Staff is great, Stayed here for the weekend and had fun the only complaint is that the pools are packed and it seems that they are not the cleanest I did go in the family side but the Adult side is really busy and there were some questionable people in there for hours while drinking... Just think about that. Last I heard they had the pools shut down because of people getting rashes.

Sight location=beautiful view of lake and mountains.
Check-in=horrible. Very very long line up. Unorganized system. (I have never seen such a line up for a hotel especially when already reserved for)
Pools: overcrowded and not 100% natural mineral water. (Our family smelled chlorine.)
Change room inside indoor pools=tiny and dirty.
Hotel Restaurants=overpriced.
Rooms=just okay. Thin blankets. Good amount of pillows/cushions. Standard amenities.
Staff=friendly.
Check-out=express check out available.
Parking=expensive. Valet parking=not worth $.
Basically, not worth their price or hype!
The entire place could use a renovation or better maintenance.

Booked a couples massage a month in advance, confirmed it through email. Less than two weeks before the trip (8 hour drive) I was told that my time no longer worked as they were going to close early. Spent days trying to sort it out when all of a sudden they changed their mind and my original time would work. Get to the hotel, have the massage and planning to head into the hot springs. Asked the girl working at the spa where we should keep our things and was told that she was out of there because they were supposed to close two hours ago. Definitely made us feel like an inconvenience. Would never go back.

Beautiful location. Extremely busy when we were there mid-week in August. Very slow check-in, long lines, perhaps having more staff would help. No early check-in but early access to pool while waiting for our room. Loved the access to the Water Park in the lake. Nice clean large room on the East Tower. Gorgeous gardens. Liked the adult only evening pool time, it should start after 9 pm though.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harrison Hotsprings. We stayed in a really nice room with comfortable beds. The pool facility was amazing, it was warm enough for my five month old.
I felt the breakfast buffet was a bit over priced but the service was great. I will for sure be back as it s the perfect place for kids.

Have been staying here for short getaway from the city trips for years. We usually go mid week during the colder months. Look, the reason you come here is the pool. The mountain air and the pool. When we come we try to stay in the old hotel. It might seem dated to some, but that's older colonial thing is part of all BC hotels of a certain pedigree. If you can find a package for a couple of nights that include a meal in the copper room it's worth the extra few bucks. Same goes for the breakfast buffet.

You will have to pay $10 per night to park or $18 per night for valet. (we saw one valet driver drive a nice clean vehicle down their dirt road where they put the overflow with the car windows down!)
You will have to take the valet guy and tip him,of course. They don't allow you to borrow a luggage rack-they are locked .
We picked the top floor on the east tower because was is PET FREE and most recent renovated?
Bed is too hard for my liking.
Air conditioner is under the curtain which causes curtain to fly everywhere.
I had to cover the peep hole, because the light would shine right in my eye when I turned that way to sleep.
Stains on curtains.
Room could use better cleaning and it doesn't help to tip the housekeeping staff- It makes no difference, in fact after leaving the tip she didn't give any coffee cups and extra towels for the spa.
View and deck where nice, but expect to clean the chairs before you sit.

Stayed three nights during a conference, and it was a very disappointing experience.
The wifi during the conference was terrible, and caused much distress. Presentation equipment and set up was also quite dated. The food did not accommodate dietary restrictions despite repeated reminders.
Outside of the conference, they wouldn't help connect my Apple TV to the network (common issue at hotels as it does not have a browser and cannot accept T&C as you can on a mobile or laptop - all hotels I have stayed at have been very accommodating with this). They said it was a security issue. Really? Mobiles and laptops with browsers aren't and an Apple TV is?
The pools were good and clean, and while people say the rooms are dated, the upside is that they are quite large including the shower area and balcony (at least the one I stayed in). The views are great too.
All in all, not looking forward to returning. We had a group of 90 people checking out and I requested a late checkout by 2-3 hours which they did not accommodate. Clearly availability was not an issue here.

