Service Department not helpful and almost threaten...

Service Department not helpful and almost threatening when I pointed out that they didn't do something they said they would. Thankfully I was just there for a recall. Wouldn't trust their word.

I loved the service here and it was my first great experience when buying a car. Josh Wootton helped me decide and he is the reason I went with a Hyundai. He was able to answer every question I had and really was one of the most genuine sales guy I've met. I love the car and will return in a few years for my next one. Thanks Hyundai!!

Excellent Service Department! Everyone I come into contact with, are always able to help with any questions I may have. My Service Advisor (John Ackerman) always keeps me up to date, from recalls to new service needed on my car, and I receive his text number that I can use for any questions and don't have to go looking to get the answers. I highly recommended this Service Department.

Selene Magas was freakin fantastic in helping us through the process and going to bat for us in getting extended warranty care with Hyundai. I went last Friday to see about a car. I went back that Saturday and bought my first car. I absolutely love it!!!! Everyone I encountered was so nice and helpful. They answered any questions I had. I didn't feel like I was being pressured at all. I walked away with a wonderful car with great payments and a low APR (6.09%). That's like unheard of for a first time buyer. My sales person was Davion early he was great. I would recommend Henderson Hyundai to anyone. I know this a great car because my girlfriend pretty much has a similar car but older and her car has never given her any problems. So i wasnt worried that it would give me any issues. Thank you so much Henderson Hyundai for making my first experience a wonderful one. When I chose to get a another car years later I'm coming back.

Dealerships usually make you feel like you have to...

Dealerships usually make you feel like you have to hold on to your purse a little tighter. But here I do not feel that way. I bring my car here for all of my services. They always tell me what's going on and give me an options. The cashier staff is so sweet and personable that I would rather wait for my car. They are quick and accurate and fix what needs to be fixed rather than telling you 100 things that have nothing to do with your original issue. I can personally say that I trust them 100% with my car.

Each question we had he either immediately knew the answer to or was very quick to find out. He knew what each of the specials where and what our financing options were. First if you don t want the long story...here is the short version...if you re looking for a Hyundai dealership and a great salesman hit up SETH SERVIN at HENDERSON HYUNDAI!

Long story...A couple of weeks ago, I popped into Henderson Hyundai on a whim to look at the new Kona. I immediately knew it wasn t for me, but the salesman, Seth Servin, I was speaking with offered to show me the new 2019 Santa Fe and a 2018 Tucson. I left without making a purchase, but the seed was planted. I spoke with the salesman once or twice on the phone (me calling him...no hard sales tactics or pushiness!) before finally going back in today to look at the 2018 Tucson and the 2019 Santa Fe. Again, Seth was totally flexible and accommodating to my wishy-wash indecision. Once I made the decision to get the Tucson, I thought the real battle of negotiation would begin...NOPE! I outlined to Seth what my parameters were with regard to my trade-in, finance rate, money down, etc...and he busted his butt to make it happen! IN RECORD TIME! I left the dealership with a fancy new Tucson...at $6.00 UNDER my max payment goal.

Simply put...Seth Servin was amazing...available to answer repeated questions, patient with indecision, and helpful through the whole process. The entire process was painless and enjoyable!

Even the dreaded process of filling out paperwork and completing the financing was straightforward and low-pressure. I worked with Daniel Ramirez to get all the financing in order no hidden charges, no up-selling tactics...just reviewing what was promised and walking me through the paperwork. Another awesome experience!

Review from An Oklahoma Traveler..... my OLD van stranded my daughter and me in Henderson. I went to the Hyundai dealership because of my knowledge of quality vehicles offered. You could say we fit the description of "at their mercy" since my vehicle wouldn't run anymore....200K miles... We were fortunate to be greeted with Casey's friendly smile and he proceeded to help us with getting a vehicle WE could afford. Not once did he or anyone else try to upsale, hassle us, or put us in something other than what worked for us. We were treated professionally, courteously and with the same care as if we were family. I write this review because, I'm an out of state person who will probably never trade vehicles there again (only due to the long distance), and these professionals treated me and my daughter as if we were long time customers and they didn't have to. We also were not shopping with a big budget either. The treatment we received was TOP NOTCH!!! Our experience was a representation of true quality people and professionalism. Thank you Casey and the Henderson Hyundai team! Y'all ROCK!

First time at Henderson Hyundai and it was fantastic! My advisor, Selene, was great! I came in for routine service and I wasn t advised to do anything additional. That was a first for me. She did print out a schedule for my upcoming maintenance which was very helpful and I left with a freshly washed car, another first for me!

I am very disappointed with the service agreement Henderson Hyundai sold me on my 2013 Elantra GT. It lists many normal service items, but I have 17,000 miles on my car and all Henderson Hyundai has done is free oil changes which they offer to everyone.
They even charged the maintenance contract company for rotating my tires last time when I told them I didn't want it done and they did not do it.
Henderson Hyundai engages in fraud with both what they promise and in charging for services that were never done. I was told to call Josephine Gentry to resolve my problems, but my repeated calls have gone to her voicemail and gone unanswered. I guess the next steps are filing reports with the Better Business Bureau and Henderson Police department for fraud.

