NOLI was our salesman. He was very informative with no pressure. He has followed up with us many times with phone calls and even sent a thank you letter. Hopefully he is still at henderson hyundai in 3 years as we would love to make another deal when our lease is over.

Unlike the other Hyundai dealerships, this one will not take a walkin appointment on the weekend. This is not on their website anywhere, and they should make their customers aware when they offer a service level that is not at the same level as other dealerships in the area. I just wanted an oil change and quick check for a coolant leak. They did not appear interested in any of the warranty work i wanted done.

Not very happy about my service today. I came in the afternoon and was told that they were too busy and to come back at 5. I came back at 4:45 and I was told there was no one to wash my car and that everybody had gone home. I came back when I was told to come back. Somebody did find someone to wash my car. Incidentally, this happened once before. I didn't know I needed to make an appointment to get a car wash!

Brought out Santa Fe in for its 7500 mile checkup. Service department was outstanding in the way they treated us and with how fast they were in completing the services needed. They included a computer update/recall in as well. Highly recommend Henderson Hyundai Service Department.
We love our 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate and will buy our next vehicle here as well.
I dealt with Bruce Boisvert on the trade in of an Elantra I bought from him 2 years ago. I called him ahead of time to let him know I was coming back and he was there waiting. Told him what I wanted and was looking for and Bruce made it happen. Bruce is upfront, honest and reliable. Great experience with Bruce until the moment I drove off the lot. The finance guy Ali was super nice until the moment I told him I wasn't interested in purchasing anything extra by way of coverage or protection, I just had a budget and I couldn't go over it. His demeanor completely changed as soon as that happen, I know its his job to up sell but its my job to be able to afford my payment. Otherwise it was wonderful experience with Bruce, I would definitely go back to him again and send anyone his way.
Excellent customer service. I bought my car from another Hyundai dealer here in town and vowed NEVER to step foot back on their lot. Luckily I found Henderson Hyundai and I could not be happier. They make an otherwise inconvenient process pretty painless. They repaired things on my car that I thought would be my responsibility but in fact were covered! They had my car for over a week, provided a loaner and addressed every single issue and did a detailed service as well. They alerted me to a coupon I had overlooked and saved me almost $60.00! Had to get my 2015 Genesis 5.0 worked on yesterday, and found out that I still had the manufacturer's warranty left. Very friendly service. They took care of me and the problem, and then washed the car before returning it. Definitely going back if I need service.

Disaster to Delight.
Driving from Phoecnix to Las Vegas my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited with 26K miles refused to start in Kingman at 6pm Friday night.
Kingman Hyundai was closed when the car did start 15 minutes later but the hybrid system wasnt working. Limped the car into Henderson Hyundai by 8:30pm, 30 minutes before they closed.
Henderson's service was working Saturday and were extremely helpful in helping me ensure the car would be seen 1st thing in the am and Seth Servin, Genesis Experience Manager, went to the extreme and asked his manager if I could borrow a car to get to the Vegas hotel and return in the am. To my surprise and delight, he returned with a new Genesis G80 with a full tank of gas and patience to answer any questions I might have.
The next morning Seth spent the morning test driving 4 other Genesis cars with me while Bennie Pacheco in Service was fixing my Sonata's problem under warrant. The Sonata was repaired even having to pickup the new part at the other Hyndai dealer in the valley.
Kudos to Genesis of Henderson and Hyundai of Henderson for turning around what would have surely been a disaster into an absolutely delightful experience visiting and doing business with this dealership. I look forward to returning and purchasing one of those Genesis cars one day.

It was easy to make an appointment for service to our car life time oil change. Customer service was very good, everyone was nice n the job was done quickly, we also has a switch put on in the car trunk that was needed months ago. Will make another appointments soon for a 60,000 miles check.
This is the 2nd Brand New vehicle I have purchased from Henderson Hyundai. They have always treated me fairly and with respect, it certainly doesn t hurt that I am a fan if the Santa Fe. This new one is a 2019 and IMO the nicest model they have ever made.

