our ignition and needed to replace the ignition and keys. So now we have 3 different keys for the car (door, ignition and trunk).

After determining there was still an A/C problem and bringing this back to their attention, the Sales department didn't want to fix it because they claimed they had.
Eventually they invited us in for a trade but that eventually just added insult to the injury they caused. I don't think I will ever recommend this place again. Feel free to contact me about suggestions or questions about details.

I took my Hyundai Tucson in to this dealership because I was having trouble with one of my break lights only working intermittently. There was an older Hispanic man that was incredibly nice and welcoming as I dropped off my vehicle. I wish I would have caught his name because his customer service really wowed me. After I checked my car in I sat outside waiting for my ride and this man was running everywhere relaying vehicles and welcoming customers. He said hi to everyone, opened doors for people, and asked if he could help everyone. He was working at the service valet. Everyone else was also nice and professional. My car was under warranty and was fixed in about an hour. I picked it up and went on my way. Great experience.

Robert Scopoulis went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for me and help me get a good deal on financing. He also took time going over everything on the car to make sure I knew how everything worked before I left the dealership.

The Sales man who helped us all the way through our experience Name Was Noli. He was the most pleasant person in sales we have met in many years. This is our 4th Hyundai over the years. Noli met us as we got out of our other Hyundai and took us inside sat with us talking about the car we wanted. He went over and above the call for duty. He brought us water and never left us alone until we went to the finance dept. Noli made sure it was detailed just right before he gave it to us. I highly refer anyone to Noli and the depts that had to put the deal together. This Store is Awesome!

I am changing my review of my experience and outcome of my purchase at Henderson Hyundai. When I posted the previous one I was exhausted. I LOVE my car. My payment is high, but that's due to my situation. Robert and Vito made a Miracle happen for us and I am very grateful. It took a lot of time but they patiently negotiated a deal for us when nobody else would. I have a brand new car and I didn't even consider it. I apologize for my previous post and THANK YOU TO HENDERSON HYUNDAI (and Dave Neyman and the million phone calls and re-assuring texts he answered from me!) If they could help me they can help anyone.

Went in looking for a new first car for my nephew and couldnt be happier. My sales guy Josh Rosa showed us a few cars and was as honest and up front as could be. He asked what type of vehicle we were looking for and guided us through the inventory and kept our eyes on what WE wanted and not what he wanted to sell. The financing on a lease was very competitive...so much so that another dealership couldn't believe it and agreed even they would take a car from Hyundai on the terms we got. Never shopped at a Hyundai before but overall I am impressed with the vehicles and recommend giong there when shopping for a car.

My experience at Hyundai Henderson exceeded all of my expectations. Jamal was very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot and was professional, thorough, friendly, and honest. I felt he went above and beyond to meet my specific needs in buying a car instead of just selling me a car. I am recommending he and Hyundai Henderson to any of my friends that are in need of buying a car. A genuine person overall. As a female its always to go out and buy a car on your own but I can now rest easy knowing I got a good deal.

I've been buying cars from Henderson Hyundai since 2011. Every experience I've had was great. My most recent visit I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster turbo and a 2014 Mercedes Benz C250. Davion a very talented salesman and the finance staff did everything they could to get me the best deal on both cars. The process was quick, but very detailed. For any first time buyers out there, Henderson Hyundai is the place to go. So I just want to say thanks again to the staff for another spectacular experience!!

We had Henderson Hyundai check our daughter's 2003 Sonata, because we feel it's time for a new car for her. We wanted to weigh our options; repair vs. new. The team was extremely patient explaining the repairs needed, and helped compare the trade-in, to new options and specials. Though we will be trading in the old car, for a newer one, we never felt pressure to lean one way or another. They were upfront, honest and patient showing us the options. Would def recommend for our family and friends to check out. We missed John Ackerman ( our regular service tech), but found Deborah to be just as friendly and efficient. :)

I left my car to have a noise that I heard when I started it that morning. I received a call advising that it would be covered by my warranty and I could leave it to be repaired, that it could be finished by the end of the day. Since it would only take a day, I wouldn't need a rental. The car wasn't finished the next day and the service agent wasn't working. But I didn't know that she was out when I called her extension and left a message on her voice mail. I had my son drive me down before closing and found the status of the repair and called the next day to be told that it would be finished shortly. When she called, I was told that I would have to sign an approval for the warranty company so that the dealership could be paid. It took nearly 2-1/2 hours and I was finally able to leave with my car.