They explained to us in detail everything in detail in a way that we understand. The steps done to make our purchase was easy and nothing was stressful because they knew what they were doing. Sales guy Jamal was awesome...finance/contract guy has no clue what he is selling in terms of warranty coverages etc. I was told one coverage would repair or replace windshield, when I read paperwork it stated This is not insurance...this is not a warranty for repair or replacement of damaged windshield . I called GM he also was in the dark on these coverages. Great to buy from but you better be on your A game when you go to contract, watch out.

Communication was very poor. I spent a whole day waiting for approval for them to bring a car by for a test drive. I called twice and both times was told someone would call me back. It wasn t until 10 minutes prior to closing that I was called back then put on hold for me to be told someone put a down payment down on the car. Looking further into the reviews posted on here it is totally not professional for the general manager to be looking into complaints and then stating that things are not true. That makes the whole company look bad from a management perspective all concerns should be taken into consideration and a attempt to fix should be offered not arguing with the customer about what happened or did not happen to the customer service.

i went in for an oil change at HENDERSON HYUNDAI and brought my own Amsoil for change. i watched the man drain the oil but did not get into the back seat to get
my Amsoil out, then he took the car over to the car wash so i looked at
the area where he install the oil and I saw a container of Shell oil. i
went to the car as it came out of the car wash and i looked in the back
seat and my Amsoil was still there, so I started back up front to talk
to the service writer Bennie Pacheco and just as i got there the car was
being delivered back up front. I went to the car to get a bottle of
water before i talked to Bennie and noticed that my amsoil was gone, It
was removed during the time from the car wash and being delivered to the
front. I told Bennie that the wrong oil was put into my car and that my
Amsoil was stolen from the back seat of the car. After Bennis
investigated, he found that the tech did not read the service order
about customer has his own oil and he installed the Shell oil. after
further investigation, Bennie found the oil from the man that did the
computer update on the car.Bennie had that man drain and install my Amsoil.
Bennie said that he would take care of the issue with the man that had

that the only way I would return for another oil change is if I watch

Noli was this person and some... It's been 4 days and he has called me numerous times to make sure I'm happy and to help make sure this deal is done.... First appt. 9/8/17 at 11am. Asked to drop on 9/7/17 after closing due to work schedule. Dropped off car, only issue was transmission slipping.
Started of with Debra but switched to Chris as advisor. (He was very nice), he called and said they would get me a rental as it would be until Mon/Tues to fix and that air filter was bad. I came got belongings saw air filter and okayed having that replaced. Nothing else was wrong with car. Nothing else advised by Hyundai as well. Didn't hear back Monday. Called finally returned Tuesday that turbo and couple things under the powertrain warranty needed to be replaced and they would f/u Weds. Called Thurday 9/14 to get status before working late shift. Got vm stating car done but now there was bent rim, bad bearings and hub. Nothing to do with transmission. This was unacceptable and I left message with service manager. I would understand if I was at fault or did something but this happened during week of car being there. James the service manager returned call on Saturday 9/16 and said he talked to tech amd said car came in that way. Went on to say he personally knew him for 14 years so if he drove car off cliff he would cover so knows he didn't do it. I asked for further research as I know for fact I didn't bring the car in that way and now its undriveable. He said he would do his due diligence but most likely would not do anything. The car sat Fri/Sat and I brought to tire shop today to have inspected. Was told and got in writing, nothing is wrong with bearings or hub and that I do have bent rim.
This is so unethical!
To me this shows the tech has lied to say I have repairs needed in tune of $1200 cause they had to warranty issues to transmission. That and they bent rim or swapped with another vehicle. Something happened during the week at Hyunda, so now I will have to come out of pocket. I feel the service manager will still side with employee even when after learning that the tech has already lied about other repairs that are needed.

Now until I can replace rim, it's unsafe to drive to car. I am in hospital daily with family on life support and have 2 kids under 3 years old.

Waiting to see how the follow up goes but until then I am upset I am being called a liar and the fact my car came back the way it did. And now there are 2 more recalls and I am scared to even take it back.

Very upsetting since I use to have great relationship in service. But most left in change a few years

Belinda I have 20 years experience as a master tech, you were quoted a bearing and hub due to the extent of damage to the wheel, to assume that those items are not damaged from impact isem. I spoke with you extensively about this yesterday, With all due respect to whomever you took the car to, I am not getting into a he said, she said with them. I spoke with you extensively about this yesterday, and I told you I will do what I can to check what little video I have.

Call from Service manager James.
I don't care who or what looked at your car. They are irresponsible and have no clue about cars and Hyundai is not responsible and will not fix it period. I trust people here and not you. We followed steps and there is reason I am in charge. I have 20 years experience. Then he went to say, if you fix here great you got your quote, take it somewhere else and get rim only and drive and God Bless you when you get in accident.