My Sonata had engine issues and wasn't driveable anymore, I made a call to hyundai and was very surprised that it was covered under warranty. I got my vehicle towed to the shop and was put in a loaner until my car was serviced. I had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Manager William Collier he was nothing short of amazing when it came to communication and the status of my vehicle repair. THE TEAM here rocks and even did more repairs than expected. I will be back for any future maintenance!
Purchased a vehicle on December 5th. Upon arriving home that day I noticed a ton of condensation and moisture inside my front headlamp. Figured it would not be a big deal, and when picking up my white slip later in the week I brought up the concern. Being a certified preowned vehicle, I was assured it would be an easy fix. The week before Christmas I went in and they clarified what exact part they would need to order and that they would call me when it arrives. About two weeks after new years, I had not heard from them. I call looking for answers and just get that it should come in the upcoming Monday. Considering the lack of communication, and the feeling that they hadnt actually ordered the part yet I called two weeks ago wanting to clarify whether or not it had arrived. The man I talked to seemed to imply that there is no record of whether or not my part was in. When he asked who I was dealing with specifically I told him Deborah, he transferred me to her with no answer. I left a message inquiring if the part arrived or not. After waiting a week with no answer I called back. Spoke to somebody else who once again seemed to find zero information about my part, transferred me to Deborah and once again no answer. I bought this car December 5th, and still have not got any clarification on if the part is in or not. If you are looking to buy a vehicle and then never step foot back onto the dealership, I guess I could recommend here. If you need any type of maintenance or service done to the vehicle after purchasing I must say to avoid this dealership.

As to Henderson Hyundai service, I am very happy with the facility and results. The key element however, is John Ackerman, the best service guy I have ever worked with. I believe him and rely on his knowledge. I know service departments sell services as a common paradigm , but do not feel "oversold" by John.

They always make me feel comfortable when I go in there. I didn't feel rushed when looking at cars, nor pressured. It was laid back. Everyone was friendly. I feel like I certainly got a great deal on both cars I've purchased from there. The 10 year warranty is a plus. Definitely recommend 100% to get your car from Hyundai. Chris is the man to see. He helped us both times and he's so laid back and got us the deals we wanted.

Definitely recommend coming into this location over the others. The staff here is by far the best! I strongly suggest asking for Brent Sharp to help you find the right car for you, and that's within your budget. He's extremely patient, honest, and really listens to your needs. Plus they have the best customer service when it comes to services. Oil change was fast and they always have coupons.
Hyundai period needs to improve their customer service, you can leave a message and it may take a week or better to get a call back.
This my third car from Henderson Hyundai, and my last. I was once loved coming to this dealership that offered me free oil changes for life of the vehicle, was now taken away, because I refuse to pay overcharging of their $300.00 filter change price, they decided to take away my oil changes away. I promise I will tell everyone one I know about my last purchase. For me in this time of my life, integrity, and honesty get my business.

I experienced a problem with my brakes and we all know that's an issue you don't expect to have with a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra, the Service department put put on brakes but the issue still existed, the Director of Service assisted me every step of the way. So next the assistant General Manager stepped in and allowed me to pick another brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. This dealership has the best team ever, a cut way above the rest!!! I'm truly grateful for Carlos, keeping his word and taking care of my issue, now I'm on the road again feeling safe and enjoying my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata
Called in on 9/6/17 due to car couldn't pass truck on fwy and started slowing down. Felt transmission slipping. First appt. 9/8/17 at 11am. Asked to drop on 9/7/17 after closing due to work schedule. Dropped off car, only issue was transmission slipping.
Started of with Debra but switched to Chris as advisor. (He was very nice), he called and said they would get me a rental as it would be until Mon/Tues to fix and that air filter was bad. I came got belongings saw air filter and okayed having that replaced. Nothing else was wrong with car. Nothing else advised by Hyundai as well. Didn't hear back Monday. Called finally returned Tuesday that turbo and couple things under the powertrain warranty needed to be replaced and they would f/u Weds. Called Thurday 9/14 to get status before working late shift. Got vm stating car done but now there was bent rim, bad bearings and hub. Nothing to do with transmission. This was unacceptable and I left message with service manager. I would understand if I was at fault or did something but this happened during week of car being there. James the service manager returned call on Saturday 9/16 and said he talked to tech amd said car came in that way. Went on to say he personally knew him for 14 years so if he drove car off cliff he would cover so knows he didn't do it. I asked for further research as I know for fact I didn't bring the car in that way and now its undriveable. He said he would do his due diligence but most likely would not do anything. The car sat Fri/Sat and I brought to tire shop today to have inspected. Was told and got in writing, nothing is wrong with bearings or hub and that I do have bent rim.
This is so unethical!
To me this shows the tech has lied to say I have repairs needed in tune of $1200 cause they had to warranty issues to transmission. That and they bent rim or swapped with another vehicle. Something happened during the week at Hyunda, so now I will have to come out of pocket. I feel the service manager will still side with employee even when after learning that the tech has already lied about other repairs that are needed.
Now until I can replace rim, it's unsafe to drive to car. I am in hospital daily with family on life support and have 2 kids under 3 years old.
Waiting to see how the follow up goes but until then I am upset I am being called a liar and the fact my car came back the way it did. And now there are 2 more recalls and I am scared to even take it back.
Very upsetting since I use to have great relationship in service. But most left in change a few years

