STAY AWAY!!!!! from this real Estate Broker Jon Penny from JC Penny Realty
I had an utterly horrific experience with this realtor (broker) Jon Penny from JC Penny Realty LLC from Kissimmee FL.
I was ready to buy a home his office was showing, they accept my offer and everything was going well until was time for the appraisal, the company Appraisal Nation of North Carolina never showed up after confirming the appointment, when I was trying to get this fix with my bank asking them to send another company (since I had already paid for) the seller s broker Jon Penny from JC Penny Realty was working on trying to keep my $ 5,000 dollars deposit. He had previously changed the Contract at Paragraph 8(b)(i)and inserted twenty-six (26) days (loan commitment time) but he failed to check the box at line 589 of the Contract indicating seller countered my offer. My original offer had 30 days (loan commitment time) He had committed fraud when He deliberately added 26 days to the contract and continued the process like nothing had happened; A few days before the closing He claimed I had lost my deposit and tried to coerce me into signing the release of my deposit to the seller, using a very threatening letter from His lawyer and committing numerous breaches and violations of the contract, forcing me to find an attorney and be able to get back my $5,000 deposit. In all this ordeal I lost $ 1,254 (appraisals, attorney's fees, and other expenses)

Mary Bell was fantastic and guided us through the whole process of selling our home. She responded very quickly to any queries we had and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home

Arlene Murray at JC Penny was one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. She was always in contact with us, never a delay when wanting to look at a property. Always reminding us of deadlines once we put a bid in. All in all a very professional and nice person to deal with and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Stan and Mary went above and beyond to help get us into our new home! I feel very lucky that I found such a wonderful realty agency who worked super hard to make our experience flow so well. They are super friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with!

The whole process went very smoothly and with Lyn's friendly and 'can do' attitude we sailed through the whole process.

Worked with Tracey Hayes to find a Florida home. Whole experience was brilliant, even before we left the UK Tracey was there helping us. Tracey was so attentive and honed in on exactly what we wanted, nothing was ever too much whatever we asked. She got us looking outside the box which made us make good decisions but was not pushy in any way. Wish the same could be said for UK realtors! USAs gain is definitely the UKs loss. Always very prompt to answer any questions we had and went the extra mile for us in all aspects of the home buying process from filming neighborhoods for us (we lived in upstate NY and couldn t fly down to physically look at houses) to letting in a handyman after we had purchased the home because we had to be back in NY to pack up and move. She completely went above and beyond for us. She was the kindest, friendliest realtor and never tried to sell us something we didn t need or want. She took the time to learn what we needed in a house and ultimately found the perfect one for us. Would highly recommend her and JC Penny Realty to all who are looking for a recommendation without hesitation.

We worked with Marcy Walsh. Talk about dedication! I contacted her years ago knowing I wasn t ready to buy a house and move just yet. Well, Marcy continued to send me houses she thought I might like, daily. And she contacted me a couple times a year to touch base. We finally went to look at houses this past fall. We unexpectedly found a brand new build! Marcy was there the whole step of the way, asking questions to the builder that I would not have thought of. She also followed up days after we moved in. My realtor Magda Danos is more like family now. I moved from Seattle wa to florida and she coordinated /executed EVERYTHING flawlessly. Then 3 yrs later we purchased our home now and sold the original purchased home. All three transactions were with Magda, I could say all the wonderful things about her qualities as a very high level professional realtor, her outstanding ability to be so caring about ALLof the things that are important to your family. Ability to remain so very calm (when your not) to guide you through successfully to close. Why would i use Magda for all three transactions? (And for upcoming rentals) the real question would be why on earth would I use anyone else?

Buying house for an investment or holiday (by non American residents) in Florida is not always the easiest of journeys. We've decided to buy properties in Orlando as it is great way to invest money long term but we probably didn't predict how many problems can occur on the way. This could include opening a US bank account, dealing with contractors and the constant delays everywhere. The only good thing about the process of buying properties in Florida was working with JC Penny realtors. So far we bought 3 properties in Orlando and 2 of them were with JCPenny. I would recommend this company to anyone but especially our realtor Dave Findlay. Dave deserves special thanks from us for everything that he has done and helped us with. Dave was the only person in US that never let us down and we could count on him in every situation, even if it wasn't part of his duties as a realtor. He went an extra mile and beyond. He wasn't just an agent who worked for us, but a person who became a good friend. I would recommend Dave to all my friends and family and anyone that wants to buy a property in Florida.

Amazing service from Liz. We had only 1 day left to pull our deposit back from a home with roof needing replacement. She not only got us into a home we really wanted to see, that very day during a big storm on a holiday Monday. Then while everything in town was closed Liz worked hard to get our deposit back and close a deal on the next home she just showed us, for the price we wanted. We love love love the new place. Liz is welcome for dinner anytime.