We stayed from July 29 - August 2 2018.
After much research I realized that it made a big difference what room you choose. We chose the West Tower and glad we did. The East tower was also quite nice due to it being newer but we went with the West Tower due to the pictures and price.
We arrived Sunday at around 1pm and it was 35 degrees, the check-in girl at the front desk was quite pleasant but our room wasn't ready yet. They said it would be ready in the next 3 hours and they would txt us. We lounged around the pool till 4:10pm and went to see what was happening. Another woman at guest services said room is ready but we never received a txt.
Room was as expected. Clean, tidy, all good.
AC was noisy and hard to sleep with compressor kicking in and out. Turns out it was dying and ended up packing it in on our third day. I phoned front desk who said they'd call Maintenance.
Phil showed up in approx. 3 mins to take a look, he checked a few things then said he'll be back in a moment. Came up with a whole new AC unit and had it installed in about 20mins! Very impressed with Phil and how quickly it was taken care of.
I was surprised the rooms didn't have safes.
Our room overlooked the lake straight out onto the Aqua park. Our kids (9 &12) thoroughly enjoyed it three days in a row.
We booked an 85min massage for both of us which was pretty good but they don't use RMT's. My wife enjoyed her massage but I felt my masseuse didn't live up to expectations although I wouldn't say she was bad, I just expected a bit more for 170.00 The massage rooms were nice, clean and relaxing. The ambience of the spa was excellent.
The pools were good. Some people complained about debris in the pool but there are lots of trees around and it was windy so tree debris is understandable. They could've used more lounge chairs or less people saving them for their kids that are always in the pool like the lady beside me. The pool hours were great, nice to soak till 11pm for adults and 10pm for kids. The pool courtyard looked great at night.
The bar window at the pool could use some help...more windows or a bar girl/guy to take drink orders. Seems like a no brainier to me. Who wants to stand in a 8 person lineup for window service? Seems like they'd make the money back pretty quick with a bar girl/guy taking drink orders.
We ordered drinks for two days from Darren and Adam for $8 then the third day it was $10 from another bartender. Why? Went back at night when Darren was on and he explained what had happened. Drinks are 10 in restaurant but 8 in pool area. Seems strange the third bartender didn't know this.
I found the value in the hotel restaurants poor but that's typical of a tourist destination. We ate in the hotel restaurant and quickly decided we better find another place to eat that had better food. We walked down the street to Muddy Waters where the food was extremely good with great value.
The whole time we were there we had Diane looking after housekeeping and found her very pleasant and efficient. Quite often we'd go out for breakfast or just down for coffee and come back to a room completely clean.
All in all we we were quite happy with the stay. I would go again but made sure we were in the East or West tower.
Seems like a lot of the complaints come from people that stayed in older rooms with no AC or haven't been updated. I can only think they can't install AC due to the lack of power/amps in the rooms. I would avoid them, especially if you travel there in July or Aug when it can get up to 35 degrees.

My husband and I booked a weekend at Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa, but we couldn't stand to spend more than one night.
Our tiny, "Best-Rate" room was in the main "Heritage" part of the hotel. Unfortunately as this was our first trip ever to Harrison and the resort, we were unaware of what exactly heritage was. The room was tiny, the toilet ran constantly, the door didn't fit the frame and anyone who walked by in the hall talking sounded like they were in the room with us. We had a noisy neighbour upstairs and the walls sounded like they were paper thin. In this instance "heritage" is an excuse to charge a decent sum for very poor accommodations.
After a mostly sleepless night we were enjoying the complimentary coffee when we noticed a silverfish crawling along the ceiling (directly above the bed) and into the sprinkler ducting. This is when we decided to forgo the second night and check out.
I gathered all my righteous indignation to give the front desk a what for, and they didn't even ask how the stay was or why we were leaving early. It was the speediest check out ever. We will not be staying here again. Nor will we recommend this.
All told the pools and the cafe were very nice, but when you have the monopoly on the springs it means they just don't have to try very hard.
A generous two stars.

We had a fabulous weekend celebrating my birthday. This property and it's staff and amenities makes an extraordinary guest experience. In any season we love this place! Kid and pet friendly. Hot spring pools and the spa are highlights.

I had a beautiful experience on Valentines Day with my boyfriend my only negative comment would be that we got woken up at 6 a.m. in the morning by a family with a couple of kids screaming and running all about and we called the front desk to call them and let them know to settle down a little bit as it is a Saturday morning and we were trying to sleep in but the family did not stop. So keep in mind that this is a family resort and to expect the unexpected. All in all- a good time aside from the noise. Also I'm a note that we stayed in the main older wing of the building so maybe the newer part is a little more quiet I will find out next time as I will be returning next month.

Attended a beautiful wedding. Was disappointed that our room was not ready until the wedding started so we were not able to get ready in our room before the wedding. However, the venue was gorgeous and the room was lovely. Also wished we could have used our pool wristbands at a later time as we were not able to fit it in this trip. Paying for parking over and above the room charge was disappointing.

One of the best resorts I've been to. Great food, amazing hot spring pools, really a great place to relax on a long weekend or other small break. A bit pricey, but worth it.
EDIT:I'm sorry to do this, but the place has gone downhill. Its often noisy during night hours, and far too expensive to be worth it. If they fix this issue, I will make another edit correcting this. The pools are still good though.

Lovely experience, walking out from our hotel room over looking the gardens short walk down the hallway and out towards spa and pools. It's beautiful, steaming hot pools beautiful light blue water nice and clear and the lovely Greenery and plants including palm trees around the pool. Spa is a nice building thick wood beams you walk inside and there's a waterfall wall and your nicely greeted inside. I booked the princess package my daughter is 5 her first facial and massage too and she loved it! Aarti did my daughter's services and was very warm and kind and patient. I booked a hot stone treatment for myself have to say I was quite impressed as someone who goes regularly that's a hard task, was amazing! Deborah was the lady I booked with and I will 100% be requesting her next time too! Excellent pressure and movement I was so relaxed walked out wishing I had booked daily. If you're booking I advise to pre-book your services as they are always busy there. Harrison is a great relaxing trip and can also be wonderful for families as well.