Belinda I have 20 years experience as a master tech, you were quoted a bearing and hub due to the extent of damage to the wheel, to assume that those items are not damaged from impact isem. I spoke with you extensively about this yesterday, With all due respect to whomever you took the car to, I am not getting into a he said, she said with them. I spoke with you extensively about this yesterday, and I told you I will do what I can to check what little video I have.

I don't care who or what looked at your car. They are irresponsible and have no clue about cars and Hyundai is not responsible and will not fix it period. I trust people here and not you. We followed steps and there is reason I am in charge. I have 20 years experience. Then he went to say, if you fix here great you got your quote, take it somewhere else and get rim only and drive and God Bless you when you get in accident.
HORRIBLE!!! sold me a lemon added $3000 to my bill for a warranty I didn't want or need and still wont fix the problem I have been having since 3 days after I got my car completely garbage
I purchased my 2016 Elantra Sport from Henderson Hyundai in 2015. All maintenance has been completed through this dealership. My service advisor, and staff at this dealership, is second to none! You can be sure the recommended services are necessary and properly completed.
Brought my car in today for oil change and multi point inspection. I always work with Will in service since I purchased the car in October 2019. He has always been professional, knowledgeable and a man of his word. I have peace of mind working with him and Henderson Hyundai. I just moved here from Washington DC where I had nothing but issues getting my repair done. I took my vehicle in and Debb took one look at both my headlights and said there was a serious problem. She ordered both headlights stayed in contact with me while they were on order called me to let me know they were in took the vehicle in dropped it off was not expecting to get it back the same day and got a call it s ready and washed and ready to be picked up. She stayed with me from start to finish.

The shuttle git was MIA for over an hour. Update October 15th 2017 had a couple issues with my car I was a little irritated when I had to return to pick up my car because what I thought they were going to fix they did not fix and stay gave me a kind of a baloney answer
My car had an ac problem and I took my car to this dealer as I bought it from them with extended warranty plan but warranty company refused to pay for repairs..... I got a call from the maintenance manager and they fight hard with company until they authorize the repairs..... i dont think any other dealer will do this they have thousands of customers why they care about one customer but this location really go above and beyond to give you 5 starts service .....thank you guys for the excellent service we get .

Always have been amazing service from the service department, especially a big shout out to Will always coming through with friendly prompt service, and breaking it down easy for me to understand. Most of the time when I'm getting helped by Will it's cheaper than quoted, ahead of schedule and at the very least on time! And let's not forget the guys doing the dirty work, I've never had any issues with any services I've received on my vehicles here, always enjoyed how clean and tidy they keep it, never any left over trash, dirt or oil, especially on the steering wheel and quite frankly I'd go back everytime! Bought a 2015 Ford Escape from salesman Jamal. The brakes have been squeeking ,I brought it to my own mechanic who said the rotors we're not resurfaced or replaced when the brake pads we're put on.
Brought it back to Henderson Hyundai after speaking to Jamal,who said they would make it right. They did nothing ,the used car sales manager said it is an after market part and that it is supposed to make noise.
This dealership does not stand behind the vehicles they sell. Be very wary of this place,I highly suggest you go somewhere else