My husband and I just bought our first ever brand new car and we chose Henderson Hyundai to be our dealership because of the excellent salesmanship and customer service by our sales representative, Ali Hashimi. Ali was just so helpful in not only finding the car we loved, but also the one that we could afford as well. After the purchase, Ali walked us through the dealership to meet some of the people that we would be dealing with for service, parts, etc. and I must say that they are a great group of people. They all were very professional and eager to welcome us to the Hyundai family. Due to Ali, we are now Henderson Hyundai customers for life.

Running out of space. I have increased to 5 star rating. Hyundai has attacked the problems my car has experienced and not ignored repeated issues. In fact, my car experienced a certain problem 3 times, and the third time was no charge to fix. Also they did a change to the "problem" trying to correct the issue from happening again. No charge.
I believe Henderson Hyundai saw an issue with a car and a customer escalating and did the right thing. They reassured me of their interest in my continued business and recognized that I was a regular repeat Paying customer. For them to take care of some small things, is easy for them compared to what i will spend over the course of years of car care. I am greatly appreciative of Henderson Hyundai for helping me solve the car issues and being a friendly business.

At Hyundai now. The roadside assistance washed their hands of the matter of the damage during the the trip to the shop for repairs. Bak to service department at dealer, their last chance in my mind, and talked to Chris.
I walked up and cooly talked to him about where we were at in the situation. He came out to look at the damage and agreed this was not parking lot bumping but still not saying they did it. He did say end up telling me it would be fixed by them, no cost. Not their fault, but in the spirit of good business they would take care of it.
It's not fixed yet, but kudos to Chris in service who discussed this calmly with me and heard everything before deciding what to do. I will update after the car is home.

First week, car went in for service because gas door would not open. Went in for it's first maintenance/sercice. The next morning the car would not start. We had road side assistance tow it to dealer for repair which they claimed was not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty or any other coverage we bought (we took everything they offered) nothing covered the $1,600 repair job.
So I went to pick it up and... I see the rear bumper has been hit so hard it has separated and the license plate is bent almost 90 degrees in at the bottom. Some back and forth discussion with Chris in service the next day by phone because he was off when we picked the car up.
Update: July 4, 2018. Ok, my bad for not coming here and updating. Damage to vehicle from towing?... No one will claim responsibility. Good news is that out the goodness of Hyundai's heart and in the nature of good community relations , Hyundai will cover it all. It is taking a while, but it is happening.
Instead of a quick " It wasn't me!" from the vendor's and force me to piece together the physical evidence that shows holes in stories, they could have started with this.
That car is top in it's line and has every option and service package that car comes with. In the scheme of things not huge but big for us, and the guy who sold it, I'm sure. Aside from what we bought, we are a customer who chooses to stay with the dealer for all care and service.
When I pick up my car after it has been serviced and say " What happend? There is a big gouge out of my bumper!" I expect concern about what happened and how it could have happened. I don't expect the service guys to get away from the car like a firecracker with a fuse that went out just before exploding.
So, Hyundai is making good. I am glad because I do like their cars. Even though they are putting less and less storage compartments in the cabin.

Salesmen were pushy, didn't care about my time schedule needs, lost our contract, and within two weeks of buying a vehicle from them (hubby's choice, not mine) the wheel well cover came off in on the highway as the bolts we're obviously not inspected/tightened prior to sale. Would have been an easy/cheap fix. They didn't bother.

Was subsequently told to bring car in, and after a 40min drive there, was told they didn't have time to look at it.

Also still waiting on paperwork so that we can register the vehicle. Three weeks later...

Customer service stinks and all they care about is you purchasing a vehicle so they can make money off you. The Service Department is a joke and the manager Bennie is not professional, and is quick to change his response on you, when he originally said something else. I bought my car at the Hyundai West Sahara location and they were truly amazing. I rather take the drive to the dealership I bought my vehicle from then some run down Henderson Hyundai. Oh, forgot to mention, Henderson always tells people to write good reviews so more people could go there. So all the positive comments are written by employees or fake customers

Never in my entire life have I experienced such a rude and incompetent staff. Carlos, who claims to own the place (although I doubt he does) has a foul mouth and will curse at you for questioning sales numbers. Daniel, who is a sales manager, will insult you (in front of your wife). They will promise you things from afar, then refuse to deliver on them when you actually walk in to their store. They will without a doubt dramatically undervalue your trade compared to KBB and NADA. One can expect "interesting" sales tactics from a car dealership. But never should a customer be treated the way I was. Do your self a favor: run. Run far far away, to another Hyundai dealership in the metro area. You'll thank me later.

We went to Henderson Hyundai to test drive some cars and ended up leasing a brand new Hyundai Tucson. Davion is the guy to see! He wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable of the cars. He sat down with us, figured out the numbers and gave us the deal we were wanting. I told him the number, and he got us there. He got the car fully detailed, filled up the tank and scheduled the first free oil change. I'm very happy with my experience!!