I understand that a repair time is just an estimate, but because I was given the service agents extension, the message I left wasn't received for an additional day. I should have been made aware that she would be off the next day and I could have asked for someone else to relate my information in her place. I made a couple of extra trips as a result, but I am most satisfied with the results and the service agent was extremely pleasant.

The Service Department at Henderson Hyundai, in particular the support provided by John Ackerman was spectacular. My Equus had an electrical failure in western Arizona and was towed on a Saturday to Henderson Hyundai. They set me up with a loaner and made sure I had accommodations and made the necessary repairs keeping me apprised of the progress along the way. Kudos to the professionalism and concern exhibited by the Henderson Hyundai staff.

I have to say I had the best car buying experience of my life at Henderson Hyundai. Thanks to a family friend as well as her car salesman Ali which she bought cars from for the past 10 years. I have bad credit but that didnt stop Ali from getting me into the car that i wanted. He worked with my budget and thankfully i have a good job to help with that. He made me feel comfortable like i was apart of his family and even invited me to his family bbq. He took his time and didnt rush anything and he jumped through hoops just to get my interest rate down from what i used have of 29% from a second car dealership which was ripping me off to an interest rate of 11.8% which is still a little high for some people, but since i have bad credit it was a god send. I know this might not be the same for everyone, but i am very grateful for him and his friend in the finance department Omar. Thank you both for the incredible service and everyone at the Henderson Hyundai Team that helped me get into the car i wanted! I am a very happy customer and hope to buy more cars from you in the future. I am now a pround owner of a brand new 2016 Hyundai Veloster. You guys went above and beyond the service level i had expected.

Review is solely for the service department. Had issues with my car while on a long road trip. Upon arrival, I felt the service person I was speaking with was very condescending. I did not feel as though he was listening to what I was saying, and I felt like he was rude towards me. I understand "policy is policy," but they wanted to charge $140 ish for a full diagnostics to bring it in - and this issue does not throw codes that would have been picked up. I just had a deep diagnostic run on it the day before, with nothing showing. Honestly, I would have just paid it just to get my car in because that is their policy, they have reasons for it, so there's honestly nothing you can do at that point. I remembered an issue / recall with this in the past with my car getting fixed, and he asked if I had it fixed there. I said no, and he appeared exasperated by this. I 100% feel as though he didn't believe anything I was saying, and I felt as though I was annoying him.

I had to keep calling my dad to ask questions that he asked me, come back, rely the information, just to have him ask more questions and make another call. I asked if he would talk to him directly (could have given him the # to call, or put it on speaker if he felt uncomfortable touching a phone due to COVID) but he refused. The information we were trying to rely was from the Hyundai service training center in Illinois - from one of the head mechanics.

At one point, a different knowledgeable service person stepped in and spoke with me, got my VIN, and looked up the various bulletins about it. Had I spoken to her from the start, perhaps my experience would be different, but I felt the person I originally spoke with was condescending, rude, and dismissive, and I ultimately felt uncomfortable, so I decided to leave and spend money to get this fixed elsewhere.

My review is 100% about how I felt. Although not happy about it, I would have been willing to pay for a diagnostic test to be run, but in the end I chose to leave due to how I felt.

Horrible experience with this dealership service department. I paid for a service to be completed ($575) and was told to drop the car off after the holiday two days later when the part arrived. However I never received a call and after I called magically the part arrived 10 minutes prior according to (Will). I was put in a loaner and told the car would be fixed by Monday. However I get a call from James Hantle (manager) who told me there was a mistake on their end with a mis quote and that I needed to pay an extra $900 to get car fixed. Manager offered me a 150 dollar discount and said I should be happy about it and to "ask anyone on the street for $150" and they wouldn't give it to me. I am put in a huge jam because of the unprofessionalisim and incompetent workers that are servicing the vehicles. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE GUYS FOR SERVICE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! I am contacting my lawyer because of what they putting me through after I signed and paid for a service to be completed. UNFAIR!

Jyra, our sales representative, was very thorough with first trading our 2012 Sonata and second in the purchase of the 2015 Tucson. He answered all questions we had during both test-driving and selecting the vehicle we wanted. He was very accommodating to any questions we had with vehicles and painstakingly showed us the "bells and whistles" of our new purchase. Joe, in the contract financing, was thorough in explaining contract and additional terms and bonuses, etc. considering all rebates we are entitled. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests. Very professional and friendly. If I were to do a rating on these men and our experience, once again with Henderson Hyundai Superstore, it would be a definite "10".

My salesman Robert was very helpful and gave me great service. Even called to follow up with me a few times after buying the car. This was my second car purchased here. The service department is always efficient too. I do wish that they gave me more than one oil change with my purchase.