We stayed overnight so we could enjoy the hot springs. The springs are the perfect temperature for sitting and relaxing for a while. The view from our 6th floor hotel room was beautiful with a nice view of the lake and the king size bed was quite comfortable. We also had the buffet breakfast and while it was ok - the star of the show in our opinion was the custom made omelets.

The rooms were a bit outdated and things like the bathroom lock were broken. Even while I was showering, one of the bathroom lights flickered off! However, the customer service there was phenomenal, especially in the island bar where I went to grab dinner. The hotsprings itself weren't anything special--it felt more like several warm swimming pools (not bad, just not very hotspring/spa like) and a lot of the nicer stuff was an additional cost.

Don't come on weekend as the hot pools will be overly packed with people. Weekend experience was bad as most people took their beer cans and other drinks into the pools and a few were drunk. It should be relaxing and rejuvenating but when met with unbehaved people who r under alcoholic influence who leave their junk everywhere, that wont happen. That was our experience. The hotel is quite old and rooms nothing special.

The hotel itself is a bit dated and we stayed at their newer east building on the 7th floor. Initially we went there intending to stay the whole weekend but decided to leave early. When we first got into the room we were greeted with blackened carpets and the corners of the room had dust that collected over the years that made it grey. What's worse was that there were gum stuck in the carpet of the room. On the minor side, the light switches were so old that they're stained yellow. When we did go to the front desk to ask about possibilities of changing rooms, they said they can either downgrade us or we can just leave the hotel. We were too tired after the long drive to leave so we stayed the night. However, we did enjoy their many pools and hot tubs.

Rooms were as advised. We chose one without air conditioning and found the ceiling fan quite adequate at night. Pools are rather noisy with children playing until 10pm and then become very nice to soak in.

We had an older room in the main hotel, that was super small and very outdated, like something out of the shining movie, we requested a move to the east tower where it was more updated and the reception desk was quite accommodating. The pools were relaxing after we enjoyed a great couples massage. We had talked about extending our stay another night, as we were so relaxed. My husband and i went for a romantic night away, to relax and enjoy a nice night out of dinner and dancing at the copper room, away from our children. Our experience there was awful! Food was not great, and Very rude staff, including the manager.... who was quite insulting. I barley ate my food, as our waitress made me feel so uncomfortable. We voiced our concern the the waitress and manager and they basically said too bad thats not how we work around here. We called the Manager of food and beverage and have still not heard back from her! We did not extend our stay as we felt we were treated so poorly we just wanted to leave, which we did first thing in the morning.

Was there for a massage. The pool/bath was noisy and not as relaxing maybe just given the timing & or season. I've been to baths in Japan and Europe and if I had to compare this place fell short. They don't have a cold bath for contrasting. Change rooms were small with one shower and one toilet. Natural hot springs have a scent not pleasant for some but you know it's the real deal Harrison was more chlorine. Massage wise I was happy the RMT addressed the areas plus I think she warmed the massage gel, nice touch . I know it's beyond her control but the room was small and cramped. Table needed WD-40 (noisy), head rest not adjustable. She only had like 5 mins in between clients so things felt a bit rushed. That falls in the spa and how they book but business wise I guess you have to cram and maximize profits. Overall it was okay. Had to see and now I know.

The best thing about Yogi is that it has lots of places to take photos and a wide lake, so it is very good for leisure sports. There is also a water plane, a water playground and a boat ride.

An historic place. Things are a bit frayed at the edges---showing signs of wear. But the new is attached to the old. Out of Nastalga we ate in the Copper Room. Rhythmic band playing for dancing while you eat. Food is good but helpings are small. Expensive, good service. I didnt have.any liquor and it was 90 dollars with tip.. My wife only had a salad. Atmosphere is pleasant and attendants are super friendly and helpful. My choice next time would be to eat in the Lakeside Restaurant---great view, down to earth choices and 60 per cent off the Copper Room and afterwards I'd go there for dance and drink.

We are regulars to the copper room on the weekend ...
We are regulars to the copper room on the weekend as we enjoy to go for dinner and dancing. Unfortunately the band the we liked is no longer playing and the one that has been playing for the last 3 weeks is too jazzy I would say lame music not good for ballroom dancing. Liked the 3 man one way better that they tried before. The next change or should I say addition is the big screen and advertising during he breaks. How tacky can one get. Advertising has its place but not in a formal dinning room. The fact that I m bombarded with it during my evening out and have to look at it during the evening I will definitely not choose to stay at any of their locations as well as the hotel in Harrison.
The copper room used to be one of the places you could go for dinner and dancing with live music in a nice setting. Not anymore. Sorry to see that the dress code changed to less than casual and I have seen people with hiking boots and less appealing foot ware.
The food is great and the staff is excellent.
Management needs to rethink the changes they are making if they want people to come back on a regular basis and recommend it to others. You definitely will lose us as guests as well as our recommendations to others as a good place unless you bring in a good band and remove the advertising.
